Centrally located. Rooms are large. Beds are super comfortable!

My room had a wonderful view, everthing was great. Even though I only stayed for 2 nights.

We had the least expensive room... Booked early... When we arrived they had already upgraded us to a room with a view... With and easy short walk to the Pike Market which needed 2-3 days visit alone... LOL... The Big Wheel, Crab Pot, and a short taxi $7 to the Space Needle... Metro 1 block away... The beds were soft and comfy and the staff was always accomodating... We chose to not pay for parking... So we just turned the car into the rental agency and used Taxi's... Only twice... :) We will definitely be back and stay at this hotel! Well Pleased!

Good location. Stayed with our two girls in one room. Not huge but very comfortable.

They will get you for about 40 bucks on parking.

I woke up sleeping on the mattress because the bed had no bottom sheet. Both of my queen size beds were like this. I will never stay there again.

Great location for walking to all the things we wanted to do. SAM art exhibit, near by stores and Pikes Street Market. Good restaurants near. Room was clean and very comfy, cool roof top bar-cafe to watch the sunset.

We loved it but when we looked under the bed it was dirty. Not only dirty there was a roach(cannabis) under the bed so it made us wonder just how clean the bathroom was along with the beding & bedspread.

Great location and comfortable beds. Our toilet made a dripping noise all night and the hotel seemed to scimp on things like only one robe provided and room was a little outdated. Our biggest surprise was how much the parking fees were, if i would of noticed ahead of time i probably would of stayed elsewhere.

The hotel was great- fab staff- easy location- will definitely stay here again.

The location and the hotel overall were great. the beds, we had twin queens, were very uncomfortable. rough night sleep.

Disappointed at the extra charge at check in. The maid came knocking at 8:15 in the morning too! Nice location but, will probably try a different hotel or I Internet company next visit

Watch out for the expensive overnight parking. The staff is cold and direct, not friendly.

Fun the perfect spot, close to shopping and great restaurants

Great hotel, great rooms, great service, for an average rate. The room was worth the money, it just wasn't a great rate! The Elephant and Castle Pub downstairs had good food at a good price. Their new, updated, trendy, so-called restaurant on the 5th floor was more of a upscale lounge. Almost no real food, just appetizers. Parking seemed expensive, since we were already paying for the room, but parking anywhere in Seattle is expensive. Would I stay there again?....maybe.

In a perfect location if you want to wonder around downtown Seattle. Hotel was great.

we were very happy with our stay, however we were disappointed in the fact that we had to pay extra for the parking, the amount was rather high. other than that, our stay was very nice

I was not happy that I had to constantly go and get my car reprogrammed as I could not enter my room. Or that I was not able to enter or leave the hotel parking garage. The coffee maker also did not work. I loved the location but not thrilled with the hotel.

very happy with the cleanliness of the room/hotel and the helpfulness of the staff

It wasn't as good as the last time I stayed here, but it was OK.

Had no hot water for showers in the morning. Room service knocked on door at 8:30am, asked if we needed service, since we were just woken up we told them later so they never came back. Had problem with parking garage getting in and out with room card and it should be noted that parking is an additional charge and it is not cheap. Also at booking room stated it slept 5 but there was an additional charge for the sleeping arrangements upon arrival

Very nice. We could see Pike's market and the water from our room. The people were very nice.

VERY noisy room next to elevator and vending machine. Lost lots of sleep!

Overall, happy with the stay. Wasn't happy about construction on 5th floor but the restaurant downstairs was handy. Lolly at the front desk was helpful when we asked, but just a bit snarky.

For the price paid, this hotel is an excellent value. However, the current renovation process was a surprise when we arrived. The hotel is nice, but a bit worn and it should be much better when all the rooms are renovated. The primary renovation focus at present was on the restaurant and exercise facilities. The in-house restaurant was closed, a minor inconvenience. Everything else was fine, not spectacular, although the quoted $32 parking charge ballooned to $40 after local/state taxes were added at check-out. If the room charge is under $100, a great value. If above, there are other properties in the area that are a bit classier.

Good location,very convenient.There are some traffic noise at night.

The hotel was exactly as advertised on Hotels.com. Checking in was a breeze, we asked for early check in and were accommodated easily. The hotel restaurant was closed for remodeling (as mentioned on Hotels.com) but the pub offered meals 7:30 am to midnight. Our rooms were spacious, clean and stylish with nice linens, towels and toiletries. The in-room Keurig coffee maker was simple to use, featuring Starbucks coffee, however there was a full service Starbucks across the street too! The location was ideal for walking to all the sights. I would definitely stay there again.
