Travelodge Hotel by the Falls - شلالات نياجرا

We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights and were able to walk to many attractions. The hotel staff were wonderful and easy to speak with. I would definitely make a return trip.

The rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel itself is not all that fancy, but the service was great and the location is good. For the price we paid, I think it was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit pricey. Fee for parking should be nearer the top of the listing. Be sure to read all of the information about the hotels.

extremely noisy in hallway from 1:30 am -till passout time around 4 am. 1st room given had obviously used and not completely refreshened. Pillows and bedcover askew on 1 bed??????? given other room across from elevator. NEVER AGAIN

I thought the stay was comfortable, courtious, and everything was within walking distance... It was a great stay over all ;))

good pool, FAST service, perfect location, great price, TV quality poor, bed could be more comfortable, but cant complain for price. Clean except found clump of hair in drawer

Everything was good..

We could have had a better stay, did not go the way that we would have liked, should have asked more questions before booking.

The bathroom was dingy with no light in the shower area. The TV was 20 years old tube tv.

There was too few hangers for clothing. That tube television is ancient technology. Upgrade them and get 50" mounted on the wall. Put rooms up 10$ to pay for it. Does the suites have small televisions or big ones?

Could of been more comfortable as to the temperature control, towels were like sand paper. Pillows were like sofa cushions. room was dark and the TV was older then dirt.

Room was very clean. Staff was great. Close to everything

Room was clean, staff was friendly and courteous, the kids loved the pool and the hot tub was welcome after a long day of walking and sightseeing. I would definitely stay again. Bed was comfy too. Avoid eating at tgi Fridays, overpriced and food was poor quality!

The Hotel Room was simple, fairly clean. Although as other users said the towels are scratchy, and the room had a slight stale odor. lol. But for the price, its worth the stay.

everything about the hotel is wonderful

It was a happy experience to stay at Travelodge. Every thing was perfect and front desk called after check in to ask if every thing was OK. TV Remote was not there, when asked for, it was sent to the room. The only concern I had was the hard mattress to sleep. Highly recommended if you are looking for a hotel in the city and close to every thing needed for stay in Niagra Falls.

Very comfortable and clean you didn't say there was a $9.00 a E. L.day parking fee

The hotel was very nice, clean and in a good location. It was walking distance to Clifton Hill. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and whirlpool. Everyone we talked to was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. My one suggestion for the hotel would be that they provide towels for the pool in the pool area.

Was not happy at all was quoted 1 price cost me more and was allowed no guests. I had people from buffalo come over for birthday and was not allowed to visit me or they had to pay never rented a room like this before and have stayed in at least 15 different ones in Niagara Falls Ont not happy.

The staff were very accomadating and polite.Great location walk to all.I would go there again.

In all the hotels I've stayed at this was by far the best what put it over the top was about 5 min after I had entered the room the front desk called me to make sure the room was ok I have never received so much excellent customer service in my life than on this trip

Don't bother upgrading for the jetted tub and the elevator went out of order while we were stuck up on the 8th floor

Was a very good stayed , the only issue is the from desk lady, she is not very kind.

I moved to this Hotel after cancel my reservation for the admiral in, I am very happy with this hotel, the only negative thing is the from desk lady, she is no very friendly.

my son and family enjoyed their stay enjoyed pool and location

Overall it was a good experience, considering the amount we paid, we could not ask for more. Thanks.

good and comfortable

Great location and friendly service.

Very nice hotel. It's not a 5 Star but it was quite and comforable.

Hotel was great for a 1 or 2 night stay. Receptionist called within 5 mins of being in the room to make sure everything was ok. Hotel is dated in style but very clean and just a few blocks away from Clifton Hill.

I stayed at the travel lodge on victoria ave in niagara falls. Overall satisfied with our stay got 2 rooms for me and few friends. Hotel was clean. Not everything was brand new but it was all in very good condition. Having queen beds over doubles was a point for us.staff was helpful and polite. Would definetely stay again.

While the pool looked inviting and clean, the rest of the hotel was run down. The bed looked lumpy, the sheets didn't fit, and I haven't seen blankets like that in decades! The decor was okay, and I liked the other furniture. The bathroom was clean and modern. I liked that it was a short walk to many good restaurants, and easy to get back to the highway.

Extremely dissatisfied. I have stayed at travelodges throughout the GTA especially on our stays to Toronto and with our recent trip to Niagara Falls, CA it will be our last time staying at any travelodge locations. Between the rudeness and unaccommodating staff, to the lack of cleanliness in the room it was the perfect storm of poor service. Do not stay here, the price isn't worth it.

The hotel seemed ordinary. The towels were a bit rough but not earth shattering. One unfortunate thing is you have to pay 11 for parking for which was not even plowed so we had to walk through quite a bit of snow. All in all was a good stay. In walking distance to everything essential.

There was one time when someone was trying to get into our room with a swipe card. We locked our door and that person left eventually. I think having a secure elevator to the rooms may be a good idea so no one can just walk in off the street and enter the elevator as its not in direct view of the desk.

The hotel is very good, it is close to the falls, but can not be seen from there. the service is very fast and efficient! another thing is that they charge extra fees for parking (11,17 per/day*) and breakfast (7.50 per/person/day), they do not mention in the announcement.

The hotel was not a far walk from clinton Hill where all the attractions are. But the cleanliness of our room was not the best when we first walked in. We were missing a pillow and our sheets had stains on them. Although they did assist to our needs immediately when we directed the issue. Also it was surprising that we paid for two nights and it didn't even include parking we were force to pay each night we were there. As well as complimentary breakfast was not included. The pool and sauna were very relaxing and sanitary. Overall the people were very nice. But I would definitely choose another hotel if I went back to that area again.
