very comfortable bed and pillows. very clean throughout and good breakfast

Exceptionally lovely lobby/breakfast area. Good value overall.

We stayed here for two nights while heading to the Grand Canyon. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great after a day of hiking. The breakfast was good with lots of seating area. No newspapers available in the lobby (even to purchase). Some fast food restaurants within walking distance but we drove a short distance for dinner. We did not have much interaction with the staff. There did not seem to be any staff at the desk or in the breakfast area. Was worth the money we paid.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Seems that it should be rated higher. Elmer the Elk adds a special touch to the rustic atmosphere of the spacious breakfast area. Decent breakfast, my son looked forward to the cookies in the evening. Rooms were clean. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful with any information we asked about. Liked the location being near a Walmart and Kohls and restaraunts within walking distance. Pool was small, but was too cold out to use it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bed a bit soft for my taste but both wife and our friend liked it. Breakfast was awesome.

With a $20 pet fee instead of the normaly $50 at most places, this place was great. Booked on hotels.com and received a great rate that includes a full hot breakfast which is exactly what is needed when you are going to have a full day of sightseeing. Staff was awsome.

Great location, good breakfast, great free Internet, quaint and comfortable.

I had booked the hotel on hotels.com. When we checked in the room wasn't what I had asked for. I called the front desk and they upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge. They even thru in the roll away beds for free as well. I appreciated them for doing this and not giving me a hassle. The comfort of the rooms was good, service, breakfast were all awesome. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great room and great service. I would stay there again.

We found this hotel to be especially clean and comfortable. There is an attractive lobby/dining area with fireplace and nice furnishings.

The staff where most helpful and courteous. The rooms where comfortable, however a little on the small size. The good thing about this hotel was its central location. We used this hotel as our gateway to the Grand Canyon. The whole family where happy with this hotel. Would recommendfor families.

Nice rooms, excellent breakfast, quite location, parking sucks

Our room was next to the main road but overall not too noisy. Plenty of hot water and the bed was comfy. Loved the pillows! The breakfast was great! Two kinds of waffles, two breakfast meats, three kinds of eggs, two kinds of juice plus all the bagels, breakfast rolls and toast. A good way to start the day on our advenrure to the Grrand Canyon. We did not like the location of the pool and hot tub. Located at the front entrance with no privicy, everyone coming and going from the hotel could and does have a conversation with the people in the hot tub!

Lack of parking was the only issue we had.

My room was clean, the breakfast was good. The front desk staff could have been a little more personable,, and my bed in my room was well-worn. Overall, I would stay here again.

Continental breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and assisted whenever necessary.

The area was very nice and close to many restaurants and stores. The hotel was clean and the room was well taken care of by a wonderful lady, I believe her name was Ericka. She was very friendly as was the rest of the staff. My family and I enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Loved the lobby. Room very spacious. Beautiful place!

Well at first I was disappointed because the room smelled like smoke and it was a nonsmoking room. So i immediately as for another room. I was granted another room right away, right next door. But all was fine.

This hotel has the most delightful breakfast room. We wanted to spend all our time there! Employees were very helpful. We generally prefer a more upscale hotel, but this one looked good, had a reasonable pet fee and a great bed. The only problem we found was that it was noisy. You could hear people walking up and down the hall and door opening and closing and thumps and bumps all night. Next time I'll put the ear plugs in and just stay. I recommend this place. Much nicer than other Cormfort Inns we have tried.

It was ok. Hotel is old, needs very much freshup. Breakfast-Lady was very unfriendly.

I don't think you can really beat this hotel for the price. It is an older property and the rooms are a little bit on the small side but it's been updated and was really nice. The breakfast was outstanding.

okay stay, had to get to breakfast early to get a table, food was ok. location was nice, restaurants local, walmart close, movie theater close. bathroom counter top was small. no traffic noise, other than kids/adults above us were little loud, but quiet at bedtime.

nice free hot breakfast and mini pool/hot tub

We were only staying 1 night and travelling on but would have been very happy to have stayed longer. The room was larger than the average hotel room with a comfortable settee that could seat 3/4. An excellent buffet breakfast .The front desk were very efficent. I would certainly recommend this hotel

We really liked this hotel, from the moment we walked into the lobby. With its high beamed ceiling and blazing fireplace, complete with rocking chairs drawn up in front of it, it lived up to its name. It was the same with our room. While we only had a basic standard, it came with a small refrigerator that actually kept things cold, and a microwave. It also had a small easy chair that we got a lot of use out of. The room was well insulated so that we hardly heard any noise from the adjoining rooms. The beds were firm yet comfortable, and there were enough extra plugs for all our electronic devices! The location was close to Milton Road, which is a main thoroughfare, yet not on it, so there wasn't a lot of traffic noise. It was near stores, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary, but it did the trick. All in all, a good place to stay at a decent price. I would definitely stay here again.
