Remote didn't work. Staff did not correctly program our keys. Building is old but quiet. Rooms were fine but sheets didn't fit the bed.

I came to Knoxville for a street painting festival and had a great stay. The staff was friendly and informative and the breakfast was yummy.

hot water took forever due to bad hot water circulation pump. card access failed numberous times. Blood stains on matris pad, Ok otherwise.

My family felt at home. The service was awesome! The only thing we would like to see more breakfast options.

We got a very nice spacious room for the price! Its not a luxury hotel but I expected a single cramped room for the 2 adult n 3 child booking. It was a nice surprise! Great area too! Tons of food and services within walking distance! Super friendly staff!!! Good breakfast too!!!

I have stayed here several times before and have never left dissatisfied. We know what we're getting here: a clean room, free breakfast, and a pretty good location. It has free WIFI, although on this trip I did not use it much. The USA Today was available for free on weekdays. There is a covered saltwater pool (you could say indoors, but it is still a bit chilly if it's cold outside). I did not use the pool on this trip but have in the past. This property gives me about everything I need from a hotel for a very reasonable price; so I have no trouble recommending it to others.

The hotel was fine but we choose this hotel for the pool and the water was cold and three area it was in was freezing. Thank goodness the hotel room was very warm to go into after the attempt at the pool area.

Not the cleanest hotel. Not very well maintained. Questionable area.

people was very nice, room was clean, room was comfortable but it was in need of some tlc for the repairs for the walls.

2nd time staying at this hotel cause the first stay was ok. This time there was no heat at the pool and no lights worked there either. The beds seemed smaller and more uncomfortable. The lobby smelled like bad B.O.. The lady at the front desk was more worried about other things than getting us checked in. This is a older hotel that has been remodeled more than a few times.I have learned, you get what you pay for. But I will not be staying there again.

My husband and I were on a road trip and had spent many hours on the road looking forward to good night rest. I was woken up by the loud conversation/wrapping they had in the room next to ours. I called the front desk around 12:30 am and asked for someone to please knock on the door and ask the guest to be courteous for the other guest. The front desk staff ignored my request, and the next door guest finally quite down around3 :00 am. We had to leave by 6;00 am so needless to say I did not get much sleep. I was upset that they due not have a policy to help ensure the comfort of ALL guest. I will never be using Days Inn again.

This is an older facility and that is clear the moment you walk in. The disinfectant smell of the lobby is a giveaway. Enter the elevator and the stainless walls have not been polished in ages. Get to the hallways and they have that old dormitory look and smell. The room was not bad at all. Noone had bothered to wipe down the doors from fingerprints for a year or so, so sitting on the john looking at the dark stains below the doorknob was disgusting. Mediocrity at its finest.

I believe the hotel is getting a facelift, but I believe the bathrooms need to be worked on, like caulking and minor aesthetics.

Room was clean with good size clean bathroom. Perfect for overnight stay for the game. Also short drive to stadium with plenty of restaurants by hotel. Will stay there for the next game.

Overall just an average stay. Front desk was very friendly. Rooms need some cleaning/updating. Couldn't find another hotel this close to Knoxville on a game weekend so it worked in a pinch. I would stay there again but only if I couldn't stay elsewhere.

The hotel was older, but we were there for a Football game and it fit the bill. Would have been nice the the mexican cleaning people hadn't been shouting at each other in the rooms and in the hall first thing in the morning! Oh, and don't forget turning on the radio and being blasted by the local spanish station at the top of the volume meter!!!

The Days Inn needs a facelift. Its okay for a one night stay, but then you want to leave. The breakfast was poor. The neighborhood is typical lodge exit Highway, several hotels/motels and a couple of gas stations and chain restaurants. We went to the Applebee's across the parking lot. Nothing to write home about.

Clean sheets and pillow cases, convent location, bath room floor and tub could use a scrubbing.

Overall I was very satisfied. Clean room and bathroom. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel could use some renovations. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very easy to find. The room was very clean and the breakfast room was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient, good Continential breakfast and nice rooms.

Had a very relaxing stay. Heard no noise from the nearby interstate. While the hallway was somewhat plain, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Good value for the money.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly; the rooms were fine for a short overnight stay; there was a motorcycle group staying there at the same time that made it very noisy.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. It was clean and quite. The only bad thing is that the indoor pool was cold instead of heated. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. The carpets need to be shampoo but that all. Would stay here again and recommend to a friend/family.

Conveniently located off I75. Restaurant was closed permanently so no food available. Other restaurants were close by. Room was clean an suitable.

You DEFINITELY get your money's worth. If hot water, decent water pressure and a nice pool is important to you, DON'T STAY HERE. I'm an incredibly easy person to please and overall was O.K with this hotel. However, I could understand why some people would be very unhappy staying here. Staff was great, and room was clean. But not five minutes in to my shower the water turned cold and didn't turn warm again until a few hours later. Pool WOULD be nice IF the area was heated and it closed early (says it closes at 11pm, it was closed at 9:30pm). Also -- we had to have our room keys reset THREE times as they didn't work on different occassions.

Great stay. Will be back!

We wanted a hotel with an indoor pool and this was one of the few in our price range. You could tell there had been some remodeling since a little bit of the paint was crumbling off the wall in our bathroom. It was unseasonably cool when we stayed and the pool room was quite cold. Other than that, the room was comfy and the breakfast was good. If you're on a tight budget and don't need anything fancy or super nice, then this one should work fine. I would stay there again.

Older Inn it was ok for the one night stay. We were satisfied for the time we stayed there. I would not stay there for extended amount of time. It was good for the football game. We left early the next morning. Very good location.

There is a definite problem with the on-site restaurant which is open Fri. night only and is for sale. The obvious lack of interest by the hotel staff about this problem somewhat put me off but the hotel location was of primary interest due to the nature of my visit so I can overlook the rest this time.

We had 6 people staying in our room with 2 beds and a sofa couch. The shower would not drain after the first person had showered and we had 5 other people that needed to shower. We called the front desk several times. They finally sent someone up there with a plunger and clorox? Needless to say, that did not work. They moved us to another room to shower and this room only slept 4 people. They had to bring in a roll away cot. They then told us that they would probably move us back to our other room later in the day. They did not. It was not a pleasant experience, and we will not be staying there again.

This hotel was ok as far as cleanliness except the shower had mold around the edges of the tub. Towels and sheets smelled fresh. It could use some updating. I wouldn't want to stay there for an extended period of time but overnight on a trip was ok.

While old and a little musty smelling in the public areas, our room was great, with a recently updated bathroom. Beds were nice and comfortable. Indoor pool was great for a rainy day. The staff were very accomodating when we got to town early. Tons of restaurants nearby, slept thru breakfast.

It's as basic as a hotel can get, but you have interior door access and a clean room. The decor isn't great and hasn't been updated in quite a while although the carpet looked relatively new. However, that wasn't particularly important to us for one night. The sheets and mattresses were comfortable though standard, no pillowtops or 600-count sheets. :) The bathrooms had a hair dryer. There was cable on the older-model TV. The rooms did not have refrigerators. There was a restaurant in the hotel that appeared to be open on Friday nights, and there was a breakfast room for the continental breakfast, which we didn't have. There were convenient vending and ice machines, and while we didn't use it, I saw the indoor pool and thought it looked fine. The entire hotel felt basic, clean and convenient, which, for the rate, was all anyone could ask. It was right off the interstate near several other hotels, and it was convenient to several restaurants, mostly chains and fast food, going in either direction as well as a grocery store, a Walgreen's and a bank. We traveled with three children (18mos to 11yrs old) overnight for a concert, and the convenience was a huge factor for us. It was easy to run out for contact solution and to pick up snacks and bananas for the youngest. We also had adjoining rooms, which are rare in newer hotels, so it was nice to put the chains on the hallway doors, open the adjoining doors and feel like we had a suite. We felt it was a great value.

The room was very spacious, but needs a lot of repairs. There must have been a water leak above my room because the roof above the tub was flaking. The grout in the bathroom was dirty and needs a good painting.

Our room was clean and comfortable.

We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were nice, clean, and fairly good maintenance. Did notice that one electrical outlet in our room was out of service, and the other one was loose from the wall, but otherwise everything worked. The continental breakfast was nice, not overdone. Staff were curteous and helpful. Nice stay overall.

Beds were hard. Rooms are in dire need of updating. We were assigned a room, opened the door and it wasn't cleaned; an honest mistake, but made my stomach turn, nonetheless. It definately should have been cheaper for the quality of the motel.

Clean, quiet, and convenient.

I chose this hotel because it had a great rate and we only needed to stay there one night, plus it had an indoor pool that I thought my children would enjoy. The hotel has had some renovations (new carpet) and appears to be working on more, which should make it a much nicer place. Our room was clean and pleasant, and the hotel is in a great area with tons of restaurants and shopping areas, just off I-75. The TV was an older tube-type television but it worked just fine. We didn't see any bugs or any signs of "critters" and believe me, I looked for them! We used the indoor pool and it was a nice size and clean, although there were no towels in that area and we had to bring ours from our room. We noticed they had recently covered over a nearby hot tub with cement. We were able to get a rollaway bed and extra pillows/towels from the front desk quickly once we requested them. We did not have the breakfast but it appeared to be standard cereal/pastry type things. I've been in all kinds of hotels from the $200/night places on down, and this was far from the worst one I've been in. Don't stay here if you want a ritzy hotel because that's not what you'll get. But if you need a clean place to stay for a night or two, it's just fine. I would definitely stay here again.
