Older hotel but great staff and all the usual perks of Drury hotels. Loved the indoor pool/hot tub and central location.

Very nice hotel

Very nice place. We've stayed there before, and find it well worth going back. The staff is quite helpful, and the breakfast buffet is much better than is typical of complimentary fare.

Stayed at Drury for friends son's wedding. Hotel in fairly food location to where we nereded to be. Staff amazinglly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms very comfortable (luckily at rear of hotel) away from constant traffic noise. The only thing that let it down was housekeeping who need lessons in using dusters and cleaning bathroom basins.

The customer service was great! The manager was very accommodating, professional and nice! He called us by name, made sure everything was Ok. When we arrived they didn't have our reservations but they took care of that with a smile! It was a plus to have breakfast and dinner. We will recommend to others!

A must place to stay!! We stayed 3 nights and was very happy with our experience.

HOTEL WAS NICE, BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, AFTERNOON DRINKS AND SNACKS WERE OK. NOT MANY PLACES TO EAT IN THE SURROUNDING AREA. PROXIMITY TO GALLERIA EXCELLENT. TOO MUCH CHLORINE IN THE POOL AND HOT TUB.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a kickback dinner (beer / mixed drinks included) and breakfast at the hotel. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa in the evening too. We found the room clean and functional, but were expecting something higher end for a 3 star hotel. The bathroom was closer to a 2 star hotel bathroom.

Our stay at this Drury Inn was wonderful. Helpful and professional staff added to our comfort. Nice happy hour snacks, breakfast, and best popcorn ever!

This hotel is tired and needs renovating. Although it was clean, the mattress and furniture were quite old. I would pay the extra to stay somewhere else next time. Location is fabulous.

service was great, location was great, hot popcorn when we arrived,however in the bathroom the placement of the toilet seemed very snug. Getting to the toilet paper was difficult.

All-around good stay. Will return.

Our room was great and despite being close to busty road was very quiet.Staff were incredibly helpful and the manager (I think Jose) went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed.Restaurants and bars were only a short walk away but after evening 'snacks' priovided we really disd not need any extra food.Breakfasts were included and again were execellent.

Hot breakfast, great service, friendly staff

We were very close to many attractions and shopping. Hotel managers were extremely nice. Breakfast and kick back were a plus. The hotel is very dog friendly and we had two small dogs along. Jose Miranda, manager, was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable-could not have been nicer

We were pleased with our stay, even though we did not take part of the free breakfast, nor the evening food. We regret not having attended those. My ONLY regret is that there is no exhaust fan in the restroom, as it is, well, awkward. Lol. We would stay here again!

very good. Friendly staff, excellent service.

This was our first stay at a drury, and it was a great value! We enjoyed our stay!

I was only there for one night, but it served my purposes. The hardest part was figuring out driving in Houston, but once I had that down, it was easy to get in and out. Free popcorn was good!

Aweful

But I have to rate this hotel as high as possible.The staff was courteous and prompt and the room was tidy. They serve a free breakfast and free afternoon snack that were both very good. this service saved us much money on meals during our vacation.

We no longer want to visit Houston after our stay

Stay was OK. Hotel was clean, but felt dirty. Older furniture. Morning breakfast was fine. Service was helpful until I asked for a sheet change on the bed (for my peace of mind because room was clean but felt dirty). Fromt desk person said housekeeping was gone for day and they could not change the sheets. Overall, hotel was OK and a fine purchase for the money.

Stay and amenities were great! Location was fabulous! 1st room had a distinct odor, but they easily accomodated us to a new room w/ no question and went to service the prior room asap. Great customer service!

I really like Drury, great service. Was offered an upgrade to a suite ( without asking for it), good location, secure parking, many amenities.

While in the Galleria area of Houston, it is a little removed from most of the main restaurants and attractions and right next to the highway 610. It was also under construction for my mid-May'12 visit, fixing the roof (only M-F 9a-5p, so if you work all day it wont matter). The hotel itself is nice enough and a typical Drury Inn....the room was good sized, comfy bed and had anythig I needed in it.

We only stayed one night. The air conditioner did not get cold enough. When it was time to go to sleep, we were too tired to notify the staff. When it was time to check out, we forgot to mention it. Aside from that, the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast.

The stay at Drury was great. This was my first time staying at one and I can honestly say that I will go back. It's close to everything being that it's right off the Interstate and a reasonable price for the neighborhood. Minutes away from great shopping and great restaurants! The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. Also the Happy Hour tickets were a plus!

The hotel was pretty nice and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is extremely close to The Galleria and many other shopping centers. It is also located right off of the interstate, so it is convenient to get to other parts of the city. It is a great place and I would definitely stay here again!

I cannot believe I had to pay for this hotel! nasty! room had hair in the bed.Key card would not open outside door, or inside door to room. Locked out of room( belongings inside) moved to another room that smelled like a toilet....went to Lobby to wait for original room to be opened by special Key from maintenance. Finally asleep in first room at midnight..woken up at 5am by drunk trying to get into my room! Horrible. Roxanne the night manager was wonderful!
