There was pot smoke throughout the whole hotel. There was a big drinking party going on above the lobby in the conference rooms. Loud music playing people running and stomping. Ended up leaving about ten pm without any kind of refund and went somewhere else so we could get some sleep. They didn't seem to care at all that we weren't happy. They said "well you already paid so you can go ahead and leave". Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall staying was wonderful experience. Morning breakfast was very healthy and good.

Not bad for $59. The bed was comfortable, and the room was fairly clean... However, the TV stations were not HD, which was too bad because they had the flat screens. I had a non smoking room, but my room had a VERY strong smoke smell that seemed like it was being pumped into my room somehow. The "free internet" did not work very well. So overall, not a bad place to stay for a night on the cheap, but not a place you would want to hang out in for too long unless you already smoke a pack or two a day.

The room was very pleasant and the location was convenient. We would stay there again without question. The breakfast was not as good as we were led to believe by previous reviews.

This hotel was pretty nice-I thought our room was over all clean for my standards. It had a fridge(which was quite noisy when it was running),microwave and coffee maker in the room which was nice. It also had an iron and ironing board which I used and a hairdryer. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and when I arrived around 4pm I was told by the girl at the front desk that they were having "issues" and wasn't sure if she had a room for me so I wasn't too happy about that but she "found" another room with a King bed which worked for me since it was just me and my daughter traveling so we shared the bed. It looked like the cleaning crew were still hard at work trying to clean rooms-we could barely get through the hallway to our room because there was trash bags and dirty towels/laundry laying everywhere! Other than those 2 issues I would recommend this hotel. It was in a quiet pretty safe location and they did have an excellent breakfast buffet with everything....waffles, bacon, sausage gravy & biscuits, eggs, bagels, etc which was a plus.

The hotel was in a great area. The breakfast was as expected for a free breakfast. The front desk service was extremely poor. After leaving at 10:30 am and then asking for room service, We returned for a change of clothes around 7 and the room wasnt touched. Asked again during our second trip out, and the desk clerk said, "Well, I can give towels if you need them, okay? " We then returned around 11, and of course, the room hadnt been touched. I wont ever stay at another extremely poor serviced Ramada again.

First thing you see is a van missing a front tire up on jacks in the parking Lot .computer was down when I got there.Called at 10 am to see what time we could check .man at front desk said around noon once the room had been cleaned.well I think they forgot carpet had not been vacuumed and the room was very dusty .once I check in I don't want housekeeping having to come back in to re do the room..and all thru the night the pipes rattle every time the water is turned on .Not the best Hotel visit I've had

This was the first time we have stayed in this area of Columbus. The hotel was great right from check in to check out. The breakfast was very good also. We will definitely stay here again.

I will keep it short and sweet the hotel was nice the only issue I had was a very smoky smell throughout the hotel. Our actual room did not smell smoke but the hallways and the entryway did. The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was good

The hotel staff was very helpful with a situation in the room and immediately got me a new room. The hotel was perfect for a 4 night business stay. The breakfast had a large selection with bagesl, pastries, waffles, eggs and even bacon, and several drink and fruit/yogurt choices and even cereal. I would stay here again for business. It was easy to locate off of the highway. I would recommend this if you are looking to not pay alot, but yet have a decent nights sleep.

was satisfied overall, only complaint was my fridge was loud and there was a little damage to my room. Room was very clean and I would stay again.

The room was up to date, and had nice areas for sitting as well as the king bed. Shower was very nice, and bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was good with multiple options. Hotel was very close to a more pricey hotel where my business conference was taking place. Ramada was a better value (breakfast included), better price, and only 3 minutes from my conference.

I was at the hotel for about 14 hours. The cost of the room was very inexpensive so I wasn't expecting much. Everything was fine. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the sheets were clean, the towels were clean. the room temperature was comfortable from the start and it really was a hot breakfast. I was there to get a good nights rest and i got it.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was good and different for each of the 3 days I stayed here. The room comes with a refrigerator and microwave so I could eat in my room instead of always going out. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is located close to a freeway so I didn't have to travel far to get to my destinations.

Room appointments and toilet provisions were fine, and desk clerk was helpful in providing me with directions to where I needed to go. I was satisfied with the provided breakfast.

This was my second time at this hotel. Our room's door would not close completely unless locked from the inside, we had to leave, so I asked the manager to fix it because the door was open, so anybody could come in, it was never fixed. Light bulbs in the bathroom were out but one. The bed were so uncomfortable that we could not sleep at all.

We enjoyed our stay here and the cleanliness of the hotel was just about what you would expect from a hotel of this price. The only part of our stay that was extremely disappointing was the very poor food choices for breakfast. Very few (if any) nutritious options, most were high fat, high processed, sugar loaded items like butter saturated pastries, sausage gravy, sugary cereals, etc. I am not sure there was a vegetable to be seen the whole time we were there! This definitely needs to be improved. Other than that, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and personable, we enjoyed them so much!

We were there for my Aunt 90th birthday. I was happy with everything. Wish I could have stayed longer reasonable price.

We are in Columbus each October for a few days and this is the best of the hotels we have stayed at. Although it is a bit off the path, once you locate it the stay was perfect for us. The staff was wonderful, the beds were quite comfortable, the morning breakfast was excellent as well. The TV reception was not the greatest, however we were not in town to have time to watch TV anyway. We will definitely choose this hotel again next year!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. No major complaints. We did have one room that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned yet, but the staff was very quick to fix it. Breakfast was good as well. For the price of this hotel, we were very satified with our rooms and service. Thank you!!!

We had to travel a good distance to get to a restaurant. The room had an odd smell. The shower smelled mildewy. There was garbage under the bed amongst other ? things. We didn't get much sleep either night due to the noise in the hotel. Could hear everything even with the television on trying to drown it out. Breakfast, the food was about one of the only things I can say was good, but all the tables were dirty when we wanted to sit down to eat. The staff was nice. Could be an ok hotel for a stop over with some cleaning, but not a long stay.

Stains on the sheets, sticky tables, and holes in the wall of the shower with wires sticking out. Won't stay here again.

bed was not very comfortable at all

This hotel more than eceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, rooms were well appointed, and the staff was very courteous. The morning breakfast was great and beats most other hotels we have stayed at. We will be staying their again on future trips.

Room was fine with a nice TV. Morning breakfast was very nice. Front staff nice but did not always seem to have it all together. For the price it is a good choice.
