Meliá Royal Alma - باريس

كان هذا الفندق يقع بجوار برج إيفل. وهو مرتفع الثمن، ولكننا كنا في أمسية العام الجديد. وحيث أننا عائلة مكونة من خمسة أفراد، كان علينا استخدام غرفتين. وتم ترقية إحدى الغرفتين بفضل طاقم العاملين. وكان هذا شيئاً رائعاً. وكانت المطاعم بالجوار، وكانت ممتازة وودودة للغاية. وكنت أود البقاء أكثر لو سمحت الميزانية بذلك.

Very friendly boutique hotel in very quiet street with very good breakfast. Room was a bit tired but perfectly fine. This hotel was on offer at about £150/night and at that rate is excellent value

Considering the price paid for a single night, I would think we should have had more than cold showers to wake up to. The hotel is in a great location and in walking distance to many sights. The staff was courteous and helpful, but communication was a challenge, on some occasions, as I do not have a good command of the French language and the staff's comprehension of English was somewhat lacking. Received an EXCELLENT recommendation for a restaurant, and for that I will always be grateful. If I'm in Paris again, I would stay at the hotel but would raise the issue of no hot water before confirming a reservation!

My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay very much.. Room was small and noisy by U.S. hotel standards, but very adequate for our brief stay and very well located. All of the multi-lingual service staff, front desk, breakfast, and lobby bar were very attentive and responsive to our needs. Not cheap but reasonably priced for this convenient location in Paris. Highly recommend and will stay there again when we return to Paris soon..

Near Eiffle tower and George V boulevard ...and Alma Marceau metro stop..loved the hotel will stay here again...great breakfast in courtyard..join their hotel club and get breakfast 2 for 1..large rooms...no Conceirge help...hotel was clueless about a lot of tourist questions...but...staff was very nice...

The stay was amazing here. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and even though we were not upgraded, the room was lovely and quite comfortable. We loved the location on a quiet street near the eiffel tower and champs elysees. There are several metro stations in the area, and bike station right on the corner. The staff was lovely, and very willing to help us with anything. I highly recommend the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was tremedous. The only draw back was the lack of a workable air-conditioner in room.

The Melia Alma Botique was a very nice hotel. Only a block and a half from the Alma Metro stop and a great view of the Eiffel Tower, this hotel is worth staying at. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The staff also is above average on the bilingual scale. My wife and I had a standard room. The room is not huge, but large enough for each of us to put our suitcases and spread our things out. The bathroom was very nice. I would definately stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Perfect. This will be my usual hotel in Paris.

The Melia hotel was exactly what we were hoping for for our stay in Paris. the location was perfect--a quiet street just steps from the Champs Elysee and fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very kind and informative and our room was comfortable and clean. We already decided we'll stay again the next time we're in Paris.

We stayed for two nights recently on our way to a crusie in the Med. Upon a post 4 PM arrival, our room was not ready and we were "offered" to "have a drink and a bite to eat" since being inconvienced. (The "offer" was made after twice being brought upstairs with our luggage to two different rooms that had still not been cleaned from the night before!) However, when checking out they gave us a bill for the drink and snack! After a long flight from CA, we just wanted to unpack, shower and get on with our vacation, but were kept waiting over an hour due to their poor organization. Overall the hotel is nice and close to the Paris fashion district, the Eifel Tower, etc. They need to work harder on customer service.

Clean hotel, great service, helpful staff, and perfectly located near the tower and other destinations within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Don't see how this is a boutique hotel - Melia is just a chain like any other. I would equate standards of service, cleanliness and accommodations with that of an old Comfort Inn (in the US). Rooms very old and in need of renovation, they do NOT have queen beds, only two beds that are pushed together and padded (which does not really disguise the gap), and the bathroom was pretty gross in terms of mildew. We could hear our neighbors through the night and found a footprint on our pillow. Yikes. The area is fantastic with Velib's less than a block away as well as a metro. That being said, the Manager, when brought to attention regarding our stay and the problems we had did handle things immediately and fairly. Still though, all-in-all a pass unless you're getting a fantastic deal (based on going rates for other hotels in the area) and don't mind putting up with a bit of "character."

Stayed here whilst we were in Paris for 3 days. Hotel located in a nice and quiet street but still convenient to two metro stations. Within walking distance to the start of the champ élysées. Hotel itself was very beautiful, clean and decor was classy. had the buffet breakfast one morning and although was slightly pricy it was a good variety.

Although our room was listed as a non smoking room ,there was a strong odour of smoke

Melia Royal Alma was a great hotel on a price adjusted basis compared to other options in the area. The entire staff was so helpful and nice. Location was great for walking to Eiffel Tower, Louvre, and many other must see sights in Paris. Concierge had good restaurant recommendations but if they book restaurant for you, confirm the reservation and make sure it is in your name. Of the two restaurants booked, one did not have our reservation (but we were treated very well when they found out we were from Melia) and the second reservation was made in the name of the Concierge - WHO KNEW?!?

Location is great, but the room was tiny. There were too many pieces of furniture for the space, which made it difficult to move. There was no suitcase rack. It was extremely hot in my room. The minibar was out of order and when I came into my room there was a terrible ammonia odor coming out of it. I had to keep the window open all night. Very uncomfortable. I wouldn´t recommend this hotel, even with the excellent location.

Beautiful hotel in wonderful location. Large and comfortable lobby area. Delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet......if you fill out the form to become a Melia member you get 2 breakfasts for the price of one. We had a lovely terrace on the 6th floor and were able to open the doors and go outside even in February. Reasonable price for hotel quality, location and services. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location and service at this hotel couldn't have been better. The rooms are small. We used the breakfast- included plan (food was very good) which was much less expensive than purchasing on a daily basis. We will definately stay here again.

This place is fantastic...great location, wonderful staff...we had a problem with our room and the staff upgraded us with no problem and seemed happy to do it.

We found this hotel by accident and couldn't have been happier. The staff, facility, location, amenities were all just perfect. Walking distance to all our favorite locales. And the room was just beautiful. Small, but comfortable and perfectly equipped with beautiful linens and furniture. Outstanding front desk staff and hard-wired internet connection. Couldn't have asked for more! Only one surprise. One local tax not collected by Hotels.com;

My Wife and I stayed here while we were in paris for a night on our way back to the states. The airline had managed to lose her bag but the hotel staff were super helpful pointing us in the direction of good shops to visit so she would have something to wear to dinner. The hotel is decorated in classic french, not the modern look you'll get at most of the hotels now a days so if your looking for a traditional experience in Paris you'll have a great time.

Beautiful room and hotel (shabby chic stylings) with amazingly nice and helpful staff. The hotel is a block from metro line in a swanky upscale neighborhood - like Rodeo Drive in Paris with all the designer stores if you're into that. We're not - so we avoided the neighborhood's high prices and ate elsewhere. Also avoid the pricey breakfast buffet even with the 1/2 off deal they give you to join their hotel company's club - very expensive. Our room and bathroom were lovely and had a terrace with a view of top of the Eiffel tower and the tops of gorgeous buildings on the Seine. We enjoyed our stay at the Melia Royal Alma very much and were sad to leave! I will highly recommend this hotel to friends.

We were expecting the typical small Paris hotel room but were pleasantly surprised to find we had a large room with 2 balconies. The hotel staff went out of their way to see to our every need and were very courteous. The complimentary hotel toiletries were upscale, towels were plentiful and requests attended to promptly. GREAT LOCATION within walking distance to the Arc du Triomphe, Metro underground station, Champs D'Elysees and other major sites. We definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Very hot when we stayed in April, shame that they wouldn't turn the air con on as the room was like an oven. Great location, 10 mins from most sights.

Excellent customer service! A perfect location very close to the main see sights and restaurants.

this small boutique hotel had extemely friendly staff and would go out of their way to accomodate us. the location was very convenient walking to the metro or the champs de elyses and is moments fromthe right bank. restaurants all around. the room was small but very nicely appointed. we had a great stay.

Having discovered other areas of the city I would prefer to stay elsewhere in the future.

Great location .. Everwhere that we walked to we could see the Eiffel tower. Wonderful breakfast and nice rooms. Went in fall so air doesn't go on however we were able to open windows which was cool and refreshing. There's a great little resteraunt right in front of it which was fantastic too. Would go back!!! My only complaint was that our sinks sprayed water everywhere . However my parent's sinks did not have this issue and flowed normally.

Room is a bit small (by the American standard) but it is very well located near the metro station and walk distance to a lot of restaurant area.

Very friendly staff who spoke good English (also Spanish). Excellent location, the hotel is in a quiet street but close to everything we wanted to see - we could walk to most places including the Louvre and the Grand Palais is about 5 minutes away.. Good restaurants close at hand for evening meals. Hotel breakfast was good and our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely go back.

This hotel is in a quiet location but well placed for site seeing in Paris. It is close to the Champs Elysees, The Eifel Tower, the Hotel de Les Invalides and the River Seine. The staff were friendly and helpful. Did not use the bar or restaurant in the hotel because there was a good choice of restaurants nearby. Would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a short visit to Paris.

Hotel is lovely - fantastic location and very friendly staff - the onlt negative was we had booked a double room but instead of a double bed it was two single beds pushed together

에펠탑, 샹젤리제거리, 베르사이류 가는 기차역 등 여러 곳과의 접근성이 매우 좋았고, 식당이나 어느 곳에 대한 질문등에 대해서 아주 상세하게 대답해 주었다.

Business hotel. short distance to most places. Small rooms but friendly staff.

O hotel é bem localizado e o staff é educado mas algumas características são inaceitáveis para um 4 estrelas, como por exemplo. Reserva em quarto não fumante com cheiro insuportável de cigarro. Serviço de quarto feito mesmo com placa de não perturbe na porta. Reserva em cama queen e quarto com duas camas de solteiro com roupa de cama separadas apenas colocadas uma ao lado da outra. Se a intenção é ficar em um hotel luxuoso equivalente a um 4 estrelas eu não recomendo.

Equipe muito boa, e prestativa, Wi-Fi gratuito. Mas o melhor para nós foi a localização do hotel. Perto da Champs, mas não tão perto de estar tudo lotado. Perto da Torre Effeil também. Há uma estação de metro (linha 9) na esquina, e para o RER C é só atravessar a Ponte D'alma. Também há um local para alugar bicicletas na mesma praça da linha 9 do metrô. Nós realmente vamos voltar para este hotel.

Персонал доброжелательный. Сервис отличный. Качество белья отличное. Немного тесно в номере, но местоположение отеля компенсирут.Жаль , что нет халата в номере а в целом рекомендую...Практически везде можно добраться пешком и метро рядом и едп всё++++ Николай.

一、对地理位置很满意。第一天到的时候在路上问了问行人就找到了，位置很不错，在安静悠闲的小道离。靠近香榭丽舍大街和凯旋门，附近还有地铁站，地铁站到老佛爷和巴黎春天也挺近的。二、酒店服务很不错。他们热情好客，且幽默。三、唯一不足之处是房间较小，电梯很小，只能乘坐两人加个行李箱就满了。且我们住在7楼，那个房间的门锁是坏的，从外面不用刷卡就能推开，住了四晚，我们最后一天才发现，幸好很安全，没有发生意外。

Excelente servicio, todo lo que debe tener un hotel boutique. La ubicacion inmejorable. Dada las malas sorpresas que tenes en Paris en materia de alojamiento, este es lo que uno espera de esta categoria de hotel.

Excellent emplacement dans une rue calme à quelques mètres de la place de l'Alma. Personnel sympathique et professionnel. Aménagement hôtel et chambre agréable. Bémol : bruit sans doute de la clim un peu génant la nuit.
