Hotel Claris - برشلونة

فندق عصري, يقع في أحد الأحياء الراقية, بالقرب من لاس رامبلاس وكاسا ميلا . قدم لنا الفندق خدمة ركن السيارات وكانت رائعة. الغرفة كانت هادئة جداً بسبب وجود مجموعة إضافية من الأبواب المنزلقة. وبالرغم من أن الغرفة كانت صغيرة إلا أنها كانت مثيرة للإعجاب. بالنسبة لي كان من المؤسف وجود حيز قيم في الغرفة, كان من الأجدرإستخدامه لوضع طاولة, بدلاً عن صندوق عرض كبير يحوي قطعة أثرية. ربما كان من الممكن وضع هذا الصندوق على رف علوي. عموماً, كانت الإقامة ممتعة.

نظام التكييف في الفندق كان معطلاً, وكان الوضع سيئاً, إن هذا الفندق من فئة الخمس نجوم إلا أنه قديم جداً, ولكن المدير كان رائعاً وحاول أن يقدم لنا خدمة أفضل.

آراء بعض النزلاء تقيم هذا الفندق دون فئة الخمس نجوم. هذا صحيح, ولكن في المقابل أيضاً, فإن النزيل غير مطالب بدفع تكلفة تلقي خدمة ترتقي إلى ذلك المستوى من فئة خمس نجوم. لقد حصلت على غرفة جميلة (من نظام ديلوكس)- - كانت رحبة وتضم غرفة نوم واسعة. بالنسبة للموقع فقد كان رائعاً - - إنه على بعد شارع واحد من شارع باسيج دي غارسيا ولذا فإن الفندق يتمتع بوجوده على شارع يمتاز بالهدوء. إضافة إلى ذلك يقع الفندق على بعد شارعين من بنايتي Gaudi apartments. مقر الفندق أيضاً يبعد شارعين عن محطة القطار المؤدية إلى المطار- - من ناحية أخرى, توجد خدمة توصيل الطلب إلى المنزل وهي تكاد لا تكلف شيئاً! أما بالنسبة للطعام فقد تجنبت تناوله في مطعم الفندق, فلم أكن أنوي دفع المبلغ الطائل الذي تم وضعه لقاء الحصول على وجبة الإفطار - -عوضاً عن ذلك فقد توفرت لي الكثير من أصناف الحلويات والأماكن لتناول القهوة في الجوار.

يمتازفندقHotel Claris بالرقي الشديد إلا أنه لا يتم تقييمه بالقدر الكافي . تصميم الفندق الداخلي جميل كما يتمتع بنافورة رائعة. غرفتي كانت رائعة وهادئة جداً. أما طاقم الفندق فقد كان خدوماً جداً. إذا ما عدت مجدداً إلى مدينة برشلونة, فإن هذا الفندق هو المكان الذي سأقيم فيه.

طاقم الفندق كان متعاوناً للغاية فقد قدم لنا نصائح للحصول على أفضل المطاعم. لقد كان مستعداً لتقديم المساعدة طوال الوقت. من ناحية أخرى, يتميز الفندق بوجود مسبح على السطح والذي هو بمثابة منتجع للإسترخاء أثناء وقت الظهيرة, مما يساعد على إستعادة النشاط.

Hotel itself is nice, clean, great roof top patio. But we found out at 6 am there was construction going on. We were woke up by drilling & jack hammering on the walls, you could feel the vibration. Hotel staff never notified us of this and when we asked about it they pretended to not really know what we were talking about it. Saying it was coming from another building which couldn't be possible if we could feel the vibration. I feel the hotel should be responsible for notifying guest upon booking of any renovations or construction so we can make other accomodations. It ruined our experience at Hotel Claris. :(

Good service, good location, nice decoration, breakfast is not bad. Certainly will stay in this hotel again

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were attentive and friendly. The place has a great location and confort at a much better price than the hotel around the corner where I usually stay. I will be pleased to return.

Hotel was very good. Service was very good. Didn't check our Hotels.com receipt until the checkout and it turns out the hotel gave us a light-well facing room instead of a city view room during our four day stay. Also the sauna had a stainless steel water bucket inside the sauna at 120 degrees plus temperature. I burned my hand severely handling the pail.

My second time staying here. You can walk everywhere. Staff is helpful. Each room is unique. Hotel is two blocks from both La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, right in the middle of Eixample.

Location was everything! Courteous and exceptionally helpful staff! Would return again

The Hotel Claris seems unique .The design is sleekly modern but not aggressivly so .The staff are professional courteous and kind. Food is good value and satisfyngly non pretentious .It is meticulously clean.Quite a few hotels have antiques scattered around in some sort of fashion statement but with the Claris you feel that the suprb artefacts that form part of the charm of the place are loved and apreciated in their own right.

The hotel was very good in all aspects. It doesn't have the magesty of other 5 star hotels but the service and quality is there. The location cannot be better, and in a safe and nice elegant area. One block away from Paseo de Gracia, two away from from Ramblas Catalans, and two from Diagonal. It is perfectly located to go anywhere in Barcelona. Two of Gaudi's masterpiece houses are walking distance (5 and 10 minutes away). The hop on/ hop off tourbus stop is 7 minutes away walking distance (at Paseo de Gracia in front of Gaudi's La Pedrera and Starbucks. Tons of coffee shops and good restaurants around.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need. We ate dinner one night in the roof top restaurant, La Terraza. It was the best meal we had in Barcelona. Absolutely superb!!

they were not ready for check in at designated time and you had to wait which it quite tiring when you just fly in

The Hotel Claris is well located and with a friendly and knowledgable staff. We had a wonderful time in Barcelona and rested comfortably every evening in our well-appointed and quiet room.

better than expected

When I first stayed 5 years ago it was very good, now it has deteriated, the rooms are very tired, compared to to the Om hotel the Claris is 3rd rate, I would not go back.

Very nice, friendly, comfortable and well located.

Great hotel; quiet with amenities and very convenient location. And the rooftop terrace, pool, and restaurant are all first class.

Service and staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful. And the roofdeck restaurant was delicious. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Extremely please with hotel. A smaller hotel than some of the surrounding hotels but is as good or better. Room was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. The roof top pool and resturant are fabulous. Food and service were great (only comment would be the portions were on the small side but left dinner satisfied. Great location -- only one block from major shopping district.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of August. The reason we booked this hotel was because of pretty good reviews but moreso because the manager (on Trip Advisor), replied to all reviews (good or bad)... something I haven't seen many hotel managers do... exceptionally good service. We had a couple of issues with our room when we arrived at the hotel and further to lodging a complaint at reception, the manager sorted everything out and also left a complimentary bottle of wine, two glasses, bottle opener and chocolates in our bedroom... really really nice touch. Great rooftop bar and restaurant (fab food and service), tiny rooftop pool (only a handful of people could lie around it), good central position, bedroom (Standard room) a little tatty, other hotel restaurant and bar closed during the summer (which is a shame as this hotel needs these)... all in all, although you will receive great levels of service from the manager and most of the staff, this is not a 5 star hotel in my opinion... more a 4 star. But reasonably priced for a central Barcelona hotel (apart from rooftop restaurant and bar - and room service - which is expensive.... closer to 5 star prices... but rooftop restaurant IS worth the money). All in all, nice enough place, but you won't be blown away.

Great hotel amazing food, great location, great service!!

I read all of the previous reviews when I booked this hotel, and I found that everyone gave it high marks. But when I arrived I found that it was not even close to being a five star. It was more comparable to a 3 star. The room was very small, no balcony, a tiny loveseat and an extension of the wood on the wall was there excuse for a table. I was not very please with the room at all.

NOt bad but couldn't see why it's a 5 star

Hotel Claris har ett bra läge för både kultur och shopping. Vi bodde två vuxna och tonårsdotter i ett executiverum. Hotellet är bra men håller inte 5-stjärning standard. Välj bort frukosten på hotellet och ät den på Le Pain Quotidien istället. Det ligger två kvarter bort precis mitt emot La Pedrera. Hotellet har en trevlig takterrass med fin liten pool. Hotellets gym är inte ett gym utan ett litet rum med ett löpband, en stairmaster och en "sittcykel" av enklare modell samt några vikter. Vi är ganska nöjda men kommer att välja ett annat hotell nästa gång.

Excelente hotel. Un cinco estrellas. Bien decorado agradable ambientación. Atento personal. Muy buen desayuno Muy buena ubicación. Todo muy bueno y agradable. Muy recomendable. Volearía sin dudarlo

Meget bra opphold på alle måter. Ingen ting å utsette. Vil fremheve frokostservicen, og spesiselt Alvin som gjorde en forbilledlig jobb.

Vi besökte Barcelona för en weekend och tycker att Claris var ett kanonbra hotell. Det kanske inte är 5-stjärnigt i svenska mått mätt men en fyra i alla fall med bra service och fina rum. Det finns en härlig pool på taket som vi tyvärr inte kunde utnyttja då vi reste i mars.

Um hotel sofisticado, com um staff bastante atencioso e de ótima localização. Vale muito a pena a estádia.

Pasamos unas vacaciones excelentes, el personal fue muy atento y las instalaciones est'an en muy buen estado.
