I had a resv. at above hotel thank goodness since my family and I and several hunderds of others were stuck on the mountian for 3 hours going only 12 miles in that time. When I finally reached your hotel at 3am in the morning your desk clerk was the rudest person. She shoved the form at me thru the window with out saying a word when I said I needed to get my plate number she yelled at me that all I needed was the make and model. Maybe she had a bad night but so did I and everyone else and I didn't yell at her. Other that her the room and breakfast the next day was very nice.

Hotel was not clean. Sheets were stained. Floor was filthy, Shower was mildewed. Bad choice. Also I was told when booking there was not an additional fee for pets. At check in there was a $30 fee. Bed were comfortable, but was bitten by some sort of bug, now am on antibiotics.

I find hotels for a motorcycle group and this is one of the best places we ever stayed. Out of the congestion of Knoxville. Quite and close to food. They were nice enough to put us together and away from most of the other guests, not because we are loud but we like to sleep later than most travelers. We will be returning to this hotel.

Our first room had the air conditioner did not work right, but they were very accomodating with switching our room to one that worked great. Very willing to please the customer, and everyone was very friendly. Would stay there again...
