I liked the idea that this hotel offered airport service, however, I found that on my return, I was initially instructed to call the hotel to get a taxi sent to me at Bellingham Airport. I wasn't sure where I was supposed to wait, and NEITHER DID THE CLERK AT HOTEL!!! So I was left on my own at 12.30am not knowing where the cab was getting me...luckily a cab from same company took me back, I think that the clerk should give a better description as to where the pick up location is...Also, the hotel guaranteed WIFI service in my room which I was not able to get. Very disappointed as I was expecting critical emails

I would like to see a larger bathroom as you have the had rails in the shower but my husband has had a stroke and needs help to shower and the bathroom will not handle 2 people in it at a time.

Had to pick up passengers from an early morning flight. Joyce

The front desk people were so friendly and helpful. They were awesome. The room was ok. I wish there were chairs to sit on in the room. The breakfast was fabulous too. However our experience was tainted by a large family with several children in the room right next to us. The children were knocking on the wall until 2am and they yelled randomly throughout the night. So we got very little sleep. I would recommend that the Quality Inn check in families that large in a more isolated area of the facility. I will not likely go to here again.

I found the Hotel clean, friendly and helpful staff and in aconvenient location for all of Bellingham. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Hotel to others. Sincerely. Satisfied Customer Sidney.B

Location is close to everything: Bellisfair, Ross, Costco, Best buy, restaurants, etc. Not too many staff but they tried to provide the best service. Staff are friendly and courteous. Great breakfast selection. I would defintely come back and stay.

We have stayed at the Barron Suites many times some years ago when our daughter first moved to Bellingham and lived in a small apartment next door. She now lives by Whatcom Lake and we stayed at the Barron Suites again because we had an early morning flight out of Bellingham Airport. Hotel offers airport shuttle and provided a cab to the airport for us since their own shuttle did not run that early. Hotel is still comfortable with a friendly staff!

Comfortable bed and surroundings

Quiet and clean. Outdoor pool, it's December so no comment. Continenal breakfast OK except for the waffles, they were very good. Beds were comfy and Flatscreen TV with many channels a bonus. Bathrooms were small but functional.

The hotel was very nice, very clean. The pool was warm and clean with plenty of pool towels on hand. The kids enjoyed a pre-bedtime swim. The continental breakfast was tasty and convient. Have stayed in other more expensive hotels in Bellingham that did not have breakfast, as nice a pool, or nicer smelling cleaner room. Only negative, the kids had to sleep on a sofa bed and I was expecting 2 queen beds.

Super hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Location is central to restaurants and shopping in a nice locale. Would definitely stay there again.

The people working at this Hotel are so helpful and accomodating. They had to change my room and were great help. The bed was so comfortable, the room was very clean, we needed more soap and they brought it up within just a few minutes. Great place to stay, will definitely stay again.

We went to see our friends in Ferndale and needed a clean room for us and our two kids. That's what we got. Free breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. Good value. People at the front desk were helpful. No complaints.

Great location for shopping at Bellis Fair. Pool and hot tub are perfect at the end of a long day of shopping on a hot day. Wonderful complimentary breakfast.

We had a very nice stay at Quality Inn Baron Suites in Bellingham. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Good restaurants near by. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was great - room was great - shuttle to the airport at 4am also great... I haven't stayed at a Quality Inn for a long time. I will be back.

Overall, our stay was good. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The only problem we had, was with our room key. Twice, we got clear up to our room only to find the key wouldn't work. Kinda frustrating because we were in a hurry. When I got to the front dest, the clerk was on the phone for at least 5 min, and their was no one else to help me. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Staff very friendly. Felt very safe at this location.

super clean room, easy to find, close to the freeway and shopping. one of the best continental breakfasts ever-with awesome crispy waffles! we will be using this hotel again as our daughter will be startig school at western in the fall.

Have stayed numerous times in Bellingham but in a different hotel. Decided to give Quality Inn a try and was most pleased with all it has to offer. Numerous nearby restaurants, a friendly Sports Bar within walking distance. Also within walking distance to Bellis Fair Mall. Great breakfast with good coffee. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed overnight and had to fly out very early next day. The complimentary breakfast was ready before 6 and the shuttle taxi to the airport was ready and waiting. Excellent staff.

wonderful linens but mattress needs to be replaced! Couple next door decided to have sex at 12:30 at night and made sure that everyone within a 10 room radius knew about it. That coupled with the arrival of a basketball team made for a very crummy, lousy night of sleep. Sorry but I would not go back or recommend this hotel.

Appreciate the convenience of,and shuttle service to, the airport --as well as a relatively secure place to leave the car!

My husband and I had a terrible experience at Quality Inn. We were their during a weekend when there was children basketball tournament and all night long we could hear everything that was happening next door. Kids were running down the hall, yelling and screaming. We asked to be moved to another floor and in our new room we could hear our neighbors taking a shower upstairs. If you don’t like noise and want a peaceful night of sleep, this is not a good hotel. The walls are paper thin and noise travels easily from one room to the next.

My wife and I happened to visit the hotel at the beginning of January in the middle of a particularily cold week. When we got the the room, it was clear that the heat had been completely turned off because we could see our breath in the room. We turned on the heater to maximum and warmed up the room, but it was so powerful and noisey that we could not leave it on when we went to sleep. So we had the choice of either being warm and not sleeping, or shivering under the blankets and having quiet. I am sure the same would be true in the summer when you switched the heater to A/C, it will probably noisily blast away. Apart from that, the breakfast was good, the room and public areas were clean. If they replace the industrial heater with something smaller and more appropriate, it would be a decent place to stay.

We chose to stay there because of the great staff reveiws I had read on-line. The staff there certainly did not disappoint. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. Would 100% go back.

We were here for one night on a road trip further south and booked it to get the border out of the way when the lines would be smaller. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and cheerfulness of the staff. While we would not choose it for a week's getaway vacation, as a stop along the way hotel, it's better than could expect. Oh! And the waffles you make yourself at breakfast - divine!

I was not sure about staying in a hotel with "Quality" in the name as this generally means it is not quality. I was mistaken! A VERY nice hotel for the price. LARGE rooms in good repair. Bed was very comfy and room was quiet so we slept great. Have stayed at four hotels in the area and will choose this one for our next stay.

Flat screen TV, the bed was really comfy, I fell asleep really quickly. Blankets were just the right amount of thickness. Lots of pillows. Oooh, yeah, waffles, really good. Good that it was offered at 6 AM.

Bellingham is not noted for exceptional hotels so my expectations were not unreasonable. The hotel was about what I expected - a decent place to spend one night. The service was good and the room clean. This hotel provided a much better experience than my previous stay at a different area hotel a few months ago.

Hotel was very clean . close to the places we had to go, Continental breakfast was good. would stay again.

The hotel was easy to find with my Google map & directions. It was very lovely and nice. I also got to enjoy walking over to the Olive Garden for my dinner and lunch. I would definitely stay there again if I ever need to go to Bellingham again. I will also be quick to stay at other Quality Inns in the future.

Very spacious room. Very professional staff. Quiet location. Breakfast included. I recommend.
