We really enjoyed staying there! Everyone was nice & accommodating. Location was convenient to the places we were attending. My relatives met us and we recommended the Hotel and they were able to give them the adjoining room. Breakfast was good!! Snack store prices were reasonable. Business Center was a plus.

IT WAS VERY NICE. I ENJOYED EVERYTHING.THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEANED. BED'S SLEEPED GOOD. I WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Everything was great. Friendly and professional.

I wish the bed was softer but it was better than most. And I wish the breakfast was better..stayed at the holiday inn just down the on the last visit to pineville and the breakfast was amazing bacon, bagels, toast etc. But the bed was harder than Hampton's. If you like a firm bed go to holiday inn pineville better price and breakfast. But just for added comfort of the bed I would probably choose hampton

Didnt like the fact of the remodeling , since loved sitting by the fire last visit and was a little inconvenienced but ok....also had trouble getting heat to regulate in the room..either too hot or too cold and had a weird noise in the system and fan in bathroom ran all the time...other that that everyone so nice that it made up for any inconvenience...still will return ...

Everyone was very helpful at the hotel. There was a variety of items available for breakfast.

It was great. Finally a hotel where the price was right and the stay was what I would expect at a room twice the price.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!...........great service, great breakfast, great location, great ambiance, great desk staff, great cleaning staff........ What more can I say - I highly recommend this hotel.

I was most impressed with the staff. My leg is in a brace due to a knee injury and when the desk saw this, he asked if I'd prefer to be in a room closer to the elevator. Everyone was really very friendly and accommodating.

We were disappointed somewhat. The bathrooms need updating. Also, the breakfast was totally self-serve packages. I realize it is less expensive when it requires no chef, but I found it difficult to find anything to eat that wasn't carbs. The only protein was the little egg, bacon and cheese spread on a bagel. The addition of hardboiled eggs would have been nice. We stayed in another Hampton the following night and it was superb. They had cookies and nuts at the check-in desk, the bath counters were updated and there was a real closet, not just a wardrobe -- all for the same price. They had the same eggs spread on a bagel, which I expected, but had taken them out of the package and put them in a warmer. Much nicer presentation! Also had hard boiled eggs, which was great!

The room smelled bad and we had young kids in the hallways making alot of noise. We had a hard time sleeping. Did not make for an restfull night

Personnal were very accommandating, courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

If you don't want to pay the extra $ to stay right in Uptown Charlotte, this spot is nice enough and close to major roads and the LYNX light rail line (which is a great way to get to Uptown). The hotel itself is very nice and the breakfast buffet is more than just muffins and coffee.

I loved this place, very clean, the room was great, and the staff was very friendly. I will stay there again and again.

Great hotel. Warm feeling throughout due to decorations/architecture. Very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Continental breakfast was great with many choices. I would definitely stay here again when in the Charlotte, NC area.

Enjoyed our stay. However, lots of traffic due to shopping center and all the other shops near by.

This hotel was by far the best in town! We actually canceled another reservation at a different hotel because of how dirty/small that one was. We booked this hotel online and drove over. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt like we were welcome and at home! The lady at the front desk was absolutely sweet and wonderful and very eager to help us out. The room was a king size super comfy bed with heavenly pillows! Flat screen TV, armoire for clothes, desk, and plenty of lighting. The bathroom was small but tastefully designed and had everything you needed !! The room smelled heavenly too!! Breakfast was very yummy and the breakfast manager was super friendly ! Highly recommended and we will stay again!

Wonderful quiet area. The hotel was very clean. Great location near to Carowinds and not far from Charlotte. The staff that handled the breakfast bar were wonderful and the breakfast bar was great. Thanks for the opportunity to share.

Friendly, helpful staff. A refrigerator in the room would be helpful. Everyone in my family (3 rooms) were very satisfied.

I have stayed here several times while visiting family in Charlotte. Each time I had a suite to accommodate family. Staff is friendly and helpful,, My favorite is the pool area surrounded by trees and no freeway in the background.. close to shopping and restaurants. I will stay here again...

All very good except internet service weak and at one point non-existent. I called the hotel operator and was referred to an 877 number for AT&T. I could not get through. ATT's usual lousy service. Very annoying. Otherwise, very good hotel, very nicely decorated, good staff.

Comfortable king bed, super clean room, excellent self serve complimentry breakfast with great service personal helping you get your morning started. Hotel ajacent to mall and many area resturants nearby.
