Not A Nice Room

Pillow Suck, woke up with a back pain!!!!! Shower water temp not good and toilet too small and close to the wall.

was not satisfied with hotel was no glasses in room, shower run hot thin cold I have never stayed at a motel I had to pay $100.00 deposit

I had booked four rooms for our group. Each room was dirty and in dis-repair. Collectively I got reports from each of our chaperones about lights not working, excessive hair on sheets from ???? visitors, gross bathrooms, dirty carpets, etc. I would recommend that you strike this hotel from your lodging list until such time that repairs are made, rooms are deep-cleaned, and maintenance/cleaning is done on a regular basis. Oh, the breakfast was marginal. Not bad if you are into having sweets for breakfast.

The only two things I had an issue with this hotel was first the bed was very uncomfortable and it almost felt like it had a board separating the left and right side. The bathroom tub needed a new drain and the walls needed to be repainted.

The pictures are very deceiving. The hotel is in much need of a renovation. The furniture in the room and even the towels need to be replaced. It is clear from the amenities that they are very old. The affect of it makes you uncomfortable in the room because it feels dirty. This also applies to the outside of the building as well as the lobby and all common areas. They really need to update the place. The only great thing about this hotel was their free wi-fi which was actually really fast.

When we layed down on our bed we could feel the springs in the mattress. We woke up in pain.. We will not be staying in this hotel anymore.

The room was tidy enough, but the bed had no skirt, leaving the box spring entirely exposed. The mattress itself was uncomfortable & the air conditioning unit was loud & didn't seem to be entirely functional. The location was convenient for everything I needed to do in the area, but not as comfortable as I'd hoped.

first room had people smoking pot, and the second room when we finally got moved after the third time asking-stunk bad. We had to burn a candle anytime we were in the room! I wouldn't stay here again.

Worst place I hav ever stayed. Better off sleeping in your vehicle.

I was very disappointed. I thought being a Ramada the standards would be higher. The location was perfect but would not stay there again. Motel is very old and on need of much repairs

watch out renting movies 13.99 and up

If I were Ramada, I would be embarrassed to have this hotel with my name on it. the shower was pitiful, too.

Ok room. But this is in a bad neighborhood. And the hotel looks nothing like the pics.

I had a horrible stay at the Ramanda. I had an infant child with me and they gave me a roo mnext to a ice machine that was making noise all night long. The water in my room wascold o they had a maintence man knocking at my door whille my child was asleep at 12:00am. Hotel breakfast lady was so RUDE!! She speaks to people rude and not friendly or hospitable to anyone. More like a bouncer at a bar!!!

close to freeway, food, mall

Please change the carpet in that supposedly master king suite...the towels were old and brown, I dared not touch my skin with it. The room looked and felt melancholy and it felt irky walking on the floor with that very dirty, run down carpet. I felt like I was in a forgotten room at the end of a dungeon.

I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast save us at least $30 a day not having to eat at a restaurant. They offered a very nice variety of breakfast items such as belgin waffles (son's favorite). Overall experience was very pleasant.

The room looked nothing like what was advertise online. Very dirty, especially the bath tub. They need to reevaluate their cleaning services. The hotel is located right off the highway. It would be very convenient if not for the construction. It took us 15 min to get from the hotel back onto the highway because the area was so screwed up. Defenetely not worth the price. There is a much better Days Inn just up the street. We ended up going there and was very happy! Same price but a million times better!

Was a scary experience with some other guests. There is a free breakfast that some local residents know about and come into. So, they give you a ticket for breakfast. People still come in and when the Ramada Inn personnel try to ask for their tickets, they don't provide and just take food. We ended up heading to McDonalds. We paid for a nonsmoking room that was clearly smoked in. There were no other rooms available they said and we tried to air it out. Would not stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay and the employees were really helpful and courteous!!! Great location surrounding everything that u need, Walmart, grocery stores, fast food locations,Burlington Coat Factory, Marshalls.. It's just a Great hotel I would definitely stay again!!

What do you expect for this price? The first room that I checked in to had an awful mildew smell. The front desk attendant was understanding and appologetic. Was it wonderful? No. Would I stay there again? It's the least bad of the bunch for the price. Great service and the car was still there in the morning.

I thought it was comfortable and I had lot of privacy.

Staff was great, breakfast good. The room could have been alittle cleaner and the walls are very thin, could hear the neighbors TV loudly through the wall. Overall good for the money we spent.

I saw a live roach and the bathroom floor was always wet due to plumbing leaking.

dated but signs of some updating jets did n ot work in jacuzzi. there were coffee packets in the room but no coffee maker or microwave. continental breakfast was good.

Hotel had an abundance of loud construction vehicles entering and exiting at all times during the early morning hours (1-6am). The trash removal service occurred at 4am which completely disturbed my sleep. There was a huge water stain on the ceiling in my room. The hotel lobby staff appeared to have just rolled out of bed wearing whatever clothes they could find in the dark. Extremely unprofessional! I was expecting more from a Ramada chain. I was very underwhelmed!

I stayed at a Holiday Inn for $10 more in Anaheim before I checked into the Ramada Inn in Antioch. This was my first time at a Ramada Inn and was quite disappointed with the room quality. The room reeked of cigarette and the sheets had stains in them. It felt cheap, looked cheap and smelled cheap. On the plus side, the continental breakfast was awesome and the lady who was assisting in there was really nice. The Polynesian ladies at the front desk showed their island roots by being very courteous and provided excellent customer service.

Motel was right next to Freeway and was very noisey all night. 1st night at 3;30 am a jack hammer was tearing up concrete. The cold water became very hot and was not drinkable. I told the desk clerk about this situation. The tub drain was clogged and we finnally had to switch rooms and to my dismay the hot water in the cold side was the same in this room also. The lobby area was not kept clean there was debris all over the floor. I would not reccomend anyone stay at this Motel.

I rested, but we stay at the Ramada because it has a nice pool which was being painted and no-one could swim. There were obnoxios drunks in the hot tub to top it off. We didn't leave the room. Usually we like it there; but the lights over the bed for reading didn't work either and we kept having to ask for enough towels. Staff is pleasant...and trying to work around the changes...breakfast is great
