Close to destination, inexpensive relative to downtown hotels ,staff friendly , rooms clean,breakfeast not bad.Take bus 800 to downtown area,5 minutes .Blue collar neighborhood,but the hotel is safe and quiet.

Good deal.Stayed one week.Cleaned rooms everyday and changed towels.Did not have to ask.Pool nice .Staff very friendly.Motel is like Motel 6 or Econolodge.Lower middle class section of town, but safe .NO bums or narcos around.Just a blue collar section.Take bus 800 to center of town.5 minutes by bus or 30 on foot.One thing to be aware of is don't assume every place takes your Credit/debit card.I have visa/mastercard from Wells Fargo and only one bank took the card(allowed me to withdraw money).Now what is up with that?My card was not blocked either casue I called bank to confirm that.I had cash with me and payed for hotel online , but seems to be a suprise everytime now .Anyway , bring some cash with you and if you exchange money ,do it at a bank.The rate is way lower.Bank of Montreal accepted the credit card.Gas stations would not accept it.

The hotel have a good relation quality-price. The rooms are good for family.

The hotel is very good,service was not bed(exsept trauble speaking in english.but for the price it is very good and very good located.Pool was very clean and good condition.Thank`s for a good vacation

The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located for driving to the tourist centre (Old Quebec). Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very ordinary, and the soap in the bathrooms is poor, but overall it is great value for money.

A must for people with dogs. There's not much in the neighbourhood, it is reasonably close to down-town (5 minutes by car), although you can't walk the distance. Rooms are very clean, and very decent price, which even include the breakfast.

For Family very good Good prices and easy to go

Friendly staff. Clean, quiet. Decent breakfast. About 5 kilometers to Old Quebec...an easy drive. Great value for the price. Would definitely go back.

Large clean rooms. Not too expensive. Located close to the Old City and ice skating venue. No cost on site parking was available, unlike a stay in the Old City where parking is not always free of charge, or available close by. Great hot breakfast in the morning included with your room rate. The staff were very friendly and helpful in directing us to the tourist sites. English spoken and understood by staff.

Room is big. Located in a residential neighbourhood. Public transit is nearby. One bus to Old Quebec. Good service. I would highly recommend.

During that stay, I thought that this hotel was just where I wanted it to be: next to everything important for my visit. The only down thing is that in my room, they were not enough lights... as crazy as it sounds! Other than that, perfect for the low price!

Not bad for price, close to old quebec and other atractions.

Not so bad, but not finding. Need renovation and maybe it will be worth the rate....

Modest, affordable, clean hotel about 10 minutes from downtown. recommend for someone on a budget.

It was the first hotel that we could take our dog without problems. She could walking into our room. This one is big, spacious, clean and comfortable. We have had a great time there! We loved it.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I got a very reasonable rate. The hotel is very nice with indoor rooms, spacious indoor pool, 2 bars, a free breakfast. The room was exquisite with 2 tvs in the room, hair dryer, refridgerator, full tub, comfortable beds, very clean. The location is decent, about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown. Near the hotel are a few restaurants, a supermarket. It's on a main street with many other motels. If you are on a budget and also want a very nice place to relax, this is the best place in Quebec City.

Very satisfied with this hotel, they have big room, feels like the size of 2 rooms with the garden door beetween the 2 beds, the inside pool, the free continental breakfast. The only thing that is a minus for us is the quality of the bed, they are too hard, used. But I have been going there with my kids for severals times now and will keep on going in the future for sure!!

hotel was clean. parking was adequate - not having to pay for parking or worry about parking on the street was a plus. convenient to the bus station. we got an all day pass and were able to see the falls and old quebec with no worries. breakfast was adequate.

My sister and i enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful with info re tourist sites and it was a big plus that they spoke english :) I recommend and i myself would stay here again.

Not a bad hotel in usually busy and pricy Quebec City. Although breakfast rules are a joke, reasonably priced clean room to spend night

This hotel is just ok ,not bad not good for a weekend it was alright. It was clean and had the bare necessities but, I would not stay there for a week. The only thing I was really disappointed in was the breakfast that was inclued in our stay. You make your own toast , have the choice of one fruit an apple or banana and you get one coffee and one glass of orange juice.

The hotel looks pretty decent from outside as the exterior had been renovated. However, the inside of hotel & rooms are pretty old and in need of renovations. False fire alarm went off at 3am on night of our stay. Disastrous night.

We had a good stay for the price for 2 rooms with queen size beds and TV in each. We ordered one room but got two instead. Rooms were divided by sliding door. There was a slight smell in the room, like older building/furniture have. Indoor swimming pool was in good condition, big enough to accommodate 2-3 swimmers. The only concern is the Internet connection: it was very slow on the first night and completely disappeared on the second.

Excellent hotel for the price.

I stayed at Le Voyageur for my vacation in Quebec as I toured the Old City. Although not located in Old City it is right next to a bus stop that is a short trip away from it. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was well maintained. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful (and speak very good English if you're not well versed in native French). Their prices were very accommodating for a vacation on a budget while having a first rate experience!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while touring Quebec City. The hotel had a motel feel but was clean with its laminate floors, was quiet, and was fairly close to old Quebec and the highway that takes you east or west of the city. We were not disappointed with our stay at the hotel nor were we wowed. Simply put the hotel was adequate....it met our needs at the price we were willing to pay. To make the rooms more comfortable, I would recommend that le Voyageaur pay more attention to the details in the rooms, like providing a hook to hang your towel in the bathroom, providing more than two towels, and putting alarm clocks in the rooms. Nothing critical but definiately nice to haves.

Close to heart of Québec city... fine access Continental breakfast: excellent... service also excellent Free parking ... car may be surveyed from room window

This is a really nice hotel. The room is big and comfortable. Nice place :)
