I stayed for two nights. The first night was good. The secound night I had very little sleep. I was woke up at 2:30 the the morning by LOUD talking and slamming of doors in hall.. The people must have been drunk. The light in our bathroom went out making it difficult to shave and shower in bathroom.. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Decent room at a good price.

My wife, son (3 years old), and I took a trip from NC to NYC and decided to stop in Aberdeen, MD overnight. For the money it was a decent place to stay. But my wife and I both agreed we slept terribly! Maybe if we would have had a better night sleep we would have enjoyed it better. The breakfast was very good and the service was fine as well. However, on the next trip up we will be staying somewhere else to try some place new.

A few months ago I stayed at the LQ and I thought that the hotel needed some maintenance in the hallways and stairways as they were always muddy and some of the walls needed cosmetics. This week, I stayed there and to my greatest astonishment, I noticed a great improvement. the hallways and stairways were clean and I walls seem to have been painted and they did not seems to be messy as they were previously. Besides that, I think they serve very good breakfast, in my opinion, its the best, i have seen....

This hotel was very nice for what it is: a relatively low-priced, modest chain hotel. It exceeded our expectations, from reading the reviews, by a sizeable margin. It is easy to get to from I-95, and easy to get back on I-95. The surroundings are unattractive but pragmatic--an all night gas station/convenience store, several restaurants and a chinese buffet open late, miscellaneous discount stores. The hotel itself seems to have fresh paint and carpeting everywhere. We did not notice any unpleasant odors in the halls or in the room. The lady who checked us in was pleasant and efficient. The bathroom was small, but it had a nice countertop and a new-looking nice shower curtain one of those bowed-out shower curtain rods. There was a large LCD TV and a microwave and smallish fridge in the room, as well as an ironing board and iron and a hair dryer. The bed was comfortable enough with perfectly fine linens. Complaints: There was a problem with the light on the sign at the entrance from the road, making it hard to see in the snow. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. The lighting in the room was a little too dim, too, and one of the bedside lamps was not plugged-in and needed an extension cord to be able to plug it in. Tha't s it. Come on, people! Don't expect the Ritz Carlton in the boonies of Maryland and paying one-fifth of the price of the Ritz! We travel extensively, staying in all classes of hotels, and we thought this was a fine place to spend the night.

This is an older motel and it definitely smelled musty and had mold in the bathroom.

Very friendly employees, breakfast was great! I expected cold Danish and muffins, but I was delighted to see fresh scrambled eggs and ham one day and scrambled eggs and bacon the next day. Along with fresh fruit, bagels and more, it was delicious!

Not only did I get my camera stolen..... This is te worst stay I can think of and I travel all the time for work.

All staff were friendly. Room was clean and quiet. We really appreciated having a cool, clean, pleasant place to lay our heads. Breakfast was above average. Eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit. Pleasant environment. Someone else noted the spicy smell in the hall as unappealing, but I found it pleasant and it made me feel like the place was really clean and not just covered by freshener.

This hotel is a dump but it is cheap.

The only complaint I have about the condition is the strong smell of cleaner in the stairwell. We were on the second floor and didnt realize there wasnt' an elevator, but the exercise was probably good for us both. The smell of the cleaner bothered my asthma otherwise it was a good stay.

Check in was pleasant, the young lady at the reception desk helpful. Entering the hall to our room we noted a sickenly sweet spice scent, the kind used to cover up smelly places. The carpet was threadbare. The room was poor, stains on the cushioned chairs. The bathroom appeared to have been updated and was fine. The carpet here was poor also. Actual garbage, sandwich pieces and potato chips were on the floor behind one bedside table. The front desk sent an unpleasant and unkempt individual to clean the room. She barged in without even knocking and announced that the vacuum was locked up for the night and so picked up the garbage with her bare hands and walked out. Teen agers playing ball late at night in the hall added to the already barely tolerable experience. The young lady at the front desk was unable or unwilling to confront the parents of the unruly kids. This is one place and one hotel site that we have crossed off our list. Giving it one star is giving it one too many.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The first morning on a Saturday and probably their busiest weekend, there was no breakfast available. More importantly, they made no attempt to resolve the issue either..........I booked the hotel which had a breakfast so our lacrosse players could get up, eat at their leisure without everyone going out and trying to find a place and then make it to the fields on time. This was very disappointing.

Reasonable rates. Very friendly hotel ataff. Very convenient to Ripken facility. Would definatly go back.

I'm sure this motel was once a nice, affordable place to stay. However, it seems to have been poorly maintained and it now feels dingy. On the other hand, the free wifi actually worked and the free breakfast was better then some that I've had. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here, but if it was convenient I would consider it.

This is a great hotel to stay at when travelling on 95 just north of Baltimore. The breakfast, the cleanliness, the attention to detail matches or even exceeds what you would expect in a much more expensive hotel.

Liked the cookie at check-in and the room service was very good. Very disappointed that someone from the hotel did not address the groups of kids and adults using the pool and walking around in towels, shirtless with bare feet dripping water everywhere. Same kids were running up and down hallways until 2am. Difficult to address parents with unruly children but it needed to be done.

Hotel is a little run down and dumpy. I would recomment for a quick over night for sleep off highway. Had family with me they had no complaints. I would stay again. Not my first chioce for an extended stay.

Clean, quiet and spacious room, good fast wireless internet service, friendly staff.

The hallways were dirty, and worn. The rooms were not clean, and the sheets were worn and wrinkled, not found in other hotels. The pool area was not picked up with dirty towels all over the place. No one came at 9 PM to close down the pool as expected. The light in one of the rooms did not work, had to call maintenance to fix which was done while we were out to dinner. The bathtub during the shower filled up so I was standing in water up to my ankles plus. We were traveling with our grandchildren on vacation.

I found the hotel to be in a very good location, convenient to my travel destinations while in Aberdeen, MD.

Older Hotel but comfortable. the only negative was we stayed on the 2nd floor and had to carry luggage up and down stairs. There is no elevator. We had a full breakfast, eggs, sausage, and waffles.

hotel is decent with decent breakfast and pool and fitness room, but everything seems kinda old, but most of all, the place has a pretty bad funky smell. Perhaps they need to change the carpet. The price is pretty cheap compared to the others and a bargain, but if only I didn't have such a sensitive nose.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel...though it was only one night and just a place to lay our head, it was a very comfortable hotel.

staff was friendly, although walking in the front wasnt as expected. It was a tiny front desk, seemed laid back and kind of out dated. Bed was a little uncomfortable, pillows were ok. The furniture left something to be desired. This hotel really needs updating. The hot breakfast was good, they had biscuits n gravy and waffles and french toast.

A one night stay here foir a wedding allowed us to save over 50% compared with the Marriot Courtyard at Ripken Stadium. One room was not yet cleaned upon checkin due to being fully booked the day before and our arrival date. The hotel structure is dated but decently maintained. The rooms were comfortable and a very good value compared with the more modern Marriot. All hotel representatives were courteous and helpful. They have a complimentary breakfast that surprisingly included prepared items such as scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, bacon and make your own scratch waffles, as well as the standard items usually included in such free breakfasts.

Room was clean, comfortable and very accommodating.

this is a clean bed, hot water, working toilet in a convenient location. There are cheaper, but this place is cleaner.

This is an older hotel that has been nicely rennovated. Because of the older construction the rooms are well insulated from sounds from surrounding rooms, and the rennovations make them very comfortable. Breakfast is good and service exceptional. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

For the price - this worked out fine. We just needed a place to lay our head and that was dog friendly. It worked out fine. Probably the best part was the breakfast. I was surprised with all the available choices. It just wasn't pastries, but eggs, sausages, waffles and more. Was a great way to start the day.

The bathroom was quite small, although the shower (pressure and temp control) was excellent. Overall a good basic hotel.

We were given a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke. There was even an ashtray on the dresser. The hotel had 2 floors and no elevator. The breakfast was fine though limited. Restaurants in area weren't very good. Pool was very cold. Cheap ice buckets leaked all over the table.
