Ramada Airport Indianapolis - إنديانابوليس

Our room was in need of maintenance and repair. Light fixture with the socket barely connected, burned out light bulb, too low a light at the entry. Mildew in the bathroom, loose tile in floor, water swollen/peeling wall paper, spray on ceiling falling down. The other party traveling with us did not get the requested wakeup call for our morning flight. They were out of butter and had no fruit at the continental breakfast; carbs and meat sausage with usual drinks. The juice dispensers were out of order.

Would have like car storage free while on our weekend trip. It was reasonably priced though .

Our first room had a non-functional air conditioner. All the outlets for electrical power in the room were old and worn out. Phone and ipad chargers had to be held just so in the outlet for power to be drawn. The second room had a working air conditioner. The outlets were the same story. It was handy for the airport. But many hotels are, so I think I will stay at a different one on our next trip.

Clean room and friendly staff

It was fine. The price and location were the driving force for staying there. The hotel staff was great. Would stay again.

It was good the room was very spacious & comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel one night to utilize the park and fly shuttle option. The hotel itself was fine. Breakfast was good. However when we arrived to the airport after our vacation we called the hotel phone to request a shuttle pickup and the phone was out of service. We called several times with the same results. Eventually a shuttle from another hotel was able to drop us off. This driver said the phones being out at the ramada was a pretty common occurrence. So if reliable transportation from airport to hotel is important to you don't stay at the ramada!

Clean, very friendly, easy access to highway and airport. Also, just 5 minutes from Indy's awesome downtown. We will be back.

just perfect as theyre happy and want to come back on april. everything just well coordinated hotel. A+ ill be coming with them next time! cheers!

Seemed to be running short on pillows and towels. "You get what you pay for. ". The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

good clean room for the price

Only issue was the elevator was out of service but being repaired. Will stay again when back in Indianapolis.

Too exspensive!

Staff very unfriendly. We were told there would be a shuttle available to the racetrack and there wasn't. Tvs didn't work. Maintenance left to get us a new remote for the tv and never did return. Housekeeping took the change I had left on the table. Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable.

Have stayed multiple times here at this location. Staff is freindly and helpful. Only issue, we had to ask for clean towels. 2 night stay and they did not give us clean towels after the first night.

The front desk was rude and seemed inconvenienced that we wanted to check in. They finally gave us a room and our shower did not even work.

Was very comfortable and close to downtown Indy. Bed was great. Nice big bathroom. Breakfast in AM was better than most complimentary. Few stains in room and small hole in bathroom wall (but no worse than my own house). Overall a nice comfy stay.

Not sure why we were placed in a room next to the stair case with a very loud door while it seemed the hotel had very few guests. Early in the evening the elevator, also 1 door away, went out which meant loud talking guests went by our door, through the staircase door which slammed shut and feet and luggage banging on steps that connected to the headboard of my bed, kept me awake until around 2 am. At 3 am one loud slam of the door woke me up and I was unable to go back to sleep. A VERY restless night for me in what would have otherwise been a very comfortable room in another part of the building I'm sure. Next morning at 8:30 almost all of the breakfast items had run out at once and the one attendant did her best to restock.

Everything was great room, service, cleanliness. Kinda hard to get to but not terrible. Just needs a pool!

The hotel was affordable and clean. It was not full of amenities but it's great for a comfortable place to stay for an overnight trip. The room was standard and I would stay there again.

I was on an overlay to catch my next flight. The shuttle driver was very helpful.

I was really upset that breakfast stopped at 9am. We didn't even get up until 9:30. Every hotel I have ever stayed at breakfast is til at least 10. They never told us that breakfast ended at 9. I purposely stayed here for the convenience of the breakfast and then didn't get it.

Many years ago I frequented this hotel under previous ownership when it was a pristine place to stay. I will not stay here again.

A good, clean and comfortable hotel. Free bus shuttle to the airport. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Good value for money.

It was ok the room was clean however the staff were not as friendly as I thought they should be. I also had to carry my luggage when there was a baggage cart but it could never be located throughout the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay even though it was only a couple of days. The room was clean. The breakfast was pretty good & it was very quiet in my room. It was a short drive to downtown Indy where I attended a conference. I would definitely stay again.

When I arrived to my room, there was a ring left on the counter of the bathroom from some cleaning liquid. During the 4 nights that I was staying there, they rarely replaced my towels. I went from having 4 on the first night to having only 2 on my last night. They only half made my bed the last two days, leaving the fancy material meant for the foot of the bed fallen on the floor where it had fallen during the night and left the pillows on the chair next to the bed. I dropped off my work clothes for laundry on one day at 5a (4 hours prior to the 9a cutoff) and they never sent them to the cleaners--I needed these clothes for the next day. They offered to take me to a laundrymat to do the laundry myself. OMG! They did get the laundry to the cleaners the next day. When I went to checkout for a 6a flight, I had to take the 4a shuttle, but they couldn't check me out. They were running their nightly audit and couldn't check anyone out. What? A hotel that couldn't check someone out.? Especially at this common flight time. This was just ridiculous. Very disappointed.

They gave me a room that was not clean. They offered another room and that room was not clean either. Missing towels. Just over ALL not clean to my likeing.

Overall, very pleased with the condition of the hotel, cleanliness of the room and the customer service from the front desk personnel. Couple of issues too minor to complain about. Breakfast was good. Will stay at this hotel again.

Pleasantly surprised by the overall condition of the hotel. Expected it to be older and more run down. Good deal for the price. Spacious rooms, free wifi.

Was a good place to stay before catching a flight. Shuttle was on time even at 5:30 AM. Some breakfast items were out that I could take with me. Room, bed and shower were all fine. Staff was friendly too.

The hotel was ok for the most part but the staff was not that friendly or professional looking. When time came for breakfast, they were out of everything by the time we made it to the breakfast! No milk, no waffels, no cream cheese for the bagels. It was ridiculous! A friend of mine that was staying there at the same time actually went in the kitchen herself to get the thing we needed because noone that worked there was getting it done! I would stay there again if I had to but that probably won't happen!

Nice room, good staff, got us in at 12 after an all night flt, good breakfast, and very convient to freeways. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for about 7 hours because we had an early am flight. It was just ok. Reserved king room but got two queens. Didn't even bother changing bc we were in and out so fast. The shuttle was late leaving in the morning and took almost 40 minutes from our call to pick us up on our return. Hallway smelled like smoke and blankets had cigarette holes. Would not stay again but it's tough to complain for the price...
