We travel to Spokane often and have not found a hotel that we like to come back to until now. The Hampton has great customer service, their continental breakfast was amazing, which had everything you could ask for. They even have fresh fruit all day long that you can help yourself to. The pool was very warm. My kids asked if we could start staying there from now on because they loved it.

This was the best hotel experience my wife and I have had in years. The facility was clean and fresh. Our room was spacious and very clean. The daily room cleaning was outstanding. Our breakfast was great and very enjoyable. We used the gym each morning and it was also great. This hotel is a must when in Spokane. Our friends stayed a two other hotels in the same to higher price range and said they were crap. Next trip to Spokane they will stay at the Hampton Inn Spokane. This is a very good Hotel. I'm surprised I'm saying this but it is truly a great place to stay.

Awesome hotel! The staff there are the best! Friendly, clean and close to airport.

The shuttle was very helpful as we arrived via Amtrak--at 1:30 am. Also the shuttle to the airport for a rental car was very helpful. Very convenient.

very accomodating and helpful staff

My room was very comfortable and clean and I was especially pleased with the bed, which had comfortable pillows and down comforter. The best feature is that you can leave your car and take their shuttle to the airport and they pick you up when you return. Since my wakup call was for 4:00 am, they also provided a breakfast in a bag which I thought was very thougtful. I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn whenever I am having to catch a early flight.

I was shocked at how outdated this Hampton Inn was. Not the normal quality I expect from this chain.

Booked two rooms for my family. They had joining door. Awesome. Used the indoor pool and hot tub. However, heavy chlorine smell. Still very refreshing. Rooms very comfortable. Continental breakfast great. Stayed extra night at same rate booked. I will stay again.

We chose the Hampton Inn for its proximity to WSU. Worked out great. The hotel staff put us in a great room and were exceptionally helpful throughout the stay without being intrusive. The Business Center was a great resource and the wireless internet access consistent (though we did have to login each day) and free. Excellent variety of breakfast items (even for a vegetarian). Check in and check out effortless. Location is close enough but secluded enough as well.

Excellent, green suburban setting, but distant from local sights and facilities. Suitable for the car traveler only. Good shuttle service to airport. Excellent exercise equipment/room. Friendly personnel. Good stay/parking for airport.

Execellent breakfast in the morning. Changes daily but keeps the basics. Room is clean, quiet and close to downtown or onto the roads or airport. Front desk is very helpful. A pleasure checking in and out. No difficulties whatsoever.

Nice bright pool for kids with lots of indoor and some outdoor sitting space. Room was clean and updated. Continental breakfast was the same as any other hampton, however this hampton did not have the managers welcoming hour with complimentary snacks and beer or wine selections. I was told that you have to book at a hampton inn and suites to get this service.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of our yearly Sister's trip because it was close to the airport. It was very quite, clean and convenient. Only minutes to the airport. The breakfast was excellent with everything you would wish for. I would definately stay here again.

I've never had a bad stay at a Hampton Inn. And this one really is the best hotel in Spokane that I've ever had (stayed in Spokane a great many nights). But Hampton Inns are just predictably excellent. The only drawback to this one is that there is really NOTHING near the hotel in the way of restaurants, stores, etc. It sits quite isolated on a hill near I90 (the freeway is very conveniently located). But they do have a somewhat limited restaurant in the lobby - not too much on the menu, but it works. Great hotel in every way - you will never go wrong with this one.

I found this hotel to be very affordable, clean and very quiet (we had a room on the back of the hotel). The gym left a lot to be desired (very few of the machines were in working order and the water jug wasn't working either). But I would stay there again.

Had a problem with the hair dryer but the fixed it right away. Roll away sheets had black stains. Otherwise good place to stay.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Spokane (near airport). It was very easy to get into town, the room was great, the breakfast was good, and the service was outstanding. I loved the little snack bar they had, which came in handy at times.

Appreciated the quiet room and breakfast sacks that we needed for our early flight. We particularly chose this Hampton because the price was right, free shuttle service to airport, and we could leave our car there for a week for free. The icing on the cake was my leaving my favorite pillows in the room and being able to get them when I got back. I did have to make three calls to finally get a call back to tell me they had the pillows and would hold them for me. Everyone was very courteous, but just didn't seem to be able to get to the right person.

Somewhat noisy in the morning. Not good insulation . People were rather inconsiderate at 5 in the morning

The staff were helpful. WE enjoyed the restaurant. The food was excellent. Shuttle service was great.

I had a week of business in Spokane. I looked for a reasonable stay due to the economic times. I found that the Hampton was very suitable and had all accomidations that I needed. I was very impressed with the cleaness of the hotel. The service help was very helpful. I would refer someone to this hotel if they were staying in the are. Easy access to the hwy but not if your looking to dine out. There is a nice resturant in the hotel though.

The best thing about this hotel is the bed, which is a good thing. The park 'n fly is nice, but getting to and from the hotel is a bit difficult. I highly recommend you print a map of the area if you plan to stay there. We spent a lot of time driving around because the exits are not real obvious. Overall, a pretty good place.
