Had an early morning connection so needed an overnight near the airport. The airport monorail took us from Terminal 1 to the Sheraton's doorstep (Terminal 3). Friendly and professinal check-in. Lots of amenities I wish I had time to take advantage of (like gym,spa,and was that a pool I saw?). The Mahogany restaurant food was good too.

Nice hotel and convent to hotel. Very expensive, they could offer rebate for last minute booking.

I have stayed at this hotel many times , it has a great restaurant and is right next to airport. it was my anniversary so I decided to splurge and book the club room for more, only to find out that the only difference is that the room is on the 8th floor, and for an EXTRA few dollars i could access the lounge on the 8th floor. why not add the extra to my room charge aand make it easy.. Still have to pay for internet for every device as well.. WHEN will Canadian hotels wake up , the internet is free in cheap motels in the US.for multiple devices . Add the interrnet in my room charge , but make the it convenient please PLEASE. Not good value for big dollars... book the bargain room , its the same.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was to die for.

Computer systems were down which delayed check in. Room provided smelled of jet fuel (on 3rd floor). When I mentioned this to front desk staff they suggested it could be a cleaning agent in the air or something else. Considering the intensity of the smell in the corridor I disagree. Room service was lightening fast and courteous. I was only there between 10 am to 5 am. I would try it again but on a different floor. I can't imagine the smell of jet fuel is always prevalent and assumed there were some issues with the ventilation system that night.

Most convenient of all the Toronrtp Pearson airport hotels - only problem is the price. Every now and again deals surface.

Since I can't put in a 10 for my stay I guess I will have to settle for a 5. I absolutely LOVE the comfort of your beds... I was actually on the website store last night looking at the prices... and will be purchasing a mattress set just for the absolute comfort.

Hotel ideal for stop over while traveling through Toronto.

Great room, great beds, great linens.Of course we stayed here rather than risk snow and cold in January. Fpr peace of mind .But there wasnt any snow! Porter will escort you or you can push your trolley from baggage carousel into your room and keep it.! So, cheaper in spring to stay off Airport I guess! Slighly difficult to find the way there (especially if jet lagged) in that you need to go up one floor from arrivals and first timers could use more signs in the Airport.. Too many choices of elevators not all signed. We stayed 2 seperate nights 2 weeks apart and still had to think about the route on nite 2. The word Shuttle train is similar to word Shuttle (bus) which is at different location/area. Semantics play a part here.

Location is unbeatable if you arrive late at night, but this time price was really steep.

So handy to not have to get up in the morning and drive to the airport and worry that your not Gonna be there in time. Very clean . We did try to order pizza from pizza hut and they wouldn't deliver to the hotel because they said they get parking tickets . The beds were not that comfy but overall very good.

Ideal for stays when not required to travel to central Toronto eg traveling down to niagara etc or for early flight

Great location and fantastic staf especially when travelling by yourself with a 3 yearold an for the price. but the restaurant is way overpriced considering the food tastes like it comes out of a can!

Hotel was conveniently located at the airport. Found the room to be expensive for what I received, especially in comparison with other hotels on the airport strip. Pillows were lousy, and there was a sky tram which ran 20 yards from my windown every five minutes all night long. It was like sleeping beside the highway.

So convenient for an overnight stay while enroute to other destinations.....really comfortable beds, pillows & bedding!!!

The hotel is very convenient, it's right next to the Terminal 3. Only problem it's dusty inside and some rooms are smelled like a smoked room. i stayed there 2x in a month and staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is currently (September 2011) undergoing some building changes - so not completely simple to find one's way around. The location is great - and the parking on site most appropriate - getting out of the parking lot is simple as one gets a"ticket" at check out which goes into the "exit" machine and the gate opens like magic. The "Mahogany Grill" is a good restaurant - moderately priced, good food and excellent service. And nothing could be simpler when a flight has to be caught!

the room had an odd smell, otherwise perfect for an airport hotel.

This hotel served the exact purpose it was intended to serve. A place to stay between flights; convienient connections to spend a few hours downtown Toronto via the TTC

Except for a slow check-in the hotel was excellent in every way and was beyond my expectations for the price. Will definately stay there again. Nice bar and restaurant downstairs.

This is a very clean, modern and comfortable hotel with easy access to the airport terminals.

Convenient for those early morning flights

The Sheraton Gateway was an excellent choice for my overnight stopover in Toronto, The hotel was very convenient and easy to find, the quality, condition and cleanliness of the hotel, comfort of the room and service of the staff was excellent, it was so quiet that you would not even know it was close to the airport. I would definetely stay there again.

The front desk stuff were rude.

It doesn't take many words to say what a supremely perfect place to stay the night before your flight! Sheraton has it completely right. Will always stay at an airport hotel from now on. Thank you for the best nights sleep ever. zzzzzzzzzz

The conveniency of the location makes the biggest point of this hotel. Avoid breakfast, the price is simply a robbery!

Thought the hotel was great, good service, very clean and very convenient location. Best part was the fact that they allowed Dogs without any restrictions!

Hotel was clean and comfy. Did not hear any noise from airport in our room. Very nice if you have an early flight. Go online and book for cheapest rate. As far as the airport is concerned look out. Very slow and terrible customer service. We arrived 1 hour and 45 min early and had to run to our flight to catch it on time. So give yourself 2 and 1/2 hours if going through customs they move like turtles and don't care if you miss your flight.
