Well appointed, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff. On the way out of town, the Utica Coffee Roasters is a find with great pastry!

Stayed there one night with my 2 kids, they loved the pool on site, and I loved having room service after driving all day. Sleep number beds were annoying, so hard to get to a good place, then gave up when close enough. Was not expecting $7 parking fee, that should be listed. Also, they only gave us 2 free breakfast tickets for our family, thankfully the waitstaff let my kids eat without one, but if someone has older kids they may not. Would be helpful to list.

I had a great night's sleep. The staff was very friendly.

Not a bad place to stay. Restaurants,sports bar nearby. Courteous staff.Just off I90 Thruway

The only complaint is that one of the "Sleep Number" beds didn't work. Everything else was excellent.

Nice hotel staff, nice hotel excellent service but sleep number beds dont work.

Very pleasant stay . Clean, large room. Helpful staff

We have stayed at the Utica Radisson several times over the years. Helpful friendly staff that tries hard to please. Inexpensive decent quality breakfast buffet, nice indoor pool and hot tub. Sleep number bed but rooms are small, especially the bathroom. The only reason I downgraded the comfort rating. Certainly adequate. Pay $7 for parking at attached city garage. A few restaurants and bars nearby but downtown Uitica is quiet on weekends and evenings. The city often puts on events at the local park on Mondays. The surrounding area is clean and nice for an old city, but not that much to do, especially on a Sunday.

The room we were given was beautiful. The hospitality we received was also great. I would only stay in this hotel for now on if and when I travel to Utica

We stayed for one night as we were in town for an event at the Stanley Theater and it is a perfect location. The staff was great accept for the fact that the hotel was booked and there were 2500 people in town with 1 waitress in the bar/rest at lunch time. And our room needed new pillows but overall the place is clean and staff freindly. Will def stay here again!

Walking distance, in a safe area, to the Stanley. Morning buffet was good. No time to use the pool but it looked inviting. Couldn't afford rates like that all of the time, but we had a very good time.

Arriving from 4 States - shared a fabulous Birthday Party with Grandpa Joe!

The hotel was conviently located near the college room was spacious and quiet. I personally did not care for the snb could not get it regulated to a setting which was comfortable would not reccommend it but would highly reccomend this hotel!!!

We were a bit surprised to have to pay $7.00 a night for parking, but that wasn't a huge increase in the total bill.

Very clean nice pool great rates .

Room size are typical. Kept clean. Good restaurant with Sunday brunch, which can be recommended for the large veriety to choose from. Small gym, sauna and pool may be usefull addition. Sleep number bed is neither advantage nor disadvantage. Hotel located in the center of Downtown Utica. Good for business or leasure stay.

Great accomadations excellent location to local areas of interest.

Filthy, stained chair in room. Parking fee of $7 in addition to room charge.

The Radisson Hotel in Utica New York was convenietly located to major highway and shops. The staff as especially courteous and effecient. The room was very comforable and clean. My stay there was most enjoyable and I would not only stay there again, if in the area, but I would seek out other Radisson's when I am traveling elsewhere. While there, we enjoyed two outstanding buffets. They alone would have been reason to stop. The morning buffet was understaffed but food was still excellent.

Just a fine hotel! The food is nothing to write home about but there's a nice tapas restaurant up the street called 'Ancora'. I'd recommend a short drive or walk for a more affordable breakfast with better choices. My sleep number bed didn't work. but it was the right firmness for me so it didn't matter. Short walk to a great art museum - Munson-Williams-Proctor Institute. The Stanley Theater (even closer) is an absolutely beautiful theater with wonderful programming. I think it's a bit pricey but it's a pleasant place with a helpful, courteous staff.
