Hendon Hall - لندن

كانت غرفتنا صغيرة و لكن الخدمة كانت ممتازة. و قد تضمنت اختيار أن نطلب الإفطار فى السرير فى الوقت الذى نريده. كان الموقع مثالياً بالنسبة لأنه كان بالقرب من طريق A1. المشاهد المحيطة بالفندق كانت رائعة و لكنها محجوبة بسبب العقارات المحلية.

لدى الفندق موقف سيارات مجانى و هو ما يعد زيادة لصالح الفندق. كنت قد قمت بالإقامة هناك العديد من المرات على مدار ال 10 سنوات المنقضية. لم يتغير الديكور فى خلال هذه الأعوام و بدا مهترىء فى بعض الأماكن. الغرف مريحة و تحتوى على خدمات داخلية جيدة. وجبات الإفطار جيدة و تم تحسين الخدمة مؤخراً.

فندق جيد للغاية فى منزل مزرعة قديم. طاقم العمل ودود للغاية و الطعام كان محبباً. الفندق أيضاً قريب من مقر عملى. سوف أنصح به بلا شك.

الفندق نفسه كان يقع فى منطقة جميلة و كان مستواه عال فى النظافة والديكور كان جميل ايضاً , الغرف كانت مريحة , الحمامات قد يفيدها بعض التجديدات.الخدمة فى المطعم هى ما انقصت من مستواه ,اولاً انتظرنا قرابة الساعه لأخذ طلبنا وهو ما حدث للعديد من الزبائن الآخرين. و فى المساء الطعام كان جيد لكن تأخرنا فى الحصول على قائمة الطعام قليلاً.

أقمنا فى فندق Hendon Hall فى Ashley Lane, بشمال لندن لمدة 5 أيام فى نوفمبر هذا. كان الفندق جميلاً, نظيفاً, و يقع فى مكان جيد جداً ; المناطق المحيطة هادئة و يبعد مسافة صغيرة قيادةً عن لندن الرئيسية. يقدم الفندق موقف للسيارات مجاناً, كما يقدم خدمة Wi-Fi مجانية فى جميع انحاء الفندق بما فى ذلك الغرف. الإفطار المجانى كان ساخناً و التنوع يجعل من الممكن أن تختار أى شىء ممكن أن تفكر فيه فى الإفطار الإنجليزى. أفضل ما فى الموضوع أنه بإمكانك الحصول عليه بغرفتك ! Laura فى الإستقبال ( و الباقين كذلك من طاقم العمل) كانت متعاونة للغاية و ودودة. طائرتنا كانت قد وصلت باكراً جداً و رتبوا لأن يعطونا غرفنا عند الوصول, قبل ميعاد الدخول الأساسى فى الثالثة ظهراً. سوف أقوم بالتأكيد بالإقمة هناك مرة أخرى - و أنصح بهذا الفندق بكل تأكيد. :-)

Very good staff made a three day break here enjoyable but the hotel appears tired/dated and in need of refurbishment. Food in the restaurant is overpriced and not that great....there are better hotels in this group!

Very pleasant comfy room , but a dreadful breakfast experience in terms of speed it didn't seem to matter whether they had two or four staff the delay was the same for only handful of residents.

Well appointed hotel with small, extremely comfortable rooms, on the Copthall side of Hendon. Interesting history, too - it was where the victorious English World Cup team stayed on the eve of the final in 1966. Well worth paying for the cooked breakfast - ours was delicious.

We chose this hotel as it was closest to the venue of a family event and the hotel did not disappoint at all. The breakfast was good (coffee a bit debatable), room a sufficient size, clean bathroom. Couldn't fault it for this price bracket for two people.

it's a good place where to stay. the real drawback is that if you're planning to visit London it's a bit too far from tube. you can always walk to the tube though, it's not that far.

We stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and were very satisfied. However this time we were disappointed. The physical condition of the hotel has deteriorated and it sorely needs maintenance. There was a sewerage smell in the corridor and our room. The toilet did not flush properly. There was a cracked window pane in our room. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good

My wife and I stayed at the Hendon Hall for 7 nights in August 2012. Let me preface this review by pointing out that the hotel is located in suburban Hendon and there is VERY little around here to see and do. The only reason we chose this hotel is that my wife's grandmother lives right next door it. The hotel was charming and despite our room being on the small side, it was very tastefully appointed and in top condition (which is all the more impressive considering how long the hotel has been around). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the food in the hotel's restaurant is wonderful and I definitely recommend having a meal there. My only complaint is that the housekeeping was fairly average, they did not replace used glasses, sheets, etc for the duration of our stay. Highly recommended for those visiting Hendon/Hampstead/Golder's Green...

This is a very nice hotel in an area of London that is not close to where the action is in London. However, it is within walking distance of a Northern Line tube station (the hotel will drive you there and pick you up) and it is about a 30 minute tube ride to the center of London. The hotel is really nice, especially if you get an Executive Room. It is also a bargain. Very clean and well appointed rooms. We stayed for 11 days and the breakfasts were first rate. Dinners and bar food were excellent, but expensive.

Really lovely hotel, very helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Will certainly recommend it to others and will stay there again.

My wife has already been in contact with the hotel manager over an issue and we are more than satisfied with the response. Hence the reason we did not score 5 across the board.

Staff very polite, food and service excellent. Easy to find and situated close to all amenities

The hotel is just off the M1 if you are coming from the north. Easy to find, free car parking. The tube is a good 20 minute walk, we took a taxi back,it cost 6 pounds. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing. restaurant a bit pricey but the breakfast very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

When you consider this hotel is 10 miles out of London it is still charging Cebtral London Prices. A large glass of wine and a coke cost £10. Meals are about £40 per head with dne drink, and when we enquired to extend our stay by one night for personal reasons no offer was made to us only the standard rate.The Hotel was cold during our stay with the public rooms at a shiver temperature. Our room despite our best efforts remained cold

Really nice hotel, nicely furnished quiet rooms. Interesting furniture around the building. Great free parking. Good service at reception. The only area to let the stay down was breakfast service. I was seated by the greeter, but there was no explanation of how breakfast works at Hendon Hall. Cold food is on the buffet, but hot food is cooked to order. Other guests who arrived after me were served before me. I asked for coffee as soon as I sat down, but it never arrived. As I stood up to leave, I was asked if I had ordered coffee, I said that they had taken too long and that I had to leave, the response was Oh. There were loads of staff around the breakfast room and they were not busy. This has stained my otherwise great opinion of the hotel.

Hotel was ok, but some of the room service left a bitter taste and innapropriate for 4 stars.

The staff at Hendon Hall were very gracious to us! Would definitely go back! Great grounds and room. Our room even had a US outlet which was handy as we had forgotten the adapter. Free car park which is a plus. Well worth the money!

We booked this hotel because it is in walking distance of our family that we wanted to visit a few times during our stay. And didn't expect it to be a great hotel. But we where positively surprised! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a decent breakfast every morning in the hotel at no extra charge. The only thing we did not like was the smell in the room after we turned on the airconditioner.

The Hotel is a lovely old house with spacious rooms that have been recently refurbished. Everything about it was excellent. The garden is small but nice and the breakfast was superb! The only real issue with the hotel is it is not close to an underground station - so really its a hotel for if you have a car or are not shy of taxi fares. The hotel did arrange us a taxi which was surprisingly cheap. Highly recommended.

The sound insulation is not good. You can hear TV from the next door. Others are good. The warming attendants. An excellent egilish breakfast.

Well, the title says it all. This could be a beautiful hotel, but it's in need of an update. The hotel should also be proactive in supplying directions, as its location does not quite coordinate with the map displayed - my cab driver had an awful time finding it, the result being a 80 pound taxi from Heathrow (which should have cost half that). The staff was friendly but not overly motivated - they seemed to be coasting along rather than making the effort to ensure a satisfying stay.

The first double room that we were shown to was very disappointing! Small, bed only left a small space to walk into the room. Four cushions piled on floor next to wardrobe! Windows high up, no view and they did not open. Suspicious black flecks on sheets. We told reception that we were definately not satisfied and fifteen minutes later were shown to a very nice spacious double room which we were happy to take (why weren't we shown to this one initially since it was available, why try to palm us off with a sub-standard one?). All facilities were good except only one receptionist on duty at 7pm wn Friday when several people were trying to check in (she was nice but it was tedious).

We stayed a total of 3 nights. This is a nice hotel with polite staff but unfortunately being polite did not help us with a simple problem we had with the bed in our room. Our problem was that the mattress was lopsided due to a wheel missing on the base of the mattress, when we complained about it in the morning we were told that the hotel is fully booked so they do not have another room for us but they will send housekeeping. We arrived late that night to the room to find that nothing had changed and when we complained again the following morning we received the same response that they will send housekeeping. To cut a long story short we checked out of the hotel after 3 nights with no change to the lopsided bed.

Great hotel. A bit far from central London but staff were lovely and very helpful. Comfort and staff friendliness meant that travelling the extra mile to the hotel was not troublesome. Food and breakfast was delicious. Went for a romantic weekend with my boyfriend and we thought the atmosphere in the hotel was perfect for our stay. Very recommended from me!

The room was a little cramped, the double bed seemed small, and there was some outside noise from the air handling unit below the bedroom that meant we had to keep the window closed at night. I don't think we had the best room and there are better ones! However, this was outweighed by a generally very good hotel in a very convenient location for N London. Braekfast and food was v good. The best bit was that the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful and the service was excellent. For the last reason alone we would definately use this hotel again, but try to ensure a larger room further from the air handling unit!

Delighted with our stay. Attentive and polite staff. Room was small, however very nicely appointed/decorated. Bathroom was quite large with in-tub shower. Shower water pressure during early morning period was annoyingly low at times. Close to Hendon Central subway station (30 minute walk or 5 minute cab ride). Quiet location in a very nice area and not too far from the city of London by train. Enjoyed every minute of our 3 day stay.

Lovely, quiet, and peaceful. Just want to you want to come back to after a long day of work. Well Done

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Was upgraded to a junior suite for free on arrival. Members of staff were all happy and willing to help. Reception booked out taxis for us. Breakfast was excellent, Great service.
