For the money, it was very good.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was not very clean. There was a layer of dust on my headboard. When I lifted the mattress pad to check for bedbugs I noticed old dried blood on the mattress. No bedbugs though. The hot water was hard to figure out. Use cold for hot and the breakfast was just ok.. Great coffee though. Just an okay hotel.

We were very disappointed. First the room that I book was not available. Second, the Front Desk Clerk was unable to help us with a room. Third The room we was given was to have 2 bouble beds, and sleeper sofa; we end up with a double bed and rollaway. Fouth the first person that went to use the bathroom the toilet backup and would not flush. fifith the tv would not work. and to beat all the plumbing in the hall around from our room was leaking. I finally got fed up an called Hotel.com and had them move us to Econco Lodge. It cost less and was a much more enjoyable stay. first everything week as for we got and every worked.

The internet service sucked. The breakfast wasnt all that. The internet service was like it was dial up service now days we shouldnt have to put up with this bad internet service.

Lobby and public rooms are really nice. We stayed in the jucuzzi suite, it was ok, but wouldn't pay quoted price for regular room as it was the same as nicer hotels prices. Booked and paid for 2 nights but when we arrived girl at front desk tried to tell us we wld have to pay again for second night because her computers date was off. Thought it was straightened out until the front desk called us at 11:30 and tried to kick us out! After being yelled at and hung up on she allowed us to stay! Guys on duty on Monday were really helpful though.

although the price was nice and the location was perfect. the hotel room was not good we reserved 2 queen and the were double. it had ants in the bathroom and the light fixture was coming out the wall. the whole floor smelled like smoke and the room smelled old and damp.

condoms around bed, dirty floors, ugly carpet, smoke smell, musty and moldy....nice service at front desk, but our room was very dirty

The only problem whe had was that they were so busy, our rooms wer'nt ready after we were checked in. I had to go back to the front desk and wait for them to get someone to clean the room. But it was a bust weekend of special olympics going on.

Terrible smelling room! Got an instant headache from the smell. Toilet was broken and ran all night. Dogs barking in the other rooms, and the floor in the bathroom had hair and dirt all over. Room was cheap enough but a clean room isnt too much to ask for. Disappointing "Hot Breakfast". Rubber "eggs", nasty biscuit gravy and old bagels and bread.

Very clean and friendly hotel. The hot breakfast was quite tasty. The only downside is a bird problem. In the evening hundreds of birds rest atop the building. By morning my vehicle was covered in poop. I would recomend parking some distance from the entrances.

We were forced to use this hotel because we had a pet. While the hotel was passable, our room had no hot water and there was a large stain of dried blood on the side of the mattress. Of more concern, was that we had booked through Hotels.com which we will not do again. We did not need the last night of our stay, checked out a day early, and found out we could not get a refund. Had we booked directly with the hotel, there would have been no problem.

This is NOT a bad hotel; I stayed there with the family and never felt nervous. One of the exterior entrances (#4) had the glass heavily broken - could have been from a suitcase? The carpet was stapled to the wall in one spot which I thought was sub-standard. Regardless - not a bad place and I would stay there again for a night or two. The breakfast was HORRIBLE!!! Rubber egg-mix overcooked and cold cheese as a center; and very undercooked bacon.

The room was very comfortable, but there was hardly anything for breakfast. The receptionist had told us that there would be bacon and sausage, etc. the night we arrived, but the next morning, we awoke to find that they were out of bagels, bacon and sausage.

Wireless internet was very weak. Used internet of adjacent hotel some of the time. TV cable was disconnected; I connected it and then it worked fine.

It was awful and the lady at the front desk was mean.

This was my second trip to this hotel within a 2 week period for a vacation area I go to, we got there with no problems getting in and the room at first was pretty nice to start, it wasn't until the second night we were there that the issues started happening...first we used the bathroom and the toilet was plugged up, we went to the front desk and the woman working that night made attempts to look everywhere for a plunger...this is something I thought was strange as the room should be EQUIPPED with a plunger. After going with her and searching maintence closets, offices, and what not she said sorry that she could move me to another room...the thought I had was that this staff member didn't check the maintence carts themselves but she said she needed to get back to the front desk...we went to the local Wal-Mart and bought a plunger so we could use the toilet again as we didnt want to pack up all our stuff and move it to another room, this was a complete inconvienence to us and it should be embarrassing to this hotel, when this issue was corrected we turned on the tv for the first time that weekend and it was all static and grainy, I looked at the cable and someone had did a poor job using electrical tape to hold together a cable line which was obviously not working, why can't they go to wal-mart and buy a new cable for $6 that was rediculous. The next morning we left and I uttered my concerns to General Manager Kyle and he took notes and said it would be taken care of but no mention of a sorry for my having to buy a plunger because his staff dropped the ball, I have no issues with Kyle personally but that woman needs to have a better sense of where things are and how to treat people better.

First time staying here. It was very nice inside. The room was very spacious. We really were very comfortable. We have already decided to stay here next year when we return to Indiana. The front desk was very kind and helpful. It is centrally located by a lot of restaurants and right off the main road.

A few items that were listed were not available. The room did not have a working phone, no HBO channel and the breakfast was very limited. I was disappointed overall.

Overall my stay was a mixed bag. We were staying on a very busy day and had a few issues. The manager appeared to want to be helpful, but disappeared once check-in began. The front desk worker had us in a smoking king when we had reserved a non-smoking 2 queen. He was very nice about it and bumped another person to give a non-smoking king with a rollaway bed. It seemed like the best he could do. The room was nice, not fancy, but very clean and smelled good. Their breakfast buffet was average but better than what I'd expect based on what we paid for the room. If you can/ are willing to afford it, I'd recommend the Drurry Inn across the street. Very nice, free breakfast and free evening meal with complimentary cocktails.

pros...price was right...great breakfast...comfortable lobby...fast check in cons...reserved a non-smoking room and were placed in a smoking room (hotel booked)...smoking rooms are right next to non-smoking...therefore hallways and rooms smell like smoke...shower head sprayed ceiling...water damage visible...box spring had stains visible...comment card had food stains on it... was in terre haute for a soccer tournament...hotels were at a premium...location was favorable...

We did not have an operating phone in our room. We have cell phones, but I had to go quite a distance to the front desk to request extra towels and to inform them the phone did not work. This was at 11 PM. Someone should completely check out a room for readiness before it is given to a patron. The actual personnel were very good, kind, cooperative, but the hotel building and rooms were not up to par. No refund of any kind was offered. I could have done better down the street for less money.

I booked my room for 2 nights in advance, and when i got there, the toilet didn't work. we had to reach into the tank to flush it the first night, ewww. they finally fixed it the next day. the cdplayer/ clock radio did not work either, and i requested one and was told they would look into it, and never heard back from them although we accidently left the do not disturb sign out when we left and forgot to switch it back. the room was comfortable, but the tv had no Audio video inputs, so i could not connect my xbox to watch movies on netflix.

the staff are very nice. But the rooms are very outdated. Hair dryer did not work, bathroom lights flickered and the bathroom fan didnt work which made hot showers hard to breathe in.

The staff and breakfast are both great. Rooms are clean but the hotel is hard to find and needs new carpets.

An older hotel that is not kept up to standards, the linen was not clean, the locks on the door were loose. The staff was very friendly and courteous but the hotel it self was not what was expected. Best Western usually has nice hotels this one did not meet the quality standards I was hoping for.

The hotel was convenient for our trip. It was neat and clean. The AC in the room did not cool like it should.We were offered another room, but since we were all settled in, we stayed put and the management brought in a floor fan for our use.

The place stinks to high heaven. The floors are filthy. The first door we walked in, it smelled like rotten fish. Then in the hallway, it smelled like a landfill. Then, the room smelled like an ashtray/clogged toilet. I reserved a non-smoking room for 4 guests, and we got a smoking room with two towels and two wash rags. The place is a dump.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was what we expected according to the posted description. The hotel room was clean. The overall cleanilness of the hotel did not meet our expectations.
