Best hotel I have stayed. I keep coming back to this one (whenever I'm in Istanbul) because of the super service and the everything else. Best bang on the buck, you can spend double or triple the amount to receive same service elswhere

Very nice Bosphorus view and spacious room. Breakfast was fine and oveall management was good.

Highly Recomended, great value for money, prefect food and service. One of The best hotels in Istanbul

Positives :Very good location,helpful staff,very clean room. Negatives:If you need the internet you have to pay it and it is 50 TL (nearly £17.00),everything out of what you have already paid is ridiculously expensive. My advice if you stay there you should go to Besiktas Carsi to taste local people's life and you can enjoy lovely Turkish patisseries at ASLI BOREK.Try this place you won't regret

The staff at the Conrad were great - very helpful in all ways. The hotel was reasonably accessible to the sites and the rooms were quite spacious. Very good value.

Greag Hotel, excellent service from the staff. This hotel is centrally located in the middle of modern and historical part of istanbul. Excellent breakfast buffet (typical of Turkish hotels) P.S. Check out the 14th floor roof bar/cafe. the views are to die for!

The Hotel has a very good Location for a Business Traveler. Not so much for a Holiday. The room is very big and comfortables. The Hotel has a very good rate and is a good value for money. The Internet service is outrageously expensive. Close to 30 dollar per day. But you can go to the Coffee shops across the street from the hotel and have Free internet

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Conrad in Istanbul - the hotel is fairly well located (location obviously depends on what you are trying to achieve) and we had not complaints at all. The room is very comfortable and service is great. The buffet breakfast is sumptuous and well served and staff is very friendly, though not all speak fluent English. The rooftop bar and restaurant has stunning views. We recommend the Conrad to anybody either for business or pleasure.

I stayed at the Conrad because the rate they offered fairly was competitive compared to the hefty amounts what some hotels charge nowadays; yes, Istanbul has become an expensive place to stay. Do not expect the staff to go the extra mile for you, the service is decent and for most of them it seems to be just a job. It is certainly no Conrad. For instance, when going for lunch at 14:50, I was recommended to have the buffet by the waiter (easier, the service does not have to take an order and then bring the food...) but promptly informed that the lunch buffet closes at 3pm....and indeed they really had in mind to close it at 3pm sharp and not a minute later. I was reminded to hurry to take the main course when I had the starter in my hands, then when I had the main course plate in my hands I was told that it would also be a good idea to take a plate of desserts right now before the last corner of buffet disappears for good. There is timing for everything but to push people to eat is rude...in my book. Same pattern at the pool, on one day they had a banquet event in the evening and I was informed when I received my towel that I had 30 minutes, then upon arriving at the pool I was again crudely reminded by some young attendant who spoke virtually no English that indeed I had 20 minutes left. 10 minutes later they were diligently removing every possible piece of pool furniture and umbrella around me and the dozen guests who were left to make it clear that it really was time to move before they throw us out. However there was nobody there from F&B to reset the place for the event and no chairs nor tables were yet on site. If one considers the pool as an amenity for which you pay, then that amenity should be available to guests. The manner in which you inform people about something it what makes the difference. Senior managers were noticeably absent of public areas throughout the hotel, I guess that says a lot. However it is worth commending the housekeeping staff, at

The Conrad is a good business hotel, far from sights , hotel furniture old and out of style, although service is excellent and its also very clean, over all had a good experiance but the rooms are no way close to a five star hotel, they could do better, food was good and tasty.

GOOD AND COMFORTABLE WE USED PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO GET TO MAIN SITES.THIS WORKED OUT CHEAP DID WALK AS WELL BUT STEEP HILL! OVERALL ENJOYED STAY HERE GOOD RATE FROM HOTELS.COM SERVICE GOOD ROOMS GOOD THOUGH A BIT OLD BUT VERY CLEAN! EXCELLENT GYM ! GREAT BREAKFAST

I have been in this hotel many times before and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. The friendly staff is a positive aspect.

The hotel approaches its five star rating. The only major complaint is that the concierge desk was quoting prices that we thought were in local currency (Turkish Lira) but were actually in Euros. At checkout the billed amount was in Lira, about twice as much as we thought we were paying!

Everything about the hotel was first rate. Service, cleanliness, everything. Food was good and reasonably priced. The rate included a full American breakfast and the buffet choices and quality was good. I would recommend this property for any American traveling in Turkey. Concierge staff was great with all arrangements for meals outside the hotel and tours.

In my opinion the Conrad is the best buy for a 5-star hotel in Istanbul. Although the location in Besiktas is a bit far from the major tourist sites, access is easy by taxi and there is a fabulous view of the Bosporus in both directions from the roof bar. The hotel is located in a popular upscale neighborhood and is a favorite for business travelers from the Middle East. The staff is excellent and attentive, the restaurants are excellent, and rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and very clean. An excellent full buffet breakfast usually comes with the room. Rates are usually less than at other 5-star properties, even in high season.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The standards were very high. The room, the service, the view, the bar, the restaurant, the 2 swimming pools and the gym were the ultimate in luxury. The lobby was spacious and made a grat gathering place for our large party, arriving from London for a wedding. It was surrounded by a parc which made it quiet and pollution free. However, if you are young and want the noisy lively Taksim square, think again. In fact we had friends with us (we were mostly senior citizens) whose thirty year old children chose to stay at the Marmara by Taksim square, where the city never sleeps.

Fantastic service and an excellent hotel. Perhaps the best place in Istanbul to have a drink at the 14th Floor Summit Bar overlooking the Bosphorus. We arrived at 6:00AM and were allowed to check-in very early which was hugely appreciated.

The hotel and view were excellent. The service in the dining room was terrible. With the terrible traffic, the hotel was too far from the major attractions to make a cab affordable.

I have stayed at Conrad three times and am planning to return fourth time in October. Excellent hotel, great service, lovely menu, gorgeous bar on 14th floor with a panoramic view over the Bosphorus.

Conrad is a great hotel with a great location. It was walking distance from the Bosphorous river. Has some good restaurants and fabulous roof top bar and grill from where you have an awesome view of the river and the city. The only thing I have complaints about is that the bathroom design is not smartest in that the water spills out from the shower area while having a bath. The collection of TV channels is not great. However, these are small issues as compared to the overall value that the hotel offers.

Wir sind mit dem Hotel sehr zufriedn. Das Restaurant Meze war zwei Tage geschlossen. Das war schade. Wir waren auch überrascht, dass wir überhaupt kein Musik, ein Pianobar oder ähnliches gab. Obwohl wir die Reservierung mit dem Frühstück hatten mussten wir für den Frühstück extra zahlen. Diese ist sicher zu einer organistorisches Problem zwischen hotels. de und das Hotel zurückzuführen

Öncelikli olarak otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Hem merkeze yakın hem de karmaşadan uzak bir otel. Çalışanlar yardımsever, odamız yola bakan standart oda idi buna rağmen sakin ve konforluydu. Tekrar kalmayı kesinlikle düşünürüm.

Tüm hizmetler harika, birtek kahvaltı biraz zayıf.

Eigenlijk is de enige imperfectie het feit dat Conrad niet in het oudste stadsdeel staat. Echter met een ochtendwandeling en de tram prima op te lossen. Zeer comfortabel hotel met heel erg viendelijke en behulpzame staf, ook kinderen zijn graag geziene gasten. Wellicht het beste en meest uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet dat we zijn tegengekomen. Prima kamer en vooral de onze met uitzicht op de Bosporus was helemaal goed. Wíj zouden er graag eens terug komen.

Beliggenheten til hotellet er flott med korte avstander til det meste. Service er god, men på vanlig tyrkisk vis glipper det av og til. Vennlig og hjelpsom betjening.
