Great location,staff very good,bed very uncomfortable,mold on bath room ceiling ,couldnt get room air conditioning to work right,tv terrible ,.first hotel in cocoa beach that we didnt feal safe at.

We had a good stay, the facilities were really very adequate and generally all round good service,Thanks best Western

i combined business with pleasure. the room had a good enough kitchen and a view of the ocean and pool. the weather was great. we made use of the discounts offered in the area. and ate well. i would reccomend a stay at best western for relaxing. the staff was attentive to our needs.

This is a very typical beachside hotel that has been revamped. Nice pool, next to the beach and close to area eateries and attractions such as Ron Jon Surf Shop. Have stayed there several times and I book it every time I go back.

I made reservations for me & my husbands 14 yr anniversary and this has been the 3rd time we have stayed @ this hotel and I have to say that it has always been a great place to stay , friendly staff and the rooms have always been in fine condition. As long as they have this hotel we will continue to stay there.

I really look for CLEAN,clean clean, I keep a set of flat sheets in my suitcase, just in case I get into a jam..The condition of my room was excellent, spotless, fresh, clean, spotless..the staff was wonderful, fresh brewed coffee, view of Cocoa Beach Pier,,,,,,,,,,it was delightful, I would recommend to familly and friends, they deserve more stars..

We could not check into our room until an hour and a half after check-in time. It appeared "dirty"!! Extremely over-priced for the condition!! We will NEVER stay here again!!

The staff was very well trained, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unusually good maintenane for an oceanfront property. Quiet, pleasant room with a good beach. Near good restaurants (Florida's Seafood Bar and Grill) and near the pier.

This was an amazing hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Received a wonderful dscount by booking here instead of at hotel directly. Room came with free hot breakfast that we all enjoyed! Room was clean and had a kitchen-with stove,refrigerator, and microwave and came stocked with dishes. Room was very clean. Had no problems at all. We had an oceanview room with balcony with a view that will take your breath away! Can't wait to stay here again!

Very nice and convenient to uptown and the beach. Very close to the pier ! Loved my stay there and would love to go back !!!

ONly was unhappy with so much noise from other room all hr of nite witch isnt normal that way. usally pretty quite place . ;

We paid more money for a suite thinking we could fix a few meals in the hotel and have a little privacy at night. Both beds are in the same room so no privacy. The full kitchen is barely equipped with anything you would need to cook a meal. No pans, glasses, bowls....etc. Only had four plates, one fork, 3 spoons, 4 knives and a toaster. The fridge was full size if you only want to keep drinks cold. Definitely didn't feel we got our monies worth.

Hair on shower walls - digusting. Door frame into bath - completely rodded through - you could see interior of wall. Pillows uncomfortable. Wall over bed - filthy with hand prints. Room above - at 2 AM sounded like someone running a marathon for 15-20 minutes, followed by the bed sqeaking for sevel minuts.

Location is great and the breakfast was good, however other than that I was not impressed with the hotel. If I were to stay in the Cocoa Beach area I would pay extra to stay somewhere else.

hotel was in process of lots of construction. best to book the cheapest room then upgrade to oceanfront in person.

Hotle is really a converted motel. You directly access the room from outside which leads to a very dirty carpet. Wireless Internet did not work the entire stay despite repeated calls to the provider. Good place to stay for a couple of days but would not stay longer. Hotels.com descibes all rooms as having ocean or pool view. That description is not accurate. Room 208 had view of a road and other hotels.

The door to our room was difficult to open; other then that, the location and customer service were swell.

You won't find a hotel closer to the pier break in Cocoa Beach than this one. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with this budget hotel. it well exceeded my expectations. If you're headed to Cocoa to do some surfing, this is the place to stay.

The staff of the hotel was extremely kind and welcoming. The managers even host a happy hour on Thursdays! The rooms were a little damp, but I think that's to be expected with 90% humidity for the entirety of our trip.

The location was perfect with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Just what we were looking for.

Took 4 hours and numerous calls to get our toilet fixed. Room was small but OK...in the annex, not the main hotel, which I didn't realize at the time of booking. Room was very close to the pool, which was small, but very clean. Drinks available at the pool, but no food, apart form candy. 3 minute walk to the beach, which is lovely. Overall, not bad value for the price. Free breakfast is very good, Staff friendly and courteous.

Rooms were not ready on time. Beds were hard. Rooms smelled musty. Maid service did not come for 2 days but management did correct that situation when we complained and were very gracious about it. Location was good with easy walk to beach and pools were very well kept. Breakfast was excellent.

we could not check in until after 4:00 which was a bummer, the sliding glass door in our room would not open so we could not use our balcony and then the people above us kept opening and closing theres until late and it made an aweful noise. If we did not pay so much for the Hotel it would have been ok. It was very close to the beach and shops which was the best part of the hotel. The pool was okay and the food was not good and very crowded.

The location to the beach and shops is great. However, our room phone did not work when we arrived. The staff fixed it in a timely manner. Check in is at 4 and there is a bar/grill at the pool that is to be open till 8 pm. We went to the beach with the hopes of sitting by the pool in the evening, having a drink/dinner, and relaxing. The bar/grill was closed when we got back from the beach at 6 pm. Also, the beds only have a thin sheet on them. No blanket or comforter. You either freeze or sweat your behind off at night.

The hotel was great for the price. The ocean front view was amazing looked right out at the pier and beach. Free breakfast was good also. This is the second time we stayed here last time in regular side not oceanfront but both times the hotel was great close to the beach and stores located close to hotel. If ever in cocoa will definitely stay here. Happy vacationing.

Very close to the pier, Publix grocery store, and Ron Jons a short walk away. The beach is a block away from our building, so specify u want the building on the beach when u make reservations. The staff was wonderful, gave good advice, and upgraded us to a room with an ocean view with no charge. The suite had a full-size kitchen with dishes, so we saved a lot of money eating in. The couch-bed wasn't comfortable, but the beds were. The breakfast was wonderful but getting there before 9 was a challenge on vacation.

the bathroom needs to be up dated BADLY! Over all the staff was nice and very helpful.

We had someone next door that had a dog that was left alone. The dog barked on and off all night. We called the front desk and nothing was done about it. We were told that the hotel was a pet friendly hotel! So, with this being said, it goes to show the hotel values pets more than it's paying guests. I won't stay there again!

The "court yard" part of this facility is infront of the "ocean view" area. These were obviously built as seperate facilities, so I'm only speaking for the Court Yard View Rooms. The room was noisy. Doors slamming and the movement on the 2nd floor were very obvious. Voices could be heard through the door and walls as people walked by. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The court yard is pretty and well kept. The pool area is also nice and quaint. We didn't go to the 2nd pool or the free continental breakfast. These were in another building acrosss the street (yet another seperatle building - the Suites). Nice being so close to the ocean and overall good. A bit over-priced for the court yard room based on size & noise for a low demand weekend in June.

hotel room was old and moldy. Room was musty smelling. The bathroom smelled like low tide. The tub filled with water when showering, so you are standing in the discolored grout stained tub with water over your feet. The toilet took about a minute to flush. Pool area and outside grounds were nice. Close to the beach and cruise terminals.Hotel staff were nice and friendly.

Unfortunately, if your reservation says it has an oceanview and then it says it is a non-oceanview room, you're kind of stuck with the non. That was unfortunate. There are several buildings associated with this hotel and to get to the one that is pictured on the photos, you have to pay an upgrade charge of half the rate. So, we decided not to. The location is ideal, so we were happy to get away from the hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent (walking distance to pier). The grounds and pool areas were great. The breakfast was also nice. The rooms were not nice. Our room smelled like mildew (bad) and there were tiny ants all over the bathroom.
