Kind of run down, needs new paint and carpet. Staff was nice.

Very poor service. No restaurant in the hotel. Hotel staff were also not friendly.

Staff was very helpful in getting us to our flight very early in the morning. We especially appreciate your offer to allow us to park our car on your grounds.w

Other than a bit of noise from the heating unit, it was a great room for the price. Always have had good experience with Hampton Inns. Great staff.

The beds were very comfortable- a huge plus to staying in a hotel! The room was clean, and quiet, also wonderful. The only drawback were the duvets, the "stuffing" was in little balls within the duvet, which made for a cool blanket. In other words, the duvets need replacing. Thanks.

Even though this hotel is very close to the airport, we never heard any plane noise. Very quiet and good location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was substantial and tasty. I would defintely book this hotel again if we go back to this area. Enjoyed our visit in Bellingham very much.

We booked this hotel because of its location to the Bellingham airport. We were arriving at the airport at 11 pm and the hotel is not even 5 mins away. We got there the service was great got the room and was very pleased with the look of the room and the comfort. My husband and I didn't wake until 10 am as the bed was so comfortable. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Boat charter San Juan Island with family ws this trip purpose. Because of tight scheduling I spent little time at the hotel having a 5 AM flght. My room was well appointed and desk staff courteous.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the Bellingham Airport. Now we would choose it because it is a really nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and professional, check in was very fast and our room was beautiful and clean. Their breakfast area was quite pleasant and they had a good choice of breakfast items. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a business trip. Very clean hotel. There was a good variety of items for breakfast each morning. This was very convenient to I-5.

Four of us were in town for our annual golf tour. The accommodations were great. The only flies in the ointment? 1) the property did not have a jacuzzi with the pool to ease those sore muscles and 2) our vehicle had its fuel sciphoned out one night - quite the surprise the following morning while en route to our next tee time. We reported the event to hotel management and in turn with the hotel, the county sheriff department.

Enjoyed our two night stay. Quiet, comfortable beds, yummy chocolate chip cookies and milk in afternoon and delicious breakfasts!

We found the Hampton Inn Bellingham-Airport to be very very clean and the staff were great. Super friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, though not sure about the process cheese spread on the omlets. Overall a pretty good spread for breakfast. Liked the After 4 PM cookies and Milk. Big hit with my son.

This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay when flying out of Bellingham Airport. The room was clean and queit. The breakfast was good. Price was reasonable.

Appreciated the tasty breakfast of Western Omelet, hash browns and fruit. Likewise appreciate handy airport shuttle. Thank you. Suggestion: There are great places to eat in Bellingham, but the hotel mainly listed sports bars and generic Asian restaurants. Please include these wonderful eateries in hotel suggestion booklet: Anthony's, Hearthfire, Guiseppes, On Rice Thai, Woodfire Pizza, Chuckanut Brewery

The room did not have a micro wave or small fridge for us in the room plus it seemed that they only had basic cable in the room too.

Of all the Hampton Inns we have stayed in (including this one) in the past two years this one is the least well maintained with the poorest service. The room was not vacumned during our four night stay. Newspapers were not available at times and there was no orange juice on the last morning. The hall floors were not cleaned and the overall appearance is not what we have found it most Hampton Inns. We were at a Hampton Inn last month in PA and will be in one next month in Indiana and problably Michigan. The hotel in Bellingham has a prime location on I-5 between Cananda and Seattle. We will probably need to stay there again in the future because we have family in the area but I would hope the hotel and service could be upgraded.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and all services worked as expected. The drive to the airport from this hotel is less than 5 minutes.

I had read other reviews about the paper thin walls and those reviews were 100% accurate. Didn't say anything at check out because no one could really "fix" that problem. I could have written a book from the conversations I heard. Other than that everything was fine.

We have tried several hotels in the area and this hotel offers the best value by far! We will be back.

I've stayed at Hampton Inn's many times and they are a good chain. I've come to expect a good experience from them. This time, a little thing turned out to be a bigger annoyance. I stayed here midway through a two-week vacation, expecting to rest up, do laundry, provision, etc. It turns out that their washing machine was broken. Unfortunately, they only had one guest washing machine for the whole hotel, and they said it would be down for nearly a week waiting for a part. That can happen, but what was more disappointing was their attitude. The manager-on-duty related to it as though it wasn't a problem. He sent me to a laundromat a couple of miles away. The thing that bugged me was that they didn't relate with it as though they were failing to provide an advertised service. I had checked to make sure they had laundry facilities and paid a bit extra to stay there. If I was the manager there, and my chain advertised a feature like wireless or laundry that wasn't working, I would work harder to help my guests. I'd probably have a backup plan, like a two washing machines for the whole hotel instead of just one. Or I'd offer to have the clothes laundered for the guest. I'd at least reimburse them for the machines at the laundromat. So I went to the laundromat, spent a couple of hours and paid twice as much. Instead of being able to do laundry in the evening after dinner, I took a couple of hours out of my day instead. It's a small thing in the scheme of things, but it left me realizing that this Hampton Inn didn't do as good a job as they usually do.

After enduring Red Lion of Olympia Washington, this hotel seemed like a 5 star! Needed a late check in and no problem! Clean, cozy, nice little breakfast in the morning, great stay!
