Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable . A/c worked ok but loud and knob needed repair. Breakfast was continental and ok. Would stay again.

The Motel is typical for any Days Inn Motel, nothing worse or better, except that there was a volleyball court that looked nice (I never went on it, nor saw anyone else on it). One disappointment was the hotel was not actually on the beach, but on the opposite side of the highway, and the entry way to the beach was a block down the road (that had no sidewalks). Since we didn't have a car, it made it a little annoying, but still it was close enough to walk. Melbourne is definitely not a friendly-carless city.

The staff was not friendly and the room was dirty...They need a new cleaning crew. Dirtiest hotel Ive been in ever and I get on average 10 hotels a year and have been traveling for 20 years. 2 lamps didnt work,old food in fridge.,broken coffee pot,candy wrapper at foot of bed, broken remote to TV etc... I could go on ..

This was the worst place we've EVER stayed in. When we first opened the door a terrible smell just hit us in the face so we left the door open to get some fresh air in. It appeared the carpet wasn't vacuumed as there was potato chips on the floor in several places. I noticed that there was HAIR ON THE SHEETS they were never changed from the last guest. The towels were thin and like sandpaper. I called the front desk and they sent someone in to change the sheets. Totally disgusted and grossed out at this point we tried to find another hotel but it was Easter weekend and there were no rooms to be found anywhere. We were forced to stay in this dump. The general manager offered us 15% off our next stay. I told him we would NEVER come back to the Days Inn on A1A in Satellite Beach, FL. It doesn't even rate a #1 on your survey!!!

Hotel is not on the beach or in view of the beach. Our room was listed as a non-smoking room but the room had a very bad tobacco smell. Walls were paper thin as you could hear the noise from the room above, rooms next door, outside and when other rooms ran shower/flushed the toilet, made it very difficult to sleep. You must have a car to drive to any attractions, beach, zoo, etc. The hotel claims the beach is in walking distance but it's at least 15min walk and you have to cross a very busy highway. The one nice treat was the room had a microwave and refrig.

There aren't a whole lot of options right around this area, so if you have to stay in Satellite Beach, this motel is affordable, and adequately clean and kept for the price.

This hotel is in a pretty good location and was a decent place for the price, but it isn't a place a seek out.

Hotel was as expected for the price. Quiet neighborhood and close drive to bars and restaurants. Decent value for budget travelers

Simple hotel, if you are looking for a small affordable hotel for you and your family, this is good. Walking distance to the beach. 10 min away from the cruise ship.

Check in was fast but the breakfast could use some work. Not much to offer someone heading out to discover the area. Room was clean and our short stay was a good one.

Not kid friendly. Got yelled at for making noise at 10pm on a Friday night. Swimming pool freezing cold, and picnic area looks nothing like the pictures. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is good for a short stay rooms are small but are ok for a short stay.

Minutes from the melbourne zoo the stay was wonderful

well worn but generally clean .Did not settle into room until 11PM and then found odors of cigarette smoke..Too late then to move or find other accomaditions.Told manager at check out but didnt get any sympathy

Excellent management, very helpful! Hotel is located close to a 7/11 shop and some restaurants. At the opposite of the highway is the beach. Breakfast was simple but very good.

By the way, The Beach is accross the street, but there is no Public access within walking distance.

We stayed at the Days Inn in Satellite Beach for vacation and it was a great value. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff is excellent. We visit Florida frequently and will mark this Days Inn as one of our favorite stops.

best value for the money on beachside cell phone service is spotty wifi signal is weak depending on room location overall serves the purpose

We found the location convenient, however is is ver dated and could use some freshening up! Staff very friendly and accomodating.

I would not recommond this hotel unless you like cheap and dirty hotel. Was right across from a noisy bar and a hotel were young people stay. Bathtubs filthy and rooms not invivting at all.

The only thing positive about this motel was its location - near the Pineda Causeway & the beach. Also, the refrigerator & microwave in the room were very convenient. The bathroom did not appear clean, there were hairs all around & it seemed to be a bit in disrepair. The air conditioner took nearly 2 hours to even begin to work - it wouldn't even allow the fan to blow for 2 hours. The furniture, carpet, bedspread & upholstery all had multiple stains. There was not any foul odor, or we could not have stayed the night. I would likely not stay there again.

Convenient location nice attendants

We were going on a cruise and needed a cheap place to stay. we got there really early, and they quickly cleaned a room so that we could have at least one room to rest while the other two were getting cleaned. The managers were very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. didnt use the pool area but it was clean. i would reccomend a stay there. Our next cruise we will stay there again

Good Hotel for the Price! Older Hotel Fairly Clean! The Breakfast is light muffins, coffee, juice and instant oatmeal . Some fresh fruit. Not bad for the price!

This was the worst experience of my life. It was dirty, smelly, and not worth a stray dog to stay there. The staff was smoking at the desk the room smelled like a tobacco farm and the other guest were scary to look at. We did not stay there because 15 min in the room I had an asthma attack. We ended up staying at the Hilton for an additional charge.

This hotel is older and rundown a bit. The room was fairly clean, but could stand a good top to bottom cleansing. The pool area was nice. The hotel sits across the street from the beach, so no ocean view. If you are looking for a nice beach resort type locale---DO NOT choose this hotel, you will be disappointed. But it is a fine place to stay for one or two nights.

we were a bit skeptical due to the low price, but it paid off. The staff was great, across from the ocean and its very quiet. It was well undervalue. will definitely stay there again

We stayed for labor day wkend. The hotel wasnt so cleaned and i seen a dead roach in the bathroom. We didnt spend much time in the hotel but at the pool which was nice but there wasnt any umbrellas for the grillin area. Overall it wasnt bad for the price we paid but they def need to invest in a pest control & umbrellas for the tables in summertime!
