We got the king jacuzzi and it was better than i expected. The jacuzzi was huge, the bed was comfortable, for the money we paid i would highly recommend it. Breakfast wasn't much but it was something. Would stay here again...

Clean basic room with no bugs or loud noise. The hotel staff needs to go to a charm school. They are not very helpful and between stern and rude. Not my kind of friendly staff. The place is average but is now on my list not to recommend to a friend. You may even loose a toe is sitting on the throne and someone tries to open the bath door. the bathroom is designed for a midget. Go for it if you are extra small. Large people are just out for a bad time if needing a bath

The staff was wonderful. The room quite large and comfortable, but, at some point, someone had a cat in that room and the area at the head of the bed reeked of cat urine. The front desk was notified. Hopefully the situation will be rectified, and it will be a perfect room!

We have been surprised by the quality / price of this hotel !Old style but clean we were satisfied by the breakfast included. Absolutely perfect deal for a week end at Disney parks.

Very friendly staff, but this place left alot to be desired. Free breakfast was served out of an old hotel room. Also, several domestic disputes while we were there. Just didn't feel safe.

The room was just a little squished but that would be the only complaint

The weekend we got to Orlando all the hotels were booked except for the one room we found here. For the price, it was what we needed. Friendly service, free breakfast (which is really just coffee, tea, muffins, English muffins, toast, cereal, banana, and oranges), WiFi, and a clean room. It was 30 minutes away from Universal Resort and Disney. I'd book in this hotel again.

This hotel was exactly what i have come to expect from a Howard Johnson's Express, an outdated hotel with little or no ammenities and just clean enough to get me to stay. It served it's purpose and price point as a place to stay for one additional night in Orlando. I would not stay here for an extended stay, but if you just need a cheap place to crash for one night, you could do worse.

booked 3 rooms together was scattered all ove the motel.wifi was slowere than the slowest dialup will not stay there again

booked 3 rooms together got 3 rooms scattered all over wifi was slower than the slowest dial up.could not visit with the people we came to see because our rooms were spread to far apart.

HORRIBLE in every way,,,, DIRTY is an UNDER STATEMENT... Chipped bath tub, stained carpet, rusted door,hinges, old TV i could go on for days.... UNSAFE stay AWAY from this HOTEL.... I was there with a 21 month old and I wouldn't let her touch ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!! They never HELP ASAP!!!!!! We checked in late and thank god it was only for one night otherwise we would have gone some where ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location. Lovely clean pool and hot tub. Lake in the back. We had a suite with a kitchen. It was roomy and comfortable. Service by staff was wonderful. comfortable beds. Lots of parking close to room.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel did not represent the Howard Johnson chain reputation well at all. I was ashamed to have my guest from another state, have to stay at this hotel. I was ready to check out the first night as well as my guest but, due to the fact that the room was paid in full I didn't. There were small bugs in by the sink (not sure what kind). Needed heat the first two nights but the vent only blew out cool air. Asked for non-smoking room but the room smelled just like a smoke factory.

I thought I ordered a suite. I got 2 double beds. The room was very small. dirty towels were left in bathroom. People were partying in the parking lot. I was there alone with 2 grandchildren. I did not feel safe.

My fiance and I had planned a family getaway and we decided to come into town one night earlier and we stayed in this hotel. The location is convenient it was about a 5-10 minute drive to Disney depending on the traffic. The hotel room was much more spacious than I had imagined, it was a pleasant surprise to be able to stay somewhere nice, clean and safe for a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.

It's better than just a room to sleep and shower! The pool is heated. The staff is very friendly. The kids had a great time. It is an older hotel. There is a charge for the safe in the room. It's like a buck. For as cheap as we got this, with breakfast included, it was well worth the price. I will stay here again!!

ok place for the money

We have been coming here the past three years for our annual vacation in January. We usually stay for a week - 12 days. This place is perfect for us! We love the quietness and the pool and hot tub in the back. We were fortunate to get a lakefront room - our favorite! We will probably continue coming here every year - location is great. Close to shopping, sites, airport and all the places we love to visit. Staff is wonderful and friendly. What more can you ask for?

VERY GOOD UBICATION AND VERY GOOD STAFF, MY ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE

It was fine for the guys (12 of us). Not a motel to take wives though. Very accommodating for the price and convenient to locations and event we planned to attend.

Lets say pics r wrong. they make everything look bigger.free breakfast is a joke.its in a double room,and the food is awful.they try to charge you for the safe when you check out that u never used. the vending machines where out of order.We kept hearing people outside our room all hours of the night.I guess thats what you get for the price.

It was the worst hotel I stayed in. Not clean at all, I made early check out 2 days before the actual one because I could not stay inside it. They reserved $13 as a security for one key for the room even it was a card key!!! The bathroom was disgusting...etc

The hotel was very old and has not been updated in years. The rooms were ok but not overly impressed. Paid a lot for a hotel in that condition.

In all my years of travel, this was THE WORST place. First, not at all as pictured. Our room should have been lake view, was not. Dirty room, towels, and try to charge $10 for microwave that was suppose to be in room. Most TV channels in spanish; and customer service was horrible. We had to call 3 times to report a large, refrigerated truck parked outside our room that was running all night. End result, they had US change rooms to "accomodate us." Oh, that was at 12:30AM, after a 6 hour drive...NOT HAPPY!

We would stay there again , clean room, nice pool, across from Target and Marshals and down the street from Publix. For the price will be hard to beat

I am not sure what people expect for the price, but for a budget hotel, this one was clean, I was able to get a bowl of oatmeal in the morning, and it was close to the parks. We saved money and had a nice family trip.
