السرير كان معلقاً في الهواء، وكان يتحرك مع تحركك فيه وكان هذا مقلقاً للنوم. غرفة نظيفة، واسعة وطاقم عمل ودود ومتعاون.

الفندق قريب من U3 Westbahnhof، ولكن هذا يعني زحام مزعج وأنه بعيد عن منطقة التسوق الرئيسية. حجم الغرفة مناسب ولكن الأسرة مستحيلة - أقرب للنوم على ملفات من مرتبة. الغرف التي تطل على الساحة تصلها الضوضاء ودخان السجائر من نزلاء الفندق في البار، أحياناً يستمر هذا طوال الليل. الغرف المطلة على الشارع مزعجة بطريقة مختلفة. على الجانب المشرق -- طاقم العمل جميل ويتحدث الكثير من اللغات. الغرفة كانت نظيفة. في المجمل -- توجد الكثير من الأماكن للإقامة بفيينا ولن أعود لأقيم هنا. يفتقد المكان للسحر وهو ليس مريحاً.

لأنهم كانوا محجوزين عن آخرهم، كان حظي جيداً كفاية لأحصل على ترقية لأحد أجنحتهم الإكزكتيف، ولهذا فتخطت الغرفة توقعاتي. الحي حول الفندق ليس سكنياً وبه القليل من المطاعم، ولكن يمكن المشي منه للمترو بفيينا ولمحطة القطار Westbahnhof.

فندق Arcotel كان لطيفاً ومعتنى به جيداً، غرفه نظيفة، موقعه لطيف ولكنه يبعد 30-40 دقيقة مشياً عن المزارات الرئيسية لو لم تأخذ المترو. طاقم العمل لم يكن متعاوناً على الإطلاق، عندما طلبت نصائح عن الأماكن للخروج أو العشاء كانت الإجابات مبهمة ولم تساعد على الإطلاق. حصلنا على خدمة أفضل من سائق التاكسي الذي أخبرنا أن المطعم الذي كنا سنذهب إليه ليس الأفضل ونصحنا فوراً ببدائل وأخذنا لأماكن أفضل للأكل والجو. أيضاً لم تكن إقامتنا تتضمن إفطاراً، وهو سوء تفاهم بيننا وبين موظفي الفندق. وحاسبونا على مبلغ كبير لإفطار ثلاثة أيام لم نكن لنأكله لو تم إعلامنا مسبقاً بسعره. لم يتم التنازل عن سوء التفاهم هذا، ولم يترك هذا أفضل انطباع لدينا على خدمتهم الغير مبهرة.

this was our second stay and we chose it because we loved it the first time. It is close to Westbahnhof train station, convenient connections to the city center and airport and is in the part of town near our family. On top of all of that, it is an excellent quality hotel and the staff is very helpful.

Hotel service is very good. Since the hotel ius facing a big blvd, it is a bit noisy in the night and early morning.

Very good service and good atmosphare

As a woman travelling on my own, I don't think I would recommend this place. The hotel is in an area that has s*x shops etc in close proximity - a fact that would have deterred me from booking, had I have known before I arrived. This meant that it was not a good idea for me to walk alone at night and get dinner some where near by, as I would have to pass a s*x shop (complete with lady sitting in the window) on my way. This was very restrictive and meant I had to use the hotel restaurant at night, which is lovely but quite pricey. The hotel is quite close to a major shopping road and one can pick up items such as bottled water without having to pay the horrendous minibar mark up. Central Vienna is not really in walking distance but the underground is almost across the road, so getting around is easy if you have a ticket (it's best to buy through the U-bahn website or use their mobile app if you can). I had a terrible room on the first night which was changed with no problems for the reminder of my stay and this second room was very quiet and comfortable though the bed was hard. If you have a room on the road side, I would change it straight away or leave unless you can sleep through 24/7 traffic noise. Staff were mostly excellent though I was not impressed when I got stuck in the elevator (a problem that seems to happen often) and this was treated rather flippantly by the young lady on the desk!

Great hotel, close to the train station.

This hotel was clean, lovely, and well appointed. Since it was fall, they seem to have turned the AC off even though it was unseasonably warm. Therefore, the noise from the very busy street was almost unbearable but the windows had to be open to keep the room less than boiling. The smokers like to congregate right by the doors, so you have to run the gauntlet to get in and out as a non-smoker. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The room had a tub, great for soaking sore feet. It is close to the Westbahnof so it is very easy to catch a train. The business center had computers and printers to print off train schedules and other things. The staff all spoke excellent English and the beds were very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also excellent.

This hotel is just quick walk from the metro station and three blocks away from main shopping street in Vienna. It is also 5 min walk to the bus station from where I got direct bus to VIE (Vienna International Airport - E8 cost). Clean room, breakfast is included and it is superb. I would stay in this hotel again and again.

The hotel had a pretty good location, fair cost, polite staff... Only situation we had was the bathroom light was not working and was not fixed througout the stay, this makes a bit of an inconveniance.

very nice hotel and excellent price/ value ratio. One advantage is also a biggest disadvantage - the location. Close to the main train station, a plus but also not the nicest neighboor hood in Vienna.

Hotel was in convenient location, but not in center. Walk or metro to sites. Excellent breakfast buffet, interesting pub in garden.

Fine for the price. Neighborhood with night clubs. Close metro & tram station. Mostly nice staff.

Nice hotel with a great location.

We were satisfied with our week's stay.

The central cooling system was not working and it was too hot, even though it was just mid May. Will not stay there again

The first room smelled like an ashtray and the air conditioning didn't work. The second room only smelled like an ashtray, despite the non-smoking rooms. The front desk staff was somewhat rude about us asking for a different room with a working air conditioner. They also tried to charge me for breakfast which I didn't have. The only positive about this hotel is the location to the train/subway stations, otherwise it's comparable to a Motel 6, but 3 times the price.

Hotel very close to subway; good provision of Wi-Fi in the room (free); neighbourhood is not one you want to hang around at night you really have to take the subway to go a nice cafe.

very nice hotel, room was lovely, leave sized. staff was extremely helpful in helping us plan our sightseeing. would definitely stay here again if I go to vienna again.

For the location its good cause it not far from the centre and transportation is right out the door. The hotel its self though needs to be updated, and the reception staff were very helpful over not bad.

It's located 5 min walk from Westbahnhof,or 1 tram stop from the Westbahnhof. same street as Westbahnhof, so very easy to find. our room is very clean and quiet. hotel does not provide shampoo and conditioning, so bring your own. hotel has sauna ,steam room and spa free for the guest, so bring your swimming suite. Do make sure if you book the room with a breakfast or not, because the buffet breakfast is 20 Euro per person, very expensive!! there are food court in the Westbahnhof with reasonable price.

Good location if you are willing to travel by underground or tram network (€10 for 48 hours travel). Room was warm and clean, reception were happy to help. Fitness suite, sauna and 'Free Wireless' were all charged. Wireless you have 10 minute free then you have to pay for the rest. A little disappointing.

It's very close to the Westbahnhof station and makes very convenient to go to Hofburf and Schonbrunn etc.

We stayed here primarily because it was close tot he Westbanohf Train station. We enjoyed our stay. It was particularly hot and the air conditioning does not work well, but they gave us a fan to help out. The staff was extremely helpful and also helped us out with how to get around and things to do in Vienna. the picture on hotels.com is inaccurate as it makes it appear to be a more modern hotel than it really is. Even with that, we would stay there again.

Good stay. The internet is extremely slow unless you pay for 'high-speed'. It is available in the room. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Its location is not great. The walk to city center takes about 15-20 minutes. There is a grocery store next door, which was nice.

at check in they said they have upgraded us to one level up, went into the room and found the room looking like a regular hotel room, so we really wonder how a regular room look like... haha! The hotel is alright, a little old but everything functions well, customer service is pretty good too we got greeted warmly everytime we go in and out of the hotel. Only a little inconvenient with the area coz there is not much place to eat around there. You have to walk around 10 mins or take the tram one stop to Westbahnhof then you will get a lot of restaurants etc... so if price is similar, I will probably stay at Westbahnhof instead. But it is not a bad hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to the west train station. The room was surprisingly large, and though the street out front is VERY busy, we could hardly hear anything of the outside noise. The first room they gave us had no AC duct or controls, we complained, and they switched us to a room that had AC....and did so cheerfully.

Summers are getting hotter and the rooms here lack air-conditioning. The hotel is on the 2nd ring, close to and convenient to transportation, but the neighborhood is mixed because there are more than several adult entertainment establishments near the hotel, which may make families unconfortable. Breakfasts were expensive and there are less costly alternatives nearby on Maria Hilferstrasse.

1泊でしたが、また滞在したいと思いました。 部屋は綺麗で浴槽もありました。 アメニティも大体揃っています。 いい香りのソープでした。 ただ水回りの空間だけ赤い光なのは不思議でした。 朝食はとてもおいしかったです。 立地はウィーン西駅から5分ほど。 風俗店もありますが、大通りなので安全でした。

ウィーン西駅に着いたら、駅前の（地下鉄駅上の）トラム乗り場から坂道を登る方向のトラムＮｏ．６または１８で１駅乗車します。トラムを降りたら右手にホテルが見えています。隣にスーパーも有ります。荷物が無ければ西駅から歩いても５分程度です。ホテルの部屋は快適で、朝食も標準的なホットブッフェで満足できる内容です。団体客が多いので、時間をずらすとよいでしょう。

Apart from slightly dank smell in the room (maybe because of the wall-to-wall carpet) we really enjoyed our stay in Arcotel Wimberger. The location was more than convenient, being stonethrow away from the main west railway station of Vienna where the airport bus takes you to and where you also find U3 subway line. Also Mariahilfer Straße, the main shopping street is close by and from there you can walk down to the museum quarter if you like. Hotel's breakfast was enjoyable every morning, but I'm sure you get bored to that eventually as happens in every hotel. Also the sauna and jacuzzi in the upper floor was very nice to have since the weather was pretty cold througout the visit. Good times!
