Golden Gate Hotel and Casino - لاس فيجاس

الفندق رائع، سوف أعاود النزول به. سوف أخبر أصدقائي بأنه مكان رائع للإقامة به.

تبدأ عمليات الإنشاء/الهدم داخل الفندق في السادسة والنصف صباحًا، ومن غير المقبول على الإطلاق عدم إعلامي بذلك مسبقًا. يقوم العمال باستخدام المصعد لنقل مخلفات الهدم طوال اليوم، وعلي استخدام المصعد وبجواري هذه المخلفات. كان يجب إغلاق الفندق خلال هذه المدة. كنت على بعد غرفة واحدة من الجدران التي يتم هدمها. لن أعود أبدًا لذلك الفندق.

كانت الغرفة صغيرة للغاية وعتيقة الطراز، ولكن تم مؤخرًا تجديد البلاط والسجادة والطلاء وحتى الأثاث. كان السرير نظيفًا ومريحًا تمامًا. يعمل مكيف الهواء بشكل جيد. لكن مياه الدش الساخنة غير منتظمة، إما تكون باردة أو ساخنة للغاية، من الصعب الاستمتاع بحمام دافئ/ساخن، ضغط المياه لا بأس به. كان طاقم العمل في غاية التعاون. قد أعود للإقامة بهذا الفندق من جديد بعد الانتهاء من جميع أعمال الإنشاء والتجديدات.

استمعت وخطيبتي بإقامتنا في جولد جيت. جميع الأشياء نظيفة تمامًا. شعرت كأنني بالمنزل! كما استمتعنا بسهراتنا في "أولد فيجاس" وسوف نعود بالتأكيد مرة أخرى. كانت جميع التعليقات السلبية التي سمعنا عنها خاطئة تمامًا! أقام جميع أصحابنا في الستريب وكلفتهم سيارات الأجرة مبالغ طائلة، لذلك ففي المرة القادمة سنخبرهم بالإقامة هنا.

هذا الفندق تحت التجديد. ما من مكان مخصص لانتظار السيارات. لا يتم تنظيف الغرفة بانتظام. الكثير من الضوضاء نتيجة الإنشاءات بداية من الخامسة صباحًا وحتى بعد الظهر.

will stay there again in a few months. staff was wonderful. great value and location. my new favorite hotel in the downtown area. not far from Mob Museum and other new downtown atractions.

Valet, front desk, and elevator to room were all within a few hundred feet, which made for easy check in. Room small but clean and on a great location.

The hotel is good located and if you want to go to the Sunset Strip, there are buses that drive every 10 minutes (8$ for daily ticket). The best thing in hotel ware beds, which are so soft and comfy! Unfortunately, there's no free wi-fi or TV and the room hasn't been cleaned very well.. but other than that, I suggest this hotel to everyone, it's a good value for your money!

Good hotel. Great location downtown right on Fremont. 200 metres from Greyhound Bus Station or $8.50 one way airport bus shuttle if travelling alone and saving on cab fare. Room was nice & clean. Bed & pillow very comfortable. Large widescreen tv. Got great rate on hotels.com staying Sun to Thurs. Outside hotel you got the Fremont St Experience and live music till 1 am. Ask for a quiet room if getting to bed early. Fremont Casino has great cheap buffets. Good pub Triple 7 at Main Street Station. If going 2 miles up to the strip walk down Fremont till Las Vegas Blvd and catch the 24 hr Deuce bus on the left hand corner. Buy tickets at the machine by bus stop. 2 hr pass $6. 24 hr pass $8 and 3 day pass $20. Exact change only.

The casino has tried to update the rooms but the rooms/bathrooms are small. The rooms are clean and the linens and bed were fine. The bathtub had a huge chunk of porceline broken out and the sink leaked. They need to replace windows to help with the sound proofing. The staff was helpful and professional and the location was great as I wanted to be in the downtown area.

This was smallest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in the US, and to make it worse you have to pay $2 for your inroom coffee, we were certainly not impressed and would never stay there again

My stay was a business trip. I got to Vegas early, The lady at the front got me into the room at 10ish A.M. The bed was really nice and soft. Lots of sheets and a nice fluffy comforter. The ladies at the diner were really nice, food was good diner food. My overall experience was a good one. The only problem I had with the place was the bathroom. The cleaning staff should pay more attention to the ceiling in the bathroom. Little mold and old hairs up there. The tub can use a little love too. Room was clean and the A/C worked awesome. I like the fact the windows opened in my room, fresh air. I would stay there again. I like the history and I like the feel of old buildings.

Front Desk Staff RUDE!!! Maybe due to drunk people giving the Staff Hastle for no reason. Don't take it out on other people.... Room had ally view loud all night long with Trash, Delivery, and Semi Trucks. Overall you can't Judge for a one time stay. I'll be back again.

Nice remodel, tiny rooms, very loud, great location, good value, no resort fees.

Location is fine! Love the Freemont Street Experience. The water in the hotel fluctuated from steaming hot to ice cold while taking a shower. The bathrooms can barley accommodate a single person. The beds in the room are soft and springy. My back is still sore from lying in those beds and we didnt even sleep that much for being there 2 days, its Vegas right!

The rooms are a perfect size for a hobbit.

This hotel is awful. I suppose you go to Vegas to not stay in your room. This room was the size of my closet at home. It fit a bed.. and a night stand.. and a tv stand. That's about it. The bathroom was old and in horrible shape. You basically turn sideways to walk into the bathroom. The faucets were leaking all night... and oh ya. There was mold all over the ceiling. Talk about a health hazard. Just one more small issue. It doesn't matter what room you're in... you will hear the bands play on Fremont street all night long. The windows are single pane and don't block the noise at all. Literally, it's louder than having the TV on loud all night. Definitely a learning experience for me... don't stay here. There is nothing good about it... even the cheap price is not worth it. You'll get better service and rooms from a Motel 6. Oh, feel free to ask for a manager. The front desk lady suggested we not talk to him as he would just upset us more. Horrible service.

overall the stay was not great

The hotel was built in the early 1900's and had some cool things like solid hardwood doors and deep tub and cool fixtures. Went down to the coffee shop (Dupar's) and had the best pancakes ever. When I went to pay, I noticed I did not have my wallet. I thought I dropped and lost it, it was only locked in my room. The cashier asked my room number and my name and charged it. The lady at the front desk checked the photo copy of my id and let me in, so don't give them a hard time when they photo copy your id. The room was a little dusty and had some hair on the toilet when I checked in. Also, I was on the alley side. I did not mind the party noise at night, but the trash pick up at 8 am was not pleasant. Overall a good experience. Location is awesome!

The other gold n gate looked great and they where real friendly, but they moved us to The D hotel witch was tairable. The toilet broke, the shower broke, the pipes banged any time someone turned on the water, the front desk check new geuss in before we had even checked out.

It's not a place to stay if you plan to sleep at all!

The hotel was in a great location. We wanted to be on Fremont Street to ring in the new year. It was perfect for our needs. We had a suite, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had a great time, and we would definitely stay at the Golden Gate in the future.

Love the casino, room are small due to older hotel. Noisy until 1 AM due to band, but rooms are clean.

The price was right and it is conveniently located on Freemont Street. Bed was comfortable, and room was recently remodeled, however, the bathroom was not updated and is probably 30-40 years old and very small. It was clean but just shocked that the entire hotel would get remodeled except for the bathroooms.

Everything was great except for the faucet on the sink in the bathroom shot water straight out instead of down into the sink and the hot & cold temps in the shower were off. My shower was either extremely hot or freezing cold. But other than that, the room was very clean, bed comfortable, staff extremely nice, and we love the location on Fremont St. The price is perfect for Vegas, and the valet parking makes it very easy and convenient.

The room was small. The in-room coffee maker costs $2 and makes the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. The hotel charges for wi-fi. If you just need a place to pass out after partying all night, then this hotel might be for you, but if you want to be treated like a human, and not like a wallet to be emptied, go someplace else.

If you are looking for a nice room - DO NOT stay here. Room was ridiculously small - even for 1 person. Super Old. Bathroom was a challenge. Service is limited. If you are looking for a cheap/convenient to Freemont St. place, then stay here. Bright spot: the gentlemen who ran the Valet Service were awesome! We were able to get in & out often with no delay.

This hotel was SCARY! We are not picky people, but NO!!! No No No! We arrived at our room a little after midnight and when we walked in the smell was terrible, smelled like urine and cats. The room was terribly small (about the size of a post-it), The bathroom door wouldn't even open all the way, the thermostat was set on 40 degrees but the room felt like it was set on 90. We were thinking about just staying for one night and leaving first thing in the morning since we had already paid for the room, but when we laid down on the bed both of our feet hung off the end of the bed and we are NOT tall people at all. Finally to top it off we looked out our window at our "view" and all we could see was the roof of the casino and all of the AC equipment etc. We went down to the front desk after deciding that we could not even make it for a couple of hours in this room and were first told by the manager that the room smelled weird because of all of the renovations including the new bedding, mattresses and carpet. Then she proceeded to tell us that the smell was due to the humidity in Las Vegas. Ha! Humidity in Vegas, come on! No such thing! Anyways to say the least this hotel was HORRIBLE! I would never let anyone that I know stay there not even someone that I dislike! I don't think that we are fancy people or high maintenance at all, but there was NO way for us to stay at this hotel even for one night.

The price was right! The bathtub/shower needs some work.

The Golden Gate is our favorite hotel on Fremont Street. It has lots of energy and fun for all. The rooms are really small but have been remodeled and are clean. The bed was comfortable. Check in and out was quick and easy. The shrimp cocktail in the cafe is the best in downtown. Also, the pancakes in the cafe are called the best in the country and they were pretty darn good. If you're not going to the Golden Gate to have a good time then don't go to the Golden Gate.

Our stay was ok....we came from a Condo atmosphere on the strip to Fremont street.....it was night and day....very small room...however, it was just overnight so we really can't complain. It served it purpose.

Excellent price and a fun location. But request a room away from freemont street to avoid too much noise from the Freemont experience. Rooms are remodeled, but the bathrooms are "vintage"

This place is classic! We loved the casino and the dancing girls! The room was very cool! We loved the history of the Hotel. We all will come stay again, and that was a great price!

After flushing the toilet it continued to run. I called the desk and was told there was no one on site to fix it and to just close the bathroom door so I would not hear the water running and they will have someone look at it in the morning. They forgot. When we came back from our outing the room was not made up.

the first time we flushed the toilet it continuted flushing and wouldn't stop. Called front desk and they said maintenance already left and wouldn't be back until in the morning. I was told if the noise was too much we could move to another room but it wouldn't be as nice as the one we were in. We stayed in the room and my husband fixed it. There was a burned out light in the bathroom and they did fix that. The sink stopper was stuck in the closed position. The second day we were out all day and came back to our room and the maid didn't come into our room to straigth up.

This is definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Great value, decent service, quaint, dated rooms, much character, but do not expect any quiet time until about 8-00am, party time doesn't stop till 4am, then the night crew start the clean up, as long as you don't want an early night this is a great place, at a great price. Ps. I only needed an early night as I was ill. Wuss !
