A very comfortable hotel Very helpful staff and a quiet location inspite of being very central. A nice walk or Tram ride away from the closest Metro station .

I shared the room with my colleague for seafood show though I sincerely wished if I could have stayed with my wife . . the room is perfectly cozy and we could see the garden and beautiful light-green trees out there , it's a bit too far to walk to Louise metro station though you have tram for every 15 minutes , you can also enjoy great beers at the bar , which is very comfortable to stay , I'll give this hotel a big thums-up !

Very satisfied, Overnight Parking was 13euro, which was a decent price since we also paid 13euro for only about 5 hours in City Center. We might choose to stay at the Sheraton in City Center next visit since it is closer and we wouldn't need additional parking/Taxi rides. Staff was very nice. Thanks :)

The hotel does not look like much from the outside, but was very comfortable and had a fresh appearance on the inside. The hotel room was quiet. My family enjoyed our stay.

The staff was outstanding! Very Friendly and helpful! Hotel breakfast and dinner plus bar were excellent...but do not miss the opportunity to visit the Grand Platz. and eat mussels in Brussels. Taxi to and from the Hotel-Airport was perfect and on time! Room was very comfortable, great hot shower, This is definitely a four star hotel! Hotel.com rates were great value! i will chose to stay again next time! Short walk to public transportation

This hotel is promoted as having a restaurant, however during my stay 31st Dec- 4th Jan it only offered 1 soup, a pizza and a smoke salmon roll. The reason given for not having their usual substantial menu is that it was a quoet week so they decided not to offer the usual menu. So it appears that paying guests must accept being penalised iver this period

Great hotel. Having read past reviews, i thought that it would have been in a bad location, but it wasn't. There was a tram stop literally 30 seconds walk from the hotel and it brought you to the main places really. The reception staff were very helpful, knew almost everything there needed to be known. The breakfast was expensive but we didn't get that and went to coffee shops in the area. Altogether, really nice hotel, beds are unbelievably comfortable and its is a good stay.

We stayed for 2 nights, and parked in the hotel parking garage. Desk staff were nice and treated us very well. Thought the price for parking and continental breakfast was too high, so did not eat at the hotel. Left the car in the garage and used convenient public transportation. Tram stop was close by and convenient. Hotel is in great condition and very comfortable, and more suitable for business travellers than vacationers, in my opinion--extras like exercise room and business class amenities were more than we needed.

The bathroom was not clean enough. No free wi-fi in the room.

Great hotel - very large rooms and a really comfy bed - also the largest I have ever seen! Location is towards the top of Avenue Louise which means you're a little out of the thick of it, but that actually works in your favour as it's a bit quieter!

The biggest problem was that room was outdated and below general quality of Four Points hotels. You get much better hotels for the same price in Brussels (in better locations as well).

Convenient location, Good Service and the staff are friendly

It was extremely close to shopping and only tram rides away from train stations and attractions. Since I was more interested in attractions the trams were great.

This is a pleasing, smallish but smart kinda hotel located conveniently off Ave.Louise for access to Brussels Central districts & Railway stations by tram. It is walking distance if your place of work is around Ave. Louise. Very courteous front desk staff and restaurant at Lobby level serving up a decent breakfast with a bar attached is quite convenient. Access to free WiFi at Lobby level was a nice to have. Good toilets too! My stay was in August 2011, which I understand is the holiday season so the restaurant was not fully functional for Lunch & Dinner & only select few items were on the menu. There is room for improving room service & adding some more variety of good food items esp. when the general standard of food in Brussels is excellent anywhere. This would save time to have to step-out for a meal. The free access to the cute Gym & Sauna room on the 6th floor was also a refreshing experience. The garden on the 4th level needs maintenance and can be put to good use during summer time with a bar & snack service to go with it. On the whole, a pleasant experience it was for me.

5-star front desk staff, very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated in a very nice neighborhood with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. It takes only one tram to get to the city centre. The only thing we didn't like is that the bathroom door doesn't lock. But overall, it was a very pleasant hotel.

The only thing is that was a little bit far from the city center. The people at the hotel were GREAT!

We stayed as a couple with a 1 year old child. our room was very comfortable for us adults and the staff had also very thoughtfully provided a comfortable travel cot for our boy. On arrival the staff was very helpful especially the younger lady at the desk (sorry I forgot the name). Later Monsieur Boniface was also very kind and helpful. As for breakfast, the staff offered us coupons for discounted prices but we didn't need them as our meals were taken care of by friends in Brussels. Parking --- having done research beforehand we decided to park on the street so we had no issue with hotel parking costs. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and we will be very happy to stay again.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff, from the front desk clerks and restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful and always seemed to be smiling. The room was quite comfortable and we liked that there was a seperate table to dine on and not just a desk like in many other hotels. The bed was very comfortable and was supplied with numerous pillows.

Convenient hotel in an excellent location. While not luxurious, all amenities a guest would need were thoughtfully provided and a standard room is large. Most importantly, service was impeccable: attentive, kind and trying very hard to accommodate all needs. Very good stay and will certainly recommend it to anyone staying in Brussels!

Overall is good, but the entrance for car park is too small and parking is expensive.

The hotel is in a good, although not as central location. The rooms are comfortable and so are the beds. Check-in / check-out are also smooth. The only downside I found was that when we requested sandwiches in the middle of the night, we were told that there were none left; not very impressive response for a hotel that boasts 24-hour room service. Given that there were no open convenience stores or restaurants nearby, we remained starving until breakfast time. When asked to use the business centre to print out certain documents from the internet, the reception staff was unable to provide assistance as they were not familiar with how the whole thing worked; again not impressed with this aspect, given that that the hotel offers conference services to business clients. Other than that, the overall stay was good and would probably use this hotel again. Customer service improvement is recommended however.

We booked a room at a VERY cheap price as a special offer. The price was REALY good. I think that the hotel consists of great refurbished rooms and also rooms that are older, and with the cheap offer we got an older room. It was spacious and clean and ok comfortable, but not like 4 or 5 star quality. Still however it was great value for money. And the hotel location is SUPER - realy liked the neighbourhod. Also the breakfast, which we also got a promotional special on when we arrived, was realy good. I can recommend the hotel.

Was given a room facing a very noisy street. The room was nice but we had to move after two nights to a smaller garden view room for the next two nights so we could get some sleep.

4 points is definitely a very good value-for-money option for your stay in Brussels. Great for business travellers, but leisure tourists should know that unfortunately the location of the hotel is not excellent for exploring the city centre on foot. From the hotel to Grande Place it is a decent 40-minute walk. It is advisable to use local trams (tram stop is a few steps away on Avenue Louise ) or taxi.

Just got back from a long weekend in Brussels, we had a great time. The hotel is away from the centre, but not too far that you can't walk. The surrounding area has plenty of bars and a couple of places to eat, and cheaper than in the centre. The room was spacious, with a really comfy bed, power shower and BBC channels on the TV. Breakfast was adequate although I'm glad it was in with the price, as it was a bit over priced if you were paying separately. The staff were helpful and friendly - a great hotel

I stayed here for 4 days in early Sept. We had excellent service from the staff there. The hotel is well equipped ,clean and reasonably priced.

Good front-line staff and good customer care. The hotel is located in a quite corner and was well connected with close by Deli.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly functional, down to the leather recliner by the window, generous closet/storage, terrific shower/bath complete with bidet, and a seriously welcoming bed. Special touches included the nightly bottled water by the bed (complimentary) and good quality in-room coffee. Not a lot of unnecessary frills, but everything important seemed to have been carefully considered and thoughtfully provided -- an excellent value for discriminating yet practical guests.

It took us 2.5 hours to get to this hotel from the train station when it should have taken less that 30 mins. Prior to our arrival I had called the hotel and asked for directions, but all the directions they gave us were incorrect. When we finally got to the hotel the staff did not seem to care that they gave us bad directions. The rest of our stay was better, but we couldn't believe how much time we lost in Brussels due to this delay. Make sure you get good directions!

enjoyed our stay but found the restaurant expensive and room needed some routine maintenance.

This is a lovely hotel with fantastic service. They speak English fluently and will greet you warmly when you arrive. I arrived 5 hours early and they got me into a room! A very pleasant stay - I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I was a bit apprehensive about this hotel as it had been so cheap. However, I was very pleasantly surprised, as it was a fresh, spacious room, very comfortable, and just off Brussels' main shopping street. The most reasonable quality city accommodation I've seen in a long time.

Great Hotel for the price. Above the grade considering the price. It is a bit away from central station but overall not that bad a location considering all factors.

Hotel elegante , ben situato, circondato da frequenti mezzi pubblici, camere spaziose, con un armadio invero piccolo ma in cui sono posti oltre alla cassetta di sicurezza anche un ferro e un asse da stiro nonchè stampelle tanto per gli abiti che per le gonne. Ogni giorno si trova una nuova bottiglietta d'acqua che si può usare per farsi caffè o tè col bollitore, tutto in dotazione. Il bar a piano terra è simpatico e si possono invitare gli amici per l'aperitivo senza spendere un patrimonio. Gli impiegati al ricevimento sono gentili ed efficienti. .

Hôtel très confortable dans un quartier résidentiel très agréable. staff serviable.
