I experienced a very poor check-in and check-out service with this hotel. Even though the room had been paid in full, the nighttime desk clerk miss-handled my credit card (for incidentals) and charged me for the room. When I went to check out, the daytime desk clerk did the same thing. I believe that the staff has not been trained properly to handle pre-paid hotel stays.

The Comfort Inn Cranberry Township overall is a fine place to stay. Super glamorous? No. But clean and comfortable enough. It did smell like freshly baked cookies when I entered the lobby. Who doesn't like that? My room was clean and there was a small refrigerator which was a nice addition for this traveler. I will say that I could CLEARLY hear my neighbor next door and was VERY luck that he was an early to bed early to rise guy. And my remote was issuey but the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great!!! Overall, I would stay again if I were passing through this part of the country.

The motel was very clean,warm and friendly, the room was clean and beds comfortable, My husband and I are going away again in May and we will definetly stay in a Comfort Inn again, breakfast area was clean and alot to choose from, I would highly recommand this motel to anyone. thank you for making our stay comfortable and care free. I've stayed in this hotel three times. In my most recent visit, the internet connection would not work, preventing me from getting any work done during my stay. When I went to the front desk, there was a gaggle of retired women all wanting to change their room assignements. Not the hotel's fault, but I waited 45 minutes before I could ask about the internet connection. They told me that it was on, and the only thing that could be done was to call the 800-number, but he didn't give me the number. Perhaps I gave up too easily.

pillows are to flat - could not sleep well with them - we were there for two nights and I thought about buying my own. Staff was friendly, we did not eat the breakfast while we were there, but it was full of people that seemed happy with what was presented.

overall OK, however during my 5 day stay the wireless internet access did not work (5th floor)for the first three nights. The hotel staff was helpless regarding that issue.

The staff was horriable and the hotel charged me twice for a room that was already paid for in full previous to the stay the room was a mess with stains and ripped sheets. I would not recomed this hotel even to my worse enemy.
