Great stay. Wonderful breakfast.

Arrived late, but someone was there to greet us with a smile. All we needed was a few hours good sleep until we hit the golf course in the morning. The hotel was quiet and clean and in the morning the continental breakfast was great.

Definitely older building with some maintenance issues. Very friendly staff and great deal for a short stay in a busy beach area.

I went for the cheap hotel. It was one night until we could get into our condo. The room smelled like smoke. The pillows were the size of a throw pillow. But for cheap and one night it was ok. It was in the area I wanted it to be. I also brought my own blanket and pillow so that helped. Would I stay there again? Maybe if I needed a one night deal but definately not for a long period of time.

There was no elevator & our room was on the second floor which made moving in & out a lot more difficult. It was not the quality we've come to expect at other Comfort Inn locations. It is definitely showing its age & needs remodeling & updating. We are not planning to stay there in the future.

My boyfriend an I had a very relaxing and fun time at our stay...Housekeeping kept the room very very clean..the bathroom and room had like a sewer smell to it so you have to keep the a/c unit on to keep the smell away...That was the only thing,but other than that it's a really nice and clean hotel and the drive to the beach was right down the road, only 1 mile away and had no problem with parking areas..

My only complaint in there is no elevator. It is difficult for people with problems to climb the steps.

We stayed for one night. Hotel was smelling as not cleaned ever. Isles had too much dirt and sand. For half price would be ok. Room was in better condition. Hopefully sheets and towels were clean. Still the carpet was filthy. Bathroom was just acceptable. Hotel is about 10miles away from restaurants area and about 25 miles from Myrtle beach boardwalk. If you want to stay for a couple of days you should consider tbe cost of transportation as hotel is at the far end of city. For its price it is expensive. At least it should be more clean...

want stay at this comfort inn again. stayed at quality inn and suits next door the first week in june. was satisfied..

Staff was very friendly and helpful with all questions and request. Room was a little cramped but ok for the one night we stayed. Biggest complaint I have is that there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in 2nd floor hall witch could also be smelt in our non smoking room. Suggestion I would make to hotel would be to add an ice machine so that there are two on the floor so dont have to walk to other end of hotel for ice.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable and I did not have to call the front desk for anything.:-) All staff were very nice.

This was my first time at Myrtle Beach so it was haed to tell where I wanted to be. I went with my wife and two teenage girls. the hotel was ver nice but it was just to far for everything we wanted to do. the north side of myrtle beach is for people who just want to relax they dont want to do anything else and thats nice but this time i wanted to get out and have fun. in order to do that you had to go to the south side of town and downtown to get action wich ment that going back and forth to the hotel to change to up most of our time. once again nice hotel if you want to just relax but if you want to get out and do thing go to the southside of town. I will say they had awsome breakfast !

The Hotel was in line with what I would expect from a Comfort Inn. No issues with strange smells. Room was basic but clean. It was quiet and relatively inexpensive compared to the rest of the area.

My stay was great. The bathroom was not clean, still had feces. The front desk lady sent someone to clean it. Every body was so kind. The food was great, variety of food for breakfast. Lot of attractions close by, most important thing was closed to the beach.

Close to beach. Room maintenance needs improvement. Staff very courteous and friendly.

my wife and i work for marriott hotels so our expectation bar is set pretty high. we knew there would be at least a slight drop-off in accommodations, but the room was reasonably clean, staff was friendly, and for free the breakfast was adequate. the hotel is located at the norethern most part of north myrtle beach, so if you want myrtle beach things to do it might be inconvenient for you to slog through the strip traffic to get to your desired location. just north of the hotel on rte. 17 is a flea market that has some real flea mkt. stuff not packaged stuff that fell off of a truck.

It was a nice quiet place to stay

In spite of map, I tried to get clarification on the exact location of the motel. It was not where I wanted to be. In fact, it is the LAST motel before leaving North Myrtle Beach traveling north on Hwy 17.

Arrived late, quick checkin, easy out in the mornin. Great hotel if staying for a short time. Needs renovation, fresh carpet, and an air filtration system would help reduce the cig. smoke smell in the halls

It was ok....good hotel for the price. Clean....staff was very friendly. Even let me check in early.

I would like to say I was pleasantly surprised how nice and clean THIS Comfort Inn was. I've had some really bad experiences with Comfort Inn in other locations. This was a last minute getaway for my wife and I so to even get a room definitely impressed me. That's because I do alot of last minute planning. I also appreciated the affordable pricing of really nice rooms. I dont know why this is a two star hotel because they gave FIVE STAR SERVICE. Thank you so much for making my getaway a GREAT ONE!!!! I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again. . Thanx Again . C.C. + 1

The front desk staff did not seem very happy that this room was booked through hotels.com. The lady said three times that I would recieve no hotel loyalty credit due to the third party booking. I asked if there was a problem with using hotels.com: the hotel did not have a problem accepting payment from hotels.com when the booking was made.

Breakfast was good.

We were there for a fishing weekend and went down at 6:15 a.m. on Saturday to grab some coffee, yogurt, juice, and fruit and the woman setting up kept saying that breakfast was not until 7 a.m. We told her we were just getting quick items and would leave shortly, so she locked the fridge where the yogurt was and turned of the juice machine. She kept saying breakfast is at 7. We left by 6:35 to get on the water. We have stayed at many hotels that offer breakfast and have came down early to get quick items before heading out and this is the first time we have ever been treated like this. And on top of that the woman never extended any type of greeting; only breakfast is at 7. She really needs some customer service training.

Very friendly staff! Thought there would be an elevator but for a short trip without kids it was great.

We had to make the trip to Mytle Beach for the death of my father. Once there all i wanted was to be able to rest. I was very pleased with the hotel and the beds were wonderful for a good nights sleep. The only issue was a slow WIFI connection, but was still able to use it. Overal experience was a good one and would stay there again on next visit.

all i can say is that everything was perfect

I think it is pretty good hotel. It is close to the Beach. Breakfast is good. It is very quiet. I would stay there again.

Great breakfast. The room was ok but smelled bad. The hallways also smelled bad due to people smoking in them. Overall a good hotel for the price.

The hotel smelled of smoke everywhere. It was not clean. The hall on the second floor was filled with people just hanging until all hours of the night. We could hear their conversations until well after midnight. At 1 Am people were standing outside our door talking to each other in very loud voices. We tried to call the front desk and it was always busy. The customer service was extremely poor. That night was the worst night I have EVER spent in a hotel.

My family and I visited Myrtle Beach for the first time and since we have stayed at other Comfort Inns we decided to stay here. I read reviews about the hotel and the price was good so we went with it. The hotel had a faint odor of cigarettes...not great...but checked in and got to our room......The room had an awful moldy/musty odor that never went away our entire stay. My family of 5 had a difficult time moving around in the room, definitely not enough space. After being in the room a few minutes I noticed spots of blood on the sheets and pillows...I was so grossed out..I called the front desk and she stated they don't have maid service at night. She brought me sheets and yep! I had to change the sheets. The next day sitting at the table I noticed blood spots on the walls.....Needless to say I will never stay here again...I expected so much more from Comfort Inn.
