Close to Camp Nou. Real nice business center in hotel. Food was very good but a little pricey. It would have been nice to have a few more chanels on the tv.

Although the hotel is further from the center of town, there are sufficient transportation options to remedy this issue, including a short walk to metro. Pehaps best tour option is the one or two day Go on and off bus that uses ear phones to highlight the tours. The hotel is modern, very clean and the breakfasts are superb. Would highly recommend for a stay in beatiful Barcelona

The hotel lobby is very beautiful and the gardens are amazing!I found the bar quite expensive.Four glasses of beer cost nearly €28. The breakfast was also expensive at €25.50. The room was cleaned quite late at 4pm one evening! We came back from being out all morning and the room wasn't done! The hotel in within walking distance of one of the main metro lines, which is handy, but there are no other bars or shops in the area. There is a petrol station not to far away and this is handy for buying your water and snacks....Generally a nice stay...Best deal by far was on hotels.com for this hotel....Denise. West of Ireland.

toilet malfunction during my stay, informed hotel at 8 am, after repeated reminders no action untill 11 am! room service delays, asked for wakeup call at 3.30 am only to get it at 4.15 am, no apologies, wrong charges debited in the bill, took fair amount of time to rectify. spa use chargeable basis, spa good,

Great hotel, within a walking distance from a metro station, line L3 which stops at most of tour attractions. We had a great deal of 25% off for three nights. Otherwise, the price would have been a bit stiff. Even without the discount, we would feel that we had a good deal. The check in process was a blit slow.

Nice to stay at if you just want to be at the convention center - but far from the tourist attractions.

I was very satisfied with the hotel

This was an excellent choice for our stay in Barcelona. The hotel property is beautiful with trees and a lovely pool area, and just enough removed from the city for a relaxing time to unwind, and still only a short walk to the bus which takes you into the downtown Gothic district. Cab service is right outside the front door, and the concierge and great recommendations on restaurants with excellent local food.The hotel staff is friendly and courteous from reception to bell boys, pool and spa. A pianist plays classical and popular music every night from 5pm on, which can be heard as you leave your room and enter the hallways on any floor due to the open floor plan. The guest rooms are very comfortable and modern. My husband and I had a great time there. We give it an A+ rating.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are extremely freindly and service excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable with all the usual 5* equipment. Leisure facilities are also very good. The only potential downside is that the hotel is postioned at the end of metro Line 3 but in may ways this is advantageous since to escape the inner city after a busy day is relaxing. The Nou Camp is within walking distance and popular attractions can be reached within 20 minutes by metro. I have stayed at The Arts, Skipper and Claris in the last couple of years but I would certainly return to Rey Juan Carlos when I revisit Barcelona.

Hemos estado en el hotel Rey Juan Carlos I , la situacion esta bien y el hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones comodas, pero hay dos cosas que realmente me parecen bastante mal. 1. Que si no encuentras sitio el la parte de fuera para aparcar el precio del parking es desproporcionado 30 € por una noche, 2. Es la segunda vez que pido una habitacion no fumador cama de matrimonio y al llegar me dices que solo tienen disponible habitacion con dos camas separadas y de fumadores, al mostrar mi disconformidad "aparece" una habitacion con cama de matrimonio y no fumador. Me da la impresion de que tratan de engañar al cliente para llenar las habitaciones que son mas dificiles de vender, esto no es solo de este hotel si no que esta pasandome ya en varios hoteles . Si quiero una habitacion para pasar la noche con mi pareja y no fumamos es inadmisible que al llegar al hotel tengamos que dormir en dos camas separadas y oliendo a tabaco.

seul inconvenient, nous n 'avons pas été informé que le parking proposé de l'hotel était payant et la facture très chère pour 4 jours 90 €

Fijn hotel met prachtig atrium en mooie kamers en sanitair. Na boeking via de website van het hotel een kamer met stadszicht gevraagd, was niet gelukt, "was slechts een verzoek".Op ons verzoek ter plekke alsnog een kamer met prachtig uitzicht op Barcelona gekregen. De andere kant kijkt uit op het heuvellandschap en achterland. Metrostation op 200 meter afstand, prima directe verbinding via deze lijn met verschillende bezienswaardigheden als La Rambla, Oude Stad, Mont Juich, en Park Guell. Enkele kanttekeningen: luidruchtige airco, moeilijk gedoe om een A4-tje van een email geprint te krijgen en duur ontbijt. Verder een fijn verblijf gehad.

dommage vous n avez pas grand chose si ce n est rien pour les francais pourtant nombreux me semble t il dans votre etablissement .nous ne sommes pas tous bilingue. . part ce bemole qui a ete pour nous un reel handicap. Super personnel extra ainsi que tout le reste,nous esperons un jour revenir. SALUTATIONS

O Hotel é muito bonito. Bem construido e luxuoso. No entanto fica muito mal localizado. Longe de tudo. Está localizado na área universitária da cidade. Você precisa ir até a ultima estção de uma linha do metrô ou gastar 15 a 20 minutos de taxi (além do custo do taxi). Além disso, a equipe é muito pouco atenciosa. Tudo que vc pede demora uma eternidade. Funcionários mal educados e mal humorados. Parece que estão fazendo um grande favor de receber você. Essa é a grande questão. Tratam as pessoas como se eles estivessem fazendo o favor de receber o hospede. Não gostei e não volto. BARCELONA É UMA MARAVILHA. MAS NESSE HOTEL NÃO VOLTO.

Jeg var på hotellet i forbindelse med fotballkampen mellom Barcelona og Real Madrid. Real Madrid beynttet også dette hotellet - noe som førte til at en del av tjenestene var stengt. Deriblant spa, og enkelte restauranter. Fikk dermed ikke testet ut dette. Hotellet er veldig flott, men ligger et godt stykke unna sentrum.Dyr Roomservive, men utrolig god mat. Ligger i umidelbar nærhet til Camp Nou. under 10 min å gå. Stort pluss for gratis internett med meget god hastighet! Roomservicen er kostbar, men maten som tilbys er veldig, veldig god. Servicen på hotellet er 5 stjerner verdig. Jeg har vært mye i Barcelona og Rey Juan Carlos er nå mitt nye stam-hotell. Anbefales!

Fantastisch hotel met een indrukwekkende lobby. Heerlijk groot zwembad. De metro is op tweehonderd meter afstand en brengt je in 20 minuten naar de Ramblas. Camp Nou is dichtbij. In de zomer zou ik zeker voor dit hotel kiezen vanwege het prachtige zwembad. Mooi ontbijt!! Goede aanbieding van Hotels.com Een echt 5 sterren hotel. Bus touristique is op loopafstand. Taxi's staan altijd klaar voor het hotel .Zorg zelf voor wat drinken in de hotelkamer, want de kosten van de drankjes in de minibar zijn hoog, maar dat hoort ook wel bij een 5 sterren hotel. Top en nog eens Top!!

merveilleux hotel luxueux a souhait mais qui commence a souffrir de la crise (suppression de nombreux postes). hotel proche de l'aeroport mais loin de toute vie barcelonaise car tres a l'ecart du centre. prevoir 12€ en taxi pour rejoindre le centre ou 35 mn en metro. aucun resto autour sauf celui de l'hotel ou 1 sandwich = 20€ !!! un coca 6€. sinon les piscines sont geniales mais attention hammam et sauna sonts payants et le site indique le contraire. petit dejeuner hors de prix 23€ . sinon l'hotel en lui meme est vraiment excellent et les employes le sont aussi

les chambres et le buffet (du petit dejeuner) sont de niveau approprie mais le service n est pas a la hauteur: on ne peut pas utiliser les piscines avant 10 heures, le gym avant 9 heures et les horaires de petit dejeuner ne commencent pas avant 7.30 ! L architectecture est franchement depassee: style pompeux exterieur, l hotel est impersonnel et froid.
