This was one of the nicest hotels my husband and I ever had the pleasure of staying! The front desk staff were very efficient! We ordered room service & were treated royally! Thank you for making our anniversary memorable!

Good!

problems started small--missing tv remote-went to call--phone did not work-which meant internet at desk did not work---maintence did come up with a remote right away--but could not fix phone-internet---watched nba instead----In the morning--found out coffee maker did not work-----Not a great Suite---went to checkout and told desk the probelms and the desk guy said he would note it in the computer---did not even say sorry -- rude Thought Hilton would be better.

Enjoyed my weekend stay at this clean, comfortable and convenient hotel. I received excellent value for the price I paid. The front desk staff were helpful and cordial. I look forward to staying here again when I visit the area in the months ahead.

It was ok. The sheets were still left on the sofa bed from someone else's stay. But overall the customer service was excellent.

The suite was very nice, however, to avoid wetting my hand in the toilet bowl when finished defecating, I had to stand up to wipe my bottom, because the water level was too close to my bottom. Also, when the suite had had no maid service while we were out from 8 AM to 3PM, we complained to a maid not responsible for our suite and who had very little English capability. Even so, another maid appeared a short time later and performed the usual maid services.

Hotel is nice in a great location right by perimeter mall n ten mins from Lenox mall n 20mins at most from downtown atl this is a very upscale area we still here on my next visits

We came down to see a show at the Punchline comedy club and chose this hotel because it was close to the venue. Would definitely stay again.

i ENJOYED MY STAY AT THE HOTEL, I VIEWED MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND THERE IS A CHARGE OF $10.00 I NEED AN EXPLANATION ON WHY BY CARD WAS CHARGED.

Very satisfied with our rooms and location!

Let me start out with the room. The room was very nice. The hot tub worked great, the bed was comfortable and well it was a nice room.Room service was incredibly slow.: Over an hour to get our desert and drinks.The Hotel restaurant was not open and we had to eat in the bar. The service in there was great, but it still felt like a bar, not a nice restaurant.Overall, I do not think this was worth the difference in price between this place and any other hotel.

I had a awesome stay, had a suite and got a awesome deal. Im sooo staying in this hotel again and referring it to friends.

The room was nice, but there was no smoking on the balconies. What's the point of them then? Also, the staff was not very friendly. I probably won't stay again, but it may work for some.

Nothing i would change....comfortable,roomy,quiet, great.....

Would I stay there again, probably not. The bathroom door did not close all the way and the bathroom lights did not all the way work. It's cheaper to buy room service for breakfast then to eat in the downstairs restaurant.

I loved that it was so close to the Perimeter Mall and The Cheesecake Factory! The room was very clean and the indoor pool was great.

This hotel is in a nice location. The rooms were well furnished. That's about all the nice things I have to say about the Hilton… Room service and housekeeping were extremely slow. It took them forever, with multiple calls, to get anything brought up to the room. The customer service wasn't bad… They were not rude. But they were not especially welcoming either. The rooms were not cleaned very well. Two of the doors were covered with gook. The main door had a water/oil mark all the way from the top to the bottom. And the bathroom door was The bespeckled with some brown material and had hair stuck to it. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Amazing hotel!

this hotel is great for vacation , clean , friendly staff, bar , in hotel restaurant and its at a good price. try it and see for yourself, the location is nice to me 15-20 from downtown ATL I would def. stay here again me and my boyfriend had the Jacuzzi suite felt like a mini Apt. :)

My stay was spectacular!

I was not statisfied. The room smelled and the plumbing was very loud. Noises from other guests fighting was heard throughout the night. Would never recommend this hotel.

Stayed on 3rd floor and the room was clean, with new Mid-Century Modern fixtures and furniture. Pay for WiFi? Okay, I'll do it because I need it. Pay PER DEVICE? Left me speechless in an age of multi-iPhone, laptop and gaming families. Need to change that one. Pool nice and warm for kids. Close to highway. Will be back again.

This hotel was really really nice! It was more than what i was expected! It was clean, the staff at the front desk and over the phone were friendly and helpful. The rooms were really nice and cozy. The only thing that was wrong is that we waited several several hours for wash clothes because they were backed up! Other than that my two day stay was awesome me and my boyfriend had a wonderful time there and the 'A'! We will be back soon!

The room was very nice. large screen tv's with seperate bedroom. Nice for the $ but they make that up by offerning no extras. You pay for WiFi, no continental breakfast. If those are not big deals, this is very nice.

The Jacuzzi room was huge and comfortable. The Jacuzzi was good but had some tiles that moved, other than that it was a good evening and will repeat.

The room had a bad smell to it and so did the halls. Pictures online were deceiving. Tub and toilet wasnt clean had hair in tub and on toilet
