This is hotel was just average. It wasn't close to the boardwalk . My family and I just wanted to be in an Ocean Front hotel in Ocean city. We read the other reviews before we booked the room, so we knew what to expect. For example the dirty carpet in the hallway, rooms needing updating....A few things that wasn't on the review was our bed. 1)The beds were so uncomfortable. My back hurt so bad. 2)The stove was right @ the door, I was so afraid that someone would come in and accidently knock food (that was cooking) off the stove. 3)the jacuzzi was closed the (5 days). Most of our activites were planned outside of the hotel, soo a lot of things didn't bother us. If you want a place to sleep, its average.

Despite the polite friendly and helpful staff - this hotel was awful. The room was semi-clean and we found the coffee pot still had old coffee in it and a used coffee bag. Yuk! The clientele is less than desirable and thank god we only stayed there one night. Next time I will book further towards Bethany and Rehoboth Beaches

We decided on the spur of the moment to come to OC. My husband went on line and picked this hotel.We were so pleased, especially with the view of the ocean. It was clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk, Debbie and the Manager could not have been more friendly. They went out of their way to greet us everytime we came back into the hotel, and many times we overheard them telling people registering about places to go and things to see. We were really impressed.

Was a good location to convention center. Rooms were very nice. Pool was great. Would come back agian.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. However, the hotel is old and rundown. My room was non smoking but it smelled like smoke. The temperature in the room eas extremely hot. I tried to adjust thermostat but it didn't work. The cabinet in the bathroom was old and beat up. If you don't care about the condition of the room then this place is for you!

I love the location. it's a sham what it could be. It could be a great place if it was maintain better. It's a nice size room. My bracket had a huge stain and had a rip I requested to be changed. The show did not have hot water because facet did not turn all the way. The refrigerator made very loud noise. The poor water was not clear it was kind of fogy.

The room was very clean and spacious. The view for the Direct Oceanfront view was litterally right in from of the balcony. We went to sleep with the waves and woke up with the waves. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is it is very old the kitchen needs to be renovated.

It was the perfect location near the beach and the room was great - worth the extra money for the ocean front view! Definitely nice to have a little kitchen there. Even though it was January, I had a great time at the beach!

Had a great room on then 5th floor at a great rate! Indoor pool and hot tub are a nice touch for the winter. Nicer than I expected!

We had to leave our home that night because we had a carbom monoxide problem and could not stay in the house. We called and immediately were set up in 2 rooms for the night.. We would treated very well and appreciated being close to home and the children's schools. Thank you.

The hotel on the outside was nice and the indoor pool was good. Our room was okay. Our room could have used a face lift on some items, and the room could have been a little cleaner. It was a good price for the winter and was on the beach. Can't complain overall.

A friend recommended this hotel. I was seeking a winter escape that would allow exploring Ocean City. I was not disapointed. The boardwalk is but a few blocks walk from the hotel. This hotel was fine. Though I visited in January, I enjoyed a beautiful sunrise with calm winds and warmth on the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful. During happy hour, I visited the Pirate's Den across the street before dinner at Mother's Cantina a couple blocks away.

We had a very adequate ocenfront room at a very reasonable price. We are planning to stay there again. The location is close to good restaurants . It ad an indoor pool that looked very nice.

Overall our stay was very nice. We stayed for 2 nights and our heat kept going out and we moved to the room across the hall which was even better. The staff was very concerned and was on point when i called for maintenance which was on door knocking no more than 5 minutes! Thanks Quality Inn!

The staff was very nice, the service in the dinning room was very nice and mannerly. overall a nice stay.

We spent two nights following New Year's and had a very nice stay. The rooms were large and very comfortable, and it was really nice having the extra half bath. The restaurant was open for breakfast, and the food was very good and generous. The workout room was pretty minimal, but the hot tub and pool were very nice. I also appreciated that there were three elevators; although there was certainly no competition for them in January, I imagine they get rather busy in the summer. Our balcony directly overlooked the ocean and beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi downstairs. The room was comfortable with plush pillows, accommodating furniture, and high ceilings. We loved that there was a flat screen TV and free wireless internet. Also location was a plus because nice restaurants were right around the corner and the beach was just steps away.

This was our first time staying there, and we enjoyed it. We already said we will stay there next summer. Good service, pool was nice. The only thing we didn't care about was the restaurant on premises we thought the food wasn't that good but all in all it was a good stay, good location and reasonable.

I stayed here in early November 2011. The only drawback to my stay was maybe some other guests. There was a large family with kids who were generally unsupervised by their parents, monopolizing the pool area and contributing to the noise level. But --- Even though the motel was a little worn in time, my spacious room and the public areas were extremely clean. The price was definitely a bargain. Indoor parking was a real convenience. Above all, the front desk went out of its way in being especially helpful and in making my stay really restful and enjoyable. I am looking forward to staying here again when I come to Ocean City.

I enjoyed my stay. The rates were good. The ocenfront room was comfortable and had plenty of places to store things. Cleaning staff were not intrusive. The hotel showed its age, but I would gladly go there again because of all the features I liked. 10 blocks from the boardwalk.

This was our first and last stay at this hotel. The bathroom had mold and the hotel room had stains all over the wall and was not clean at all. There is no security at all in the hotel and anyone can walk into the hotel on any level of the garage without even having a room key. In addition the room had fruit flies in the room as well. We had high hopes but this hotel was a flop.

This hotel was beautiful. We stayed here, and a different hotel for the same price and this was by far much better. The pics do not do the hotel justice. If we go to ocean city again we will definitely stay here.

nice hotel, beautiful locatiion(right on the beach), staff was really rude. My wife went downstairs to tell the front desk that the AC wasn't working and they treated her like a fool, telling her that she needs to turn it on. When they knew the ac had to be reset. F for the service, A for the location(restaurants and bars all around), B+ for the hotel room.

The staff was wonderful to us. We needed to switch rooms due to a severe smoke smell in our non smoking room.They moved us right away. But since there were no non smoking floors, the hallway was smelly and when we open our balcony door, smoke waifed in from the other smoking rooms. The condition of the rooms were in need of updating. Especially the kitchen and wall paper. We also had some very ugly brownish red stains on the carpet along with some white stains. The hallways had the white stains too. All in all, I don't think we would stay there again unless some changes were made. It's a shame since the location was nice, our view was nice and the staff was good.

Ocean view room with private balcony. Room was very clean. It was a very clean motel with a parking garage. Motel is right on the beach. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Great location - right on the beach! And the rooms are huge! The carpet in the halls were worn, but clean. Friendly staff.

I picked this hotel outside of being oceanfront for the wifi access in every room and we had a lot of trouble with it the first night, but after that it went fairly smooth except for one other time. Other than that, great hotel!

Nice Hotel, good service and friendly employees. Wireless internet needs improvement. Not as much of a "resort" atmosphere as other hotels, but clean and well-maintained. It would have been nice to have a play area for kids in the lawn near the beach...fort or swing set. (Lawn was unused.)

Location of hotel was great. Room could have been cleaner.

...and that includes this hotel. But I go to the beach to be on the beach and this hotel certainly fit the bill. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the location was also perfect for children who enjoy the amusement parks and adults who like to eat! The room showed its years and smelled like cigarettes but was adequate for our needs. Hotels have gotten so expensive that when looking for a bargain, some things must be sacrificed. This hotel with its small kitchenette and balcony fit the wallet and the need.

The hotel room was the pits - the mauve rug was faded to almost white near the glass sliding door. The curtains didn't match the valance or the rug. After we finished showering the water would not turn off, maintenance had to be called. When we opened the bathroom door, the whole ceiling moved! Black algae growing on the steps to baby pool. No towels at outside pool. Would not recommend this hotel and we will not stay there again!!

The Hotel was very convenient to the Beach and Boardwalk and you never had to get in your car if you didn't want to. The hotel was average the hallways were a bit dirty with paper, I could forgive sand. The Bathrooms also had peeling vanity sides which didn't add to it's appeal. The Full Size Fridge was nice, a two burner stove would have been more convenient as you couldn't fit more than one pot on it anyway but having a little oven, stove and fridge was nice. I don't know how well to compare to other summer locations but I would perhaps put this hotel in a two star category but I am not a great person to rate.

The room was great. A/C worked. Hotel was not on the Boardwalk but not to far that if you wanted to walk to the boards you could (we drove). Sat right on the beach so you can sit on the balcony and watch the waves at night. The only comment was the hallway smelled like smoke from the smoking rooms across the hall.

i stayed at this property last week for a one night mid-week stay. The hotel is a bit old however the location more than made up for it. The staff was friendly and we had no issues other than the hair dryer did not work. i would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends. .

I was on the fence about whether to give the hotel a good rating or not. But then I thought hey, you're at the beach, so what do you expect? If you don't mind a run-down room and are only looking for a place to shower and sleep, then this is for you. So many things didn't work when we first got there...the key from the parking garage, our air conditioning...the maintenance guy was called to our room twice. He said the breaker had to be manipulated to get our air working. The door handle had to be in a certain position for our key to work. It was aggravating for other guests, too. What the hotel REALLY should do is invest in really giving the place a good facelift and replacing everything that needs replaced. We hated cooking in our room, because the microwave was broken and rather than fix it, they had plopped another microwave on the counter which took up ALL our counter space. Only one burner on the stove worked, too. Even with all these problems, the hotel staff was nice when we reported the problems. In fact, the hotel staff was above and beyond kind. Even Charles the maintenance man was very nice and helpful (though was probably getting sick of us). Breakfast was also good in the hotel, though pricier than what we're used to. Word of warning: If you tip your waitress, do NOT include it on your charge card. When we got home, we discovered that at least one of the waitresses had doubled the tip we left her! Just save yourself the hassle and leave them cash for a tip. Would I stay in this hotel again? Probably, but only because I know what to expect from them beforehand and can prepare in advance. Who knows what the other hotels are like??!!! It's the beach, you know? You're going to have sand everywhere no matter where you stay.

Room was outdated, smelled and very small. I had stayed here before and had a gorgeous room. it was night and day, I still can't believe both rooms were in the same building. I would not stay here or recommend it. Did speak with front desk staff the the first 2 days about changing rooms, the staff member was not only unable to help he was rude! Location is very good, and room would be ok if you don't have kids.

We really enjoyed the stay wish it was longer .the check in time was 4pm ,wish it was earlier. Kitchen had all the utensils if u want to do cooking . Good deal
