The non smoking rooms didn't smell like smoke like other places

friendly stuff, clean room and not to far away from everything, very nice!!

The hotel was clean, the staff nice, eds comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing....It is right on the freeway and close to shopping and eating. Would stay there again!

The room was clean. Hot water for shower would come & go. Water pressure not consistant, either. Breakfast was good for a hotel. Swimming pool was supposed to open at 10am but I had to ask for it to be opened. It was finally opened at 1030am. The hotel did allow us to check out later for the inconvenience. We felt safe. Only 15 minutes from downtown. We enjoyed our trip & would stay again.

We really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the hotel was clean, the pool was great, the continental breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. We were very impressed!

I usually book the day I am driving to Austin, and they often have specials. All the places around here are much more (except the real low-rate places). Clean and convenient location, I enjoy the Texas shaped waffle for breakfast, though if you arrive on the later hours for breakfast, they can run out of mix.

Not a bad stay, not a great stay. Breakfast was a nice add on, walls were very thin and could hear through. We received an upgrade and had larger tv which was nice as well as microwave and fridge. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Convenient location, great Steakhouse nearby, room was clean, nothing fancy, it has a nice outdoor set-up, great breakfast, needed some newer pillows in our room.

Hotel is very out of date. Rooms seem to be very old fashioned. Rates weren't bad and over all stay was okay but the space was small and there seemed to be a certain smell to the bathroom. Not bad, just strange. Again, overall okay.

Staff was great. Room was clean and had all the ammenties. It was a little small, but if I had more space I don't know what I would do it! I would stay there again.

Clean comfortable room. the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could not be any smaller, but was adequate. No refridgerator or microwave. Wi-fi was spotty, depending on what room you are in. Ours was fine, but another room had no siqnal. The recliner in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast was good enough to keep us from going to the nearby IHOP. Overall, good bang for the buck.

I arrived at hotel and the guy at the main entrance was not friendly at all. He was just rude and was right away stereotyping and assuming things about not making any noises. I will never go back and would not recommend the hotel. Customer service makes a big difference.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED. NOT HAVING ACCESS TO REAR DOORS CAN BE A HASSLE WHEN PARK AT THE REAR AFTER HOURS.

No complaints - clean, everything worked, well lighted, well run, great access to central Austin

The hotel was pretty nice. It was clean. It wasn't new, but it was in good condition... nowhere close to looking run-down. The room was clean. I would definitely stay again.

I was very happy with everything. I am pretty picky, and this hotel was good for a stay.

If you're visiting Downtown Austin this is the best place to stay for location and price. A few short miles North, Quiet, Easy freeway access, a way above-average breakfast buffet, and for half the price of a downtown Austin (ish) hotel in the same quality range

This hotel was clean and the service friendly. It is an older hotel that has been slightly updated. My only complaint was the shower. The water temperature would go hot and cold during the shower and there was little water pressure. Enough to get the job done just not enough to rave about.

We had a 2 night stay and it was very nice overall. Our only complaint would be the shower. The temperature would not regulate so you would be under a nice warm spray only to have the water go to freezing! What a surprise! Other than that, the room was small but nice. Breakfast was good and an added convenience.

The Ramada Inn was quite satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable, the cable selection was very good and I really appreciated being able to print my airline boarding pass free of charge. Larger, much more expensive hotels make this simple task surprisingly hard. Also, very good complimentary breakfast in the morning!

I really enjoyed staying here. Hotel is clean and I had no complains. Even when I had to extended my stay one more night I got it for great price. The staff was friendly too.

This hotel is just tired and old. It is fairly clean and the people were nice. But beware if you are traveling with a family or are claustrophobic. The rooms(or at least ours) are very small. I used a free night and we did nothing but sleep and get ready there. So over all it was fine. But multiple nights would get old fast in such a small room with kids.

I got this place for an overnight stay at about ONE-FOURTH the cost of my favorite Austin hotels. I was on a one-night quick trip and didn't want to spend the money. Considering that, it was a great place. The rooms are older, but the lobby is pretty nice and the breakfast was very good with some good selection, again even more so for the cost that night!

I arrived w/ my family for an overnite stay and everything was ready as promised.The room was clean. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous , the breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall stay was very pleasant and the location close to the north campus area and downtown that we required. The only drawback was the beds were not that comfortable .For the price , location , free breakfast , it can't be beat.
