Shirelle at the front desk was fantastic

I stayed at this hotel one night, when several flight delays made it impossible to drive to my final destination. It's an older property with some outdoor renovations underway. The construction storage was taking up several spaces of the already too small parking lot. The 1st floor looked like it had been updated a while back and the breakfast was nice. The room however was a different matter. It was a hotel room with a microwave and mini frig under the tv - not a suite. When I pulled a towel off the rack to dry my face that night, there was a long dark hair under the towel. The next morning I found a matching hair in the tub. The room had a musty odor, and a blower was drying carpet at the end of the hall. The location was a bit far from the airport and interstate, and looked to be in some kind of older/funky business district. At least the hair dryer, tv, and clock radio worked, and I was able to get back on the road quickly the next morning.

AC didn't work well - didn't cool. Room had a musty, almost moldy smell. Overall stay rating 3 out of 5.

Our stay was short but pleasant. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good as well. Shuttle to cruise port, although not included, was appreciated.

We flew into FLL late and stayed one night before leaving for the Bahama's in the AM, The hotel room was clean and looked as if it had recently been remodeled. For a one night stay, the hotel was fine. However, the staff lacked customer service but that could be because of under-staffing. I called the hotel the day before we arrived because our flight was going to arrive at 1:00am and I wanted to make sure our hotel room would be available to check into. The woman who answered the phone was rude, ending the short phone call with "you're fine" then click and hung up. There was only 1 person on duty in the AM when cruise ship people were checking out. She was not able to answer the phone and wait on people at the front desk. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:30 am. We went down at 7:00am and breakfast was still being set up. As stated earlier, the hotel is ok for a 1 night stay.

I was changed to other room because when I took a shower the bathtub stay full of water.

The hotel overall was very good. However, at breakfast in the morning, they ran out of scrambled eggs and sausage, and I was told that they did not order enough food for all the guest who were staying at the hotel. Further, there was no coffee available in the lobby. Also, the PARKING and transpot to the cruise ship that was advertised was not FREE. The parking was $10.00 per day, and the transportation was only free to the airport. It cost $6.00 per person to be driven to the ship, and $6.00 per person to be driven back feom the ship to the hotel to pick up your car. On my six day cruise this ca,e to $104.00. Parking at the cruise terminal was only $90.00 for my six day cruise, and a shuttle took me to my car. Will not stay at this hotel again. It was not what I expected and was disappointed.

It was good but outlets did not work, blow dryer did not work.....room was ok walls very dirty and put out bed was so dirty they people working were wondeful and very helpful!!!

We were staying in a moderate Disney hotel prior to checking in this hotel, and we were very pleased with how comfortable and spacious our room was compared to the Disney hotel. Our family of four all agreed it was the best night that we slept during our trip. The only complaint that I have is the street noise, but that's not a big issue cuz we were all fast asleep in no time. It's also close to the airport so make it easy for us to catch the early flight. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was clean, well-maintained and in a location that was easy for me to get to. The clerk working at the front-desk was GREAT!

We booked this hotel as we were going on a cruise leaving from Port Everglades. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Really close to the cruise port and located on the main road which was easy to find.

The Good: Good location from airport and timely airport transfers. Transfer drivers were nice and did not stand there as you exited the vehicle expecting a tip. Front desk was helpful and polite. Neighborhood seemed okay. Didn't walk around much except to taco bell next store. The bad: I swear the hardest bed I have ever layed on. I think the floor would have been more comfortable. I tried the couch, and that was about as bad. AC would not stay on and fan only setting did not work. Overall: I would stay here again if I was in a pinch just like I did this time.

Pleasant stay

Older hotel they put new amenities in. Not what I typically expected from a comfort suites but ok just to lay your head somewhere.

VERY NICE AND COMFORTABLE

Hotel feels, looks and smells aged. Needs renovation. Continental breakfast was clean and not busy at the time I was there. Did not like that they charge for the cruise shuttle service which was not written anywhere. Shuttle service to airport is complimentary. I feel that there way better hotels out there for the price range.

Great hotel overall. Breakfast was so-s, what you would expect from this class of hotel. Interesting that No Smoking signs are posted up everywhere, yet smoking is permitted because the signs will be taken down soon... Seems a little backwards with the times!

The staff was extremely helpful in providing directions and the best mode of transportation to get where you are going. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definatley stay here again!

This hotel is looking tired and in need of remodeling. Free breakfast was poor. Over use of airfreshener in room and windows that wouldn't open. The shuttle service is very pricey. Use it as a second choice, but there are better qulaity offerings in the area at similar price.

I chose this hotel because it was priced more reasonably that many others in the area, which during high season are very overpriced for the amenities provided. This hotel is average in quality and not one that I would prefer to stay in, if I had my choice. But because it offered free parking, breakfast, and airport shuttle service, it served the purpose for a 1 night's stay (post cruise).

We checked in late after checking into a nightmare of a hotel down the street. The front desk attendant was helpful and courteous. Our room was clean although there was a very strong air freshener that had been sprayed up and down the hallway that was a little unpleasant. The beds were comfortable. Room had microwave and mini fridge, too. The free continental breakfast was free and boasted cold cereal as well as fresh fruit, waffles and scrambled eggs. It was a quick ride about 1 mile to the Fort Lauderdale airport. I would stay here again.

Elevator needs to be repaired. It went to floors that were not requested and didn't go to floors we needed. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location to the cruise port. It was run down and one of the worst shape hotels I have ever stayed at. The people at the front desk were pleasant but overwhelmed. They false advertise the free shuttle service. The only free shuttle was from the airport to the hotel. We did have a nice driver one night that we paid to take us to dinner.

For convenience and comfort, and price, we were satisfied with our accommodations. Walking distance to reataurants and port of Ft. Lauderdale where we connected with our cruise.

The horel is worn. I was disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel. The location was great. We could walk to drug store and restaurant,

Room was not made up one night and the desk clerk didn't help much. Not a bargain for a bargain place. Breakfast was ok.

The room was not a suite. It was dusty. Only two of the lights were working. In the halls the paint job was sloppy. Renovation was going on and it was noisy. Free breakfast was good.

The room didn't feel clean. Needed to be updated and could have smelled better.

room smelled like mildew and the showers had mold around it. the customer service was very unprofessional and so was the driver.the room attendant was very apologetic and was extremly nice shout out to (ROMONA).

This hotel was very conveniently located. Lots of places to eat and the shuttle bus to the airport runs every hour. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Pricing was reasonable

The toilet ran all night. A Chiffarobe sat in front of the a/c blocking the air from circulating. The traffic noise outside the window was deafening, as the hotel should have been built sideways, but a noise reducing wall will need to be constructed to resolve this matter. On top of that, rain poured into the window and rain down the wall, and when the rain stopped , it was humidity that leaked in. If these matters could be corrected, it would be a 4 or 5 star stay!

I was looking for a good night sleep ahead of a test administration at the convention center. I was ready to go for the cheapest option available but was encouraged by my nervous mother to spend the extra couple bucks for a more reliable option. The Comfort Suites struck the balance perfectly between cost-savings and reliability. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant, and described the elaborate breakfast that was included in my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area left a bit to be desired, but the ample-sized parking lot is directly in front of the front desk and I therefore never feared for the security of my car or my person. Plenty close to the airport and the convention center, and the price is right. Very solid experience for what I was looking for. I'd call it no-frills if not for the extensive breakfast buffet. Plenty of fast food options nearby and a 24-hour CVS right next door. Highly recommended considering how economical it is.

This motel is slowly deteriorating and needs some maintenance if it wants to stay competitive. the front desk service is a little sloppy (forgot to wake me up). It is OK because close to the airport.

Fine to stay at for a night or so. Clean Quite Room. Close to the Airport
