The hotel room was confortable and the clerk was very helpful and courteous.

Hotel had a great waterfall, pool, and hot tub area. Room was dingy and didn't feel squeky clean. Would not go back.

I liked everything about the hotel but I would suggest that if you don't want to listen to kids screaming in the pool till 10:45 at night then get a room outside of the indoor pool. We had a room a room on the top floor and the sound from the pool echoed straight up to our room. Other than that the stay was great.

Freindly service and descent price. Typical older Branson hotel, room had a strong musty smell. Mattress was not very comfortable.

We stayed overnight just for a short shopping trip, and chose this motel due to location and availability over Thanksgiving weekend. We knew we were getting what we were paying for. That said, our room was comfortable and clean and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. They do have a continental breakfast and what looked to be a good size indoor pool, although we didn't use either. Would probably stay there again under similar circumstances.

Over all the hotel was moderate. Great bargain, older Hotel, outdated but clean and comfortable for a quick weekend getaway. It is located on a steep hill, hard to park car. Indoor pool and hot tub. I would stay again for just a weekend. Didnt eat the continental breakfast, so cant comment on that. Staff was very, very friendly.

We stayed three nights over the 2011 Thanksgiving holiday weekend. If you ever go to Branson, DON’T stay here. Got a free night, it was a place to sleep and it was in Branson and Sue was very cordial when we checked in – about all the good I can say about it. It was billed as having WiFi (worked about 10% of the time we were there); toilet paper? and facial tissue? was about like using 120 grit sandpaper (my wife said on a Facebook post, “You know you’re getting old when you go buy your own toilet paper and Kleenex because you don’t like what is supplied by the hotel” (or something like that). Well, we did go buy our own for a little comfort…); I had to become a contortionist to take a shower and wash my hair (Debbie probably didn’t have any problems I’m over 6′, she’s 5’4″); had a “continental breakfast” that was pretty bare bones; if we had wanted a microwave and/or refrigerator, we would have had to pay $5.00 each IF any were available. Upon checking out, the lady asked if everything was OK to which I replied, “It was a place to sleep.” She asked what was wrong so I started out about the WiFi. I didn’t get a chance to mention anything else because she said something like OK, y’all have a Happy Holiday and a safe trip home and we hope you will come back and stay with us again. She didn’t care at all about anything I had to say. With a rating system of 1-5 stars with 1 being the lowest, I don’t think I can find anything that would be as high as a 1. Kind of like “You’re so low, if you were standing under a dime, it would be like you standing next to the tallest skyscraper in Dubai.” I still don’t think the distance between the ground the top of the building would come close to being as high as a 1. We would have gone somewhere else except I pre-paid and would have lost everything. I will definitely be more careful next time. Now, we did eat at a Mexican restaurant called “Mi Casa es Su Casa which was pretty good – would go back and eat there again. Also, rode the B

Clean room and nice staff. Older hotel, a little run down but overall good for the price.

Bathroom sink would not drain. Pool was between the door and the lobby. No towels provided. Bathroom door looked like it had blood splattered on it (could have been coffee). No jetted bathtub as advertised. No free newspapers as advertised. Breakfast on Sunday included bacon, eggs, fresh fruit and more. After Sunday, no eggs, no bacon, no fresh fruit. Would never stay there again.

My daughter couldn't find the keys to our rental car when we had just checked out of the hotel. The staff helped us look in the parking lot and gave us an empty room to search all our luggage in private. They were the greatest of help. We found our keys three days later in a hole in my daughter's pocket. It would of cost us $375.00 to replace them so we were so grateful for all of their help!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay--especially for this price range hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The rates were reasonable, the hotel was clean, had a indoor pool. The staff was very nice. We didn't have a problem at all finding the hotel. Overall I would recommend to all of my friend and family.

The room was cleann and it was quiet. The location is good because you ar right at the begining of the strip but are also right on the corner of roads to by pass the strip. The breakfast was very pedestrian, the orage juice wasn't juice but from a mix and there was nothing hot to eat nor fruit or yogurt.

We booked a jr. suite for our stay, unaware that it was right beside the pool (which doesnt close until 11) so we asked to move to a different room. We were downgraded to a regular smoking room with no refund for the difference. The room smelled horrible, the beds were hard. Blankets were stained with what looked like blood. Our toilet was broken and wouldnt flush. Maid service was a joke. We will never go back.

The overall stay was very great would definitely come back! Derek

The pool is in the middle of the lobby and about 10feet from the only door where guests walk in and out - no privacy. Continental breakast is coffee, donuts, and cereal - no juice, fruit, waffles, eggs.. anything else you'd expect. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and stocked - used soap in the shower, disposable razor still in the trash. 1 thing of coffee, 1 conditioner (no shampoo). Mattress was old, could feel the springs pushing into our backs. We wanted to switch hotels soon as we got there... Only good thing is it's close to Branson Landing and can get to the hotel from the back withought having to fight traffic on 76Hwy.

The hotel was very nice the only complaint we had was that the beds were hard. Not the kind you can sleep in all day. Other than that every thing was very nice. The ladies at the front desk were very kind. Nice hotel and area for the getaway we all deserve!!

Right on Hwy 76 on the Branson Landing side of town. The hotel and parking lot sits on a VERY STEEP HILL. I stayed in a suite, it was clean and comfortable but older and could use a remodel.

The hotel had a musty smell in the room due to the hot tub and the towels were like sand paper. The air conditioner was best at night and almost non-existant during the day. This could have been a much better stay with just a few things changed. The musty smell when you first enter the room was not good at all.

This motel would be good for a short stay but nothing longer than a night or two. The beds were kind of hard, but other than that it was nice in the room. The breakfast was okay but only if you like cereal, toast, and bagels. There is a nice pool and hot tub indoors and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again in the future.

The room was great for the price. The decor was out- dated and the beds were not the best but other than that I have no complaints.

The hotel was great!!! It was an enjoyable stay and the price was unbeatable. I definately recommend this hotel for a weekend in Branson.

this budget motel needs a complete overhaul. towels and bed linens are a joke, old graying fraying threadbare. This motel has indoor pool and hot tubs in rooms so there is an overwhelming stench of musty mold. looking for an extended stay- go somewhere else, you can do much better for the same low dollar.

We were looking for a moderate motel and we were pleased with Ozark Mountain Inn. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and found it convenient to get around Branson.

This hotel is in a good location at the end of the strip. The bed was a little firm, so if you like a firm bed you will like it. The indoor pool and spa tub were nice for use at the end of a long day of fun. The staff were friendly.

This is an older hotel, but is well maintained. The indoor pool was really nice.

Overall the hotel was great! Indoor heated pool, lots of different pop machines, and snack machines. The continental breakfast is pretty basic though. Cereal, toast, milk, cough, OJ, bagels. Thats as far as it goes. We had the king size bedroom. The bed was so hard that me and my husband sitting on the bed didn't even dent it. I have a bad back, I've had two different back surgeries. I need a softer more comfortable bed. Not a bed thats as firm as a rock. So for those who are use to a pillowtop mattress at home, don't get a king size room. Maybe the queen's are softer or newer. But the king beds were just way too rough. My back hurt all week from the firm mattress. Overall though, it was a good hotel. Clean rooms. Open room. Just the bed wasn't comfortable. Everything else was great.

The staff members were nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The age shows, but the hotel has been well maintained. The continental breakfast was convenient as well. The front parking lot was extremely steep, but the back lot was better.

We found the motel to be located near enough to all of the shows and yet away enough to not hear traffic noise. The staff was polite and we would stay again if we were to return to Branson.

It was a nice hotel and i loved the pool and hot tub. The only problem with this hotel was the very steep hill that it sits on. My husband has health and problems with walking so this wasn't very good for him. It is conveniently located around a lot of shows and other things to do and there is a back road you can take in and out of the hotel to get around the traffic on 76. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. The parking is interesting. Our bed was a bit firm for our backs but acceptable and clean. The location was at a great cross roads for easy access to all the attractions in the Branson area and very easy to locate when trying to find for the first time. We would recommend to all.

The room was OK, the maid service was poor, the breakfast was very limited and crowded. Hotel was in a good location. Won't stay there next time.
