Hotel and staff were fantastic, this was our second stay, and will not be our last... Highly recommended :)

Convenient

I stayed here thinking it would be faster to settle in, however it took as long to get to this hotel as it would to any other hotel. Didn't know monorail was down.

Quite satisfied

It was just an over night stay, but was satasfied :)

We like the location but miss the shuttle train. The bus worked all right but not as convenient as the train. Service was very good.

Lady at reception was so genuinely positive it was refreshing. Travelling with my husband and son on overnight stay made this hotel the obvious choice for early morning flight. Assistant manager checked we were enjoying our bar meal! Will stay here again.

Great indeed, hotel allowed me to check lout late evening even though I requested them at short notice......friendly staff! Only issue is that I could not get a slot for massage at the SPA because it was fully booked the whole day Saturday

Overall, great stay, clean and friendly staff. But several service details left to be desired. 1. I cannot use airport information call the hotel. 2. I reserved for a room with two double but got a king. 3. Only two towels for two adults and two kids.

After convincing my family that it would be better to sleep in a bed for 5 hours than a chair in the aiport we made our way to the Sheraton....quick check in, perfectly sized room, quick shower in the morning and we were back on our flight. It was perfect - and I didn't feel completely dragged out.

We live in Toronto and travel frequently for both business and pleasure. During the past 2 years we booked another airport-area hotel. For personal reasons we decided to try Sheraton airport location instead. Sheraton is IDEAL – a simple walk out the door or short link ride and you are in the terminal – covered or outside parking included in certain rates. Very quiet hotel – try the steak frites at the lobby bar, not bad either. Sheraton is our first choice for airport hotels now – we will use them again.

Everything was perfect except for the loud noise of the heating/air conditioner unit. It was impossible to have a good night 's sleep

tricky access to T.one

It was great, very convenient, priced accordingly. One question, I was billed for the mini bar service right away. How did the Hotel even know what we consumed?? Very curious to know...

I booked this hotel at Hotels.com and we have stayed here before. The only issue that we had was that Hotels.com booked us for 2 doubles and thats what it read on our paperwork, but Sheraton had us reserved for 1 king room, which is not enough for a family of four. Thankfully, they were able to accomodate us.

Located at the Pearson airport and accessible in a few foot steps only. Has excellent quality services. It provided our enroute family a well needed rest over night.

It was convenient as we were catching a plane early the next morning

Hotel is great location, comfy beds but sadly only had 4 hrs of sleep due to late arrival time and early departure next morning, compounded with change of clocks. Hope to spend longer there.

The location of this hotel makes it perfect for overnight stay before destination, we loved it.

VERY EASY FOR LATE NIGHT ARRIVAL BY PLANE. STAFF VERY PLEASANT .FOOD QUALITY GOOD.

It took a long time to check in, there was quite a line up. the restaurant closed at 10:30m, but a reasonable menu in the bar; excellent wild mushroom soup. don't get a room with connecting door, we were kept awake most of night by people in next room partying.

this location is perfect for making early morning connections out of Pearson - perhaps a little pricey if all you need to do is sleep, but you can't beat the convenience. also, room service food was fantastic! i got there in time to use the spa services, but they seemed to have closed early.

We arrived from the Caribbean at 11 PM at night, and had an 8 AM flight home the next day . The convenience of the hotel to the airport terminals was the reason we stayed here. Though it was a brief stay, the check in/out process was quick and efficient, the staff friendly and helpful, and the room, while nothing impressive, was clean, and comfortable enough. Although we arrived after the restaurant had closed, the hotel bar provided us with a decent "pub food" style meal, although at "airport rates". We would definitely stay here again, if similar flight circumstances prevail.

Good Hotel.

For a four star hotel the in room wifi should be included and not cost an extra $15.00.

My family recently stayed at the Sheraton between flights and we had a great stay. The hotel is right at terminal 3 so we just had to walk to the hotel, no shuttle bus needed! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the drinks/fruit they put out in the afternoon for the clients staying at the hotel. The lobby is well designed for working and resting. We were there for a good part of the afternoon working and studying since our next flight wasn't until the evening. They even kept our luggage for us when we didn't want to lug it around. Over all, I would definitely stay there again.

a great place to stay before or after a flight - everything was top notch so clean and comfortable with very friendly staff!

Lock did not work on room Maid on our floor was very helpful - agnus Thanks to her wonderful friendliness Charge for Internet in this day and time doesn't make sense
