the pool was disgusting

Okay for the price but it doesn't necessarily do what you want. Breakfast is okay. Great price for Key West.

We were three people , and one of the mattress was broken. We had to figure out a way to sleep. They didn't have another room to offer. The toilet and sink was clogged. I have been in this location before and was completely different. I was very disappointed.

Stay was good. Had a nice stay with friends for couple of days. Location was accessible to Key West downtown around 5-10 mins drive. Neighborhood was popular. Rooms were ok. Shuttlele service helped.

Is confortably. Good breakfast.

I was surprised that your breakfast did not include eggs and you do not supply sugar free syrup. This is the first quality inn that did not have these items.car

Nothing out of this world, just right for the price. Would stay here again, breakfast was good.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was had great variety. They also offered shuttles. It had free wireless Internet, however, in the room they first assigned to us there was not Internet, so they changed us to another room. The staff was very friendly and understanding.

Compared to usual hotels in the key west, FL, it is good place to stay. It provides shuttles to travel around the island. It is old building and need some repair including eaves in the roof.

This place was in very poor repair from the room door to the shower that was blocked. I stayed in better places that have been torn down. I paid over $200 plus for a $50 a night room. Please do nor belive to positive reviews on this post (i did)

I paid over $200 dollars a night for a $50 dollar night room. Nothing worked in the motel from the entrance door sticking to the shower drain not working. I stayed in better motels that were torn down because of their condition. Just a real bad place. Again, if you cant afford a better place stay home.

Good location, but poorly maintained rooms. Breakfast area was crowded at times, but breakfast quality was good

The Hotel was not clean at all. The bathrooms smelled like urine. The Shower had paint and grime all through it. The breakfast buffet was great but the pool was gross. I wouldn't even let my dog swim in it.

The air conditioner barely cooled our room, the TV was fuzzy and we couldn't even get CBS or NBC in, the Wi-fi was not very good. Outside our room, the cement looked like it had been taken out and they had 2 bricks in their place, so we had to lift our luggage to our room. The outside was is poor shape.

Hotel was extremely overpriced . t was in very very poor condition, rust everywhere, sinks, toilet and showers all plugged. It should be closed down and gutted. only good thing was shuttle to downtown

not impressed

HOTEL SIMPLE BUT CLEAN, FORGET THE FREE SERVICES, NOTHING WAS WORKING, NO INTERNET, NO WORKING SAFE IN THE ROOM.

My stay here was for was for one night. After reading all the bad reviews I wasn't sure if I should go with this or not but since this was the cheapest hotel we could find in Key West, we ended up staying here. The service was excellent and staff was very helpful. They even have FREE breakfast. I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend to stay here

The hotel was overpriced. The bed broke, the shower and the phone didn't work. It was not a good stay, even though we were there for only one night. When we checked out and told the front desk about the things either being broken or not working, they made us feel as if we broke them. It wasn't a good feeling and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stuff there is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great with good coffee and waffles. Room is nice and clean. It looks like the owner of the hotel really take care of it

Restrooms not clean. Very old hotel. Rooms not after 3 pm. Guest service agent indifferent. Very expensive for that kind of service or standards.

Good breakfast ( bagels, danish, cereal ), good location & shuttle. Breakfast is always crowded but then again you are in Key West. I stayed 4 nights room service only came once. Shower was finicky. You get what you pay for and after all this was the cheapest rate on the island.

The hotel stay was fine. The staff was nothing less than courteous but when I checked out the desk personnel informed me of an extra fee I had to pay. I asked her what it was and she replied, "This is a resort fee" - I was disappointed because I do not like to be nickel-ed and dime'd. She also said that the resort fees comprise of the 'complimentary breakfast', telephone in the rooms, and parking. To be clear, I did not use the telephone, I was under the impression breakfast was COMPLIMENTARY, and I've never yet had to pay for parking at any hotel in my life (not as though they were lacking parking spaces). The fee was $9.00

No internet connection in my room. The recepcionist give me the Tecnical Support Phone and I had to call by myself. Nobody answer at friday 3pm,

The first room they gave us had a leaking toilet, a non-working safe and no internet. The manager quickly moved us to another room and refunded the resort fees as a good-will gesture. The bathtub in the 2nd room leaked water until you applied "lots" of pressure to the knob. Hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Not worth the cost!

Hotel is outdated. Air conditioner is very loud. Room was a little musty, but generally clean. Have to drive or take bus to the center of town where the tourist attractions are. Not much around hotel. I guess everything in Key West is expensive, but this place was not worth the price.

This hotel is barely a 2 star. It is old and worn out. On the exterior the stucco and concrete is deteriorating and you can see large cracks and exposed rebar. Everywhere you look there are examples of patch work repairs. Furniture was chipped and dated. Carpets were so dirty that the soles of our feet were black. Paid extra for poolside and queen size beds. They put us in a room that was technically on the same side as the pool but no pool in sight. Room also had double beds. Management did change rooms for a poolside with queens but they acted like they were doing us a great favor. Wifi did not work in the rooms - had to go to the lobby to get a signal. Breakfast selection was fine but it was like feeding time at the zoo. We grabbed food and ate in our room to avoid the crowd. Hotel is located at the furthest point possible from the fun parts of the island. Free shuttle service was good but crowded at times. If you are planning a trip to Key West check out some of the bed and breakfast options instead of this place - we wandered into a couple of the b&b's right downtown and they were beautiful and not much more expensive than what we paid. Spend the extra few bucks and skip the Quality Inn.

This was a last minute stay when there were no rooms available downtown. Their shuttle service was excellent, especially since there was major construction.

If you want to stay in Key West while not being able to afford higher price, this is a good choice. It locates in the island, but just at the entrance, far from main attractions. Acceptable room and service, good breakfast.

Price was great--very friendly staff--breakfast choices could have been a bit better--had to call front desk to get out of our room because door was stuck from humidity--however, convenient to downtown. Trolley pick up at hotel was very convenient.

The staff at the hotel and their shuttle service are great. The maintenance on the hotel is behind but the housekeeping and desk staff work hard to make it as nice as possible. The shuttle service is fantastic and a great value since parking in the downtown area is very pricey and hard to find.

We stayed here for only 1 night. The room looked very spacious, but the carpet was overdue for a change! Maybe the design or the color - it looked super dirty that U dont want to remove sandals in the room ;-) Also, saw a small stain in the white sheetset and started wondering whether they changed the sheetset or not! Also, the toilet was not working, but they immediately came to fix it. Coffee maker was useful. Their breakfast is absolutely lovely. Gave more points just for the nice breakfast. Overall, decent stay for a night in Keywest. Also, they gave us free shuttle services to see downtown Keywest and we used it nicely. Without that we wud have hard time going downtown, parking etc. So, for the breakfast & shuttle service, recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay for a night or two in keywest.

The hotel was dated but seemed clean enough. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel, which we thought had been totally paid for, only to find out there was an additional daily fee of which we were not aware. I felt like we were being scammed by the hotel. And the person checking us in was very condescending and rude. The concierege was very helpful.

Good for the price. We just stay one night
