Myself and my partner have stayed at this hotel before and we always look forward to returning there. We have tried a few other quality hotels and they are also nice but for some reason we always come back to the Bristol Meridian. Of course the location is excellent, one way to the Old Town and the other way to New World Street. It is so easy to just wander around. The hotel is wonderful and I understand that a refurbishment programme is now commencing which will give a fresh look to the this grand and impressive hotel. I look forward to seeing the new rooms soon !! The staff are always polite and efficient and available to assist in anything. Always a nice stay.

Lovely hotel, possibly not a 5 star, but a good hotel none the less, friendly staff, very helpful, located in a nice part of town. Will definitely be using again

Superb hotel. Excellent service. Best and freshest breakfast choice I've ever seen (I'm vegetarian and there was soya milk on offer without even having to ask!) Definitely try the Café Bristol for coffee and cake in the afternoon and the bar in the evening!

Excellent location. Staff very helpful. Unfortunately, breakfast was not included. I ate in the hotel restaurant (quite pricey) since there did not seem to be any restaurants in the area serving breakfast. The #180 Bus which traveled the length of the Royal Way had a stop right at the hotel. The concierge recommended purchasing an all-day tkt rather than a single trip tkt. Good idea! Would recommend the hotel highly.

it was everything a 5 star hotel should be. I knew nothing of it in advance & so was wonderfully impressed. we were with a party of 7 people & everyone was impressed. brilliant location, great service, great atmosphere, warm, comfortable & friendly. would definitely stay there again. lovely city & lovely people.

The Hotel Bristol is in amazing location and puts you in the center of everything. The building is a landmark in and of itself. The service is excellent. The building is fantastic, but needs to be renovated as it is certainly below par for other Le Meridien properties in Central Europe.

Location, location, location! Right in the heart of Warsaw - convenient and nice. Nice staff speaks English. Internet is expensive though.... Get the breakfast/internet combo and eat A LOT to offset the cost ;)

One of my absolute favorite hotels. Nice old fashonable hotel. Good food in the lounge/bar and great breakfast!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Warsaw area, my experience was nothing but the best. I look forward to my next trip back to Warsaw, Ill make sure to book a room there again. The staff was extremely helpful and some of the best I've ever dealt with. Thanks!

Very pleasant stay in a fine hotel.Staff very helpfull,friendly and attentive.

Got upgraded to a junior suite, which was great. It is a super hotel in a great location, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist sites. When the price is right, this would be my hotel of choice in Warsaw everytime. (I have lived in Warsaw and am a frequent visitor to the city so I have tried most of the hotels over the years.)

I wanted a central hotel, but one in a quiet position, and this was both, added to which it had so much character - lacking in most modern hotels. Its position right next to the Presidential Palace afforded an excellent view of everything going on. In fact everything about it was first class and highly deserving of its Five Stars, and more than lived up to the accurate description given.

The hotel was reasonably priced and comfortable, though a bit shabby in places and not fully up to the quality I expected - neck-breaking foam pillows, no turn down, stains on the carpet, etc. the staff was generally helpful.

Gorgeous Hotel near the Palace and walking distance to the charming and ambient cobblestoned Historical district. Many lovely architectural buildings, horse drawn carriages, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars all within extremely easy access. Easy transport or longer walk to large parks with palaces, forests, ponds and flowers. The hotel itself features fantastic restaurant, bar. Well maintained, clean and polished on every floor with swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massage!

In years i have been staying here for years and my inly wish is that Bristol actually invested some money in maintenance. They don't. First room i received i requested a change because it was so run down. Such a beautiful hotel should be kept up.

This hotel is outstanding in every respect. The staff, the facility, the location were all exemplary. If you are staying in Warsaw, you cannot do better than this very fine hotel.

The hotel was in walking distance to most things that I wanted to see. The old part of town and the palace. There was a gathering for the President who died in a plane crash a year ago. I was told that every 10th of the month they have this gathering. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location and Service. Superior and very comfortable room, if you can afford it, do not look anything for anything else.

A beautiful hotel situated next to the President's Palace in old part of the City. The hotel is amazing with great rooms and service is outstanding. One of the last remaining old style hotels which keep the charm and romance of times past. I would recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.

" Bristol " -Meridien Warsaw is an unique place --as opposite of any chain-hotel , good or bad. This is my main reason of chosing Meridien. And it is " UNIQUE " ---- the 1st choice if you like to " feel " Warsaw and not just to see it. My regret is : --the LOBBY! --who is the " designer " capable to make such a black patch on such a perfect place ??? the LOBBY is crying out for help ! ( bad taste , bad furniture , bad feeling ....completely OUT OF CHARACTER ! ---and you chose Bristol for its unique character ! ----I hope somebody would restore the CHARM ----the building is perfect , the room is perfect , the feeling is perfect ----if you manage to close your eyes and cross the lobby........you can open them again in the lift.....and enjoy your stay.

great location rooms old communistic as the hotel, big spacy rooms, hotel did not thought of the planning of the rooms....

First of all, it was a great location next to the old city and the quant shops nearby. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful, starting with check-in, then the bar, then the breakfast, then the concierge recomending restaurants, then the doorman getting us a car. a perfect place a perfect surrounding and a very reasonable cost

A charming location a very short walk from the Old Town, surrounded by interesting sights. Service, Rooms, Food and ambience were top-notch in all respects.

this is such an elegant beautiful hotel with gorgeous surroundings and very close to the old town and new town. our room was spacious and really comfortable. the bar is expensive and the breakfast was too so we ate breakfast at a cafe across the street.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful!!! The hotel itself was gorgeous, the room was extraordinarily comfortable, and the location was fabulous!!! The hotel is right next door to the Presidential Palace and just steps from the Old Town. The bar has wonderful food, the bistro has delightful desserts, and everyone we met spoke perfect english! We couldn't have asked for a more delightful experience!!! We loved the city of Warsaw and would absolutely go back to the city and specifically to this hotel - there was not a single complaint to be had!!!

My fourth visit this year to Warsaw and my first time at the Bristol, on my previous stays I've tended to stick with other SPG hotels like the Westin and the Sheraton but the Bristol had been recommended to me by a colleague. You can't fault the location - if its for business or vacation you can't be more centrally located in the city. The hotel itself, however, was very disappointing for its class and reputation - the service at check-in was slow, no porter to help with luggage. Room service was slow and the quality of the in-room dining was nothing to write home about. The decor is unfortunately aged, especially the bathrooms. While the hotel maintains a grand appearance from the outside, little of it is reflected in the guest rooms. The number of good alternative hotels in the citys means that it is unlikely I give the Bristol another chance to disappoint me.

My husband and I stayed at Le Meridien Bristol for the Warsaw marathon. The location was perfect - close to the marathon start and finish and in a lovely area overall. The staff was incredibly helpful and we used their services - concierge, front desk, laundry, fitness area, massage - without complaint. The hotel is close to several dining options that cater to different budgets but a bit of a walk (or easy taxi) to most shopping. The only drawback to the hotel was the lack of wi-fi (there is a business center with desktop access to the internet) and the pricey breakfast (we didn't get it as part of our room rate and chose to eat breakfast at nearby cafes). Centralna (central train station) is a 10 minute cab ride away.

Fantastic hotel,amazing building inside and out. Staff couldnt be more helpful and polite, especially Anna on reception desk . We looked around other peoples accomodation as we were in Warsaw for a wedding and we were so pleased that we had definately booked into the best hotel in Warsaw. We didnt eat there as the food was rather expensive but as there were plenty of reasonably priced restaurants a couple of minutes walk away this was not a problem. Location was perfect ,5 mins walk to the old town and 5 mins walk the other way to all the restaurants and churches. Great place for shopping. The beds were fantastic,like princess and the pea beds, so comfy. The staff were great, hotel was gorgeous and clean. We would definately go back and recommend this hotel very highly.

I like this hotel for its location and above all for the fact that while it has all the amenities you need, unlike other American or Scandanavian hotel chains, when you are in the hotel and wake up in the hotel you know that you are in Warsaw. One annoyinfg factor is that some rates do nt include internet or breakfast, make sure your do.

A fabulously sumptous and grand hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout. A step into the gorgeous Art Nouveau lobby/reception will immediately impress. And quite right too. A stylish, historical and comfortable hotel, centrally located in the Old Town of Warsaw.

I had stayed at the Bristol once before when it was under renovation and had been unimpressed. It has now been beautifully restored. You really feel like you are in XIX century Warsaw, but with all modern conveniences. It is well located next to the Presidential Palace, not far from the Old Town, and the staff and especially the concierge are great. I will stay there again

We only stayed one night at this lovely hotel, but the service was outstanding. The concierge was so helpful that he arranged a car for us, train tickets, directions, restaurant recommendations...and more. We had dinner in the 5 star restaurant and the service was impeccable, and the food was world class. When we returned from Krakow to retrieve our suitcase and fly to Paris, they remembered us and were again wonderful. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends and relatives.

A nicely restored and maintained 19th Cent. hotel. Good food courteous and helpful staff. Conformable room.

Everything you would want and more. Consierge knew everything about anything. Free water was included in the room and we were given as much as we wanted. The location is amazing. Worth it!!
