room was too cold and I could not get hold of housekeeping for either extra blankets or to have someone look at the thermostat. Other than that, the hotel is functional; located conveniently for my purposes and reasonably priced

Convenient location. Staff very courteous; but poor directions to room. Room relatively quiet and well designed, but too hot & dry even after adjusting heat controls. Beds lacked support, much too soft. Bedspread stained. Windows very dirty. Bottom of shower fixtures were black-perhaps from fungus. Otherwise very clean. Breakfast food greasy, ultra-thin bacon & eggs- both somehow tasted artificial, banana rotten. Encountered Doberman in parking lot. Take elevator, not stairs. Exercise room appeared very nice.

easy access to Burlington, reasonable price

good choice if looking for a low price hotel. buffet breakfast was not great.

We checked in very late after our plans were changed and needed an extra bed. Since we booked though hotels.com, we were told we would have to contact them - not what I wanted to hear! In the morning, the ill-fitting bottom sheet was off the bed to show old blood stains on the bed. We left a day early and found a better hotel.

As we told the front desk, we were extremely satisfied with everything

my mother and i stayed at the hotel. all in all it was nice. However when we had breakfast the following morning at approx. 9am the sausages were burnt to crisp and tasted really bad. The eggs tasted like powdered and were also over cooked. This was by far the worst breakfast my mother and I have had in a long time. It was just awful. we will think twice about coming to a Quality Inn again. Sorry

Very disapointed.

The hotel is in need of some updating. The mattress had definitely seen better days but the property was well maintained otherwise. The staff were very friendly and the location worked well for us.

convenient location

It was good.....room and breakfast, yet air conditioner was so dirty we did not turn it on

My stay was fine. Did not like noise from the highway. Felt the rate was too high for a medium rated hotel. If they want to charge more they should update the rooms.

It seemed a bit pricey for the area and amenities, but perhaps not too bad considering the season near start of college and fall colors. Our only complaint was that the breakfast bar was too crowded, and the T.V. remote battery was weak.

Everything was great but the parking was difficult.

great breakfast and near the Albany College of Pharmacey. Also had quick access carto main highways

Everything was good except for hot water in the morning. The shower changed from cold to hot to cold to hot. Other than that it was a nice stay but not for the price paid.

Our stay was very pleasant, but if traveling with a pet be sure that it is noted in your reservation.

On checking in noticed room smelled awfully damp. We saw mold in bathroom. Initially did not care too much, noting there is apparently no natural ventilation in these rooms other than the door (which we duly propped open). But we soon realised that parts of the carpet were soggy (truly as if someone had tipped water on the floor), while the entire carpet was damp to the touch. Reported to front desk who undertook to investigate and get maintenance to verify (presumably before giving us a different room). We waited ... Waited... Nothing. On following up we were told 'oh thats just the ac unit leaking - that happens' (as if this was normal), and in any case the ' maintenance guy goes home at night' (as if I was silly for expecting something to be done about it). We definitely won't be back. Aside from that room was tiny and need of renovation - neighborhood a bit sketchy too. Linen was clean, and Pool and breakfast were okay, however.

Well, when we cross the Lost River Road, Woodstock NH when we came back from Ogunquit Maine, we had to find a nice hotel and a not very expensive one. So I download the application Hotels.com and start to find an hotel near Burlington... so the Quality Inn Colchester/Burlington Area was our best deal around ! Our experience there was awesome, the pool was clean and hot, our bedroom was clean, the staff was funny and the breakfast succulent with those "do it yourself" waffle ! If you're around, no choice... take that place !

We have stayed at other Choice hotels, and this one was very overpriced.

Hotel was okay for a one night stay. Close to interstate, restaurant next door to the hotel. Hotel is in need of updating.

The room was musty smelling and the carpet was wet. Based on the pictures posted on the website, I expected better. I will not be staying there again.

FRONT DESK STAFF EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST BUT NEED MORE DINING ROOM SPACE

Our first night, we left for a few hrs. and returned to find 2 people standing outside our rm. and our door had been opened. I asked the 2 people if they also had this rm. and they stated they did not. I went down to the front desk and told them that my door was opened when I returned. I was told that maybe housekeeping went in. There didn't appear to be anything missing but my 9 yr. old son was afraid to stay fearing someone might come in. So we had to stay at my parents that night on July 15th. We stayed on the 16th without complications.

Room was clean but the staff seemed as though they knew not what they were doing. First they gave me a room which was still not cleaned. It was difficult to get the room key to work the elevator. After the first night our room key wouldn't work in the room. After which we were double charged for the room which was promptly removed but charged a fee for something that we don't know why but for such a small amount not worth the aggravation. Overall would not recomend.

This is a good value priced basic hotel.

We had a great stay, much improved from a visit in December. Breakfast was quite good with a lot of choices. Used the Business center for the first time and was pleased with access to internet and printer. Our room was clean and bright. Only complaint - the room keys did not work well when trying to access the elevator. Several times I had to go to the front desk for help with this problem... the swipe pad needs to be fixed.

The pool was very nice. Need better signage to find the little street where it is located; the sign on the main road was much too small and we had trouble finding the place initially. The front desk replaced a missing light bulb as soon as we mentioned it.

Room was dirty. We checked in late so really didn't complain at all just dealt with it. Pillow top matress?? I don't think so! I stayed in nicer places that were cheaper. Breakfast was ok...the hot items were cold.
