Radisson Blu Portman Hotel - لندن

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu Portman. i had enquired about special service before arriving due to a birthday celebration. I recvd a reply very quickly and the service we recvd was above and beyond our expectations! Thanks to all at the Radisson for great service, especially Stuart at the concierge.

Hotel was excellent - clean and modern, friendly staff and a central location, ideally placed for Oxford Street shops. The only minor gripe was the poor wi-fi connection in the room.

Front desk service was excellent as was evening dinner.

This hotel offers a great location and atmosphere with only two minutes walk to Oxford Street. High service standard and friendly staff. A really great experience. I am definitely going to stay here again.

A lovely Hotel, with excellent staff. A super breakfast with plenty of choice.

No fault found with our stay. The reception staff were polite and friendly, check in was swift, the room was a good size, the shower worked well. We didn't use the bar or restaurant - literally an overnight stay. Very convenient for all the attractions of central London.

Absolutely great value for money. Internet and breakfast included and perfect location. Big rooms (business). Everything worked. Normally in London (I have been there approx. 15 times) there is always something not working properly or room is not what you expected, etc,. At this price I am used to paying minimum 50 % more for similar hotelroom, with the included services and location. Will return to this hotel next time in London.

Wonderful hotel with everything, I will return it soon, is my second home in London every time I visit

Vi ble møtt i resepsjonen av serviceinnstilt personell, fikk ett rent og koselig rom og sov veldig godt der. Hotellet ligger i ett distrikt med masse shopping og cafeer, så den dyre men flotte frokosten benyttet vi bare en morgen. Ellers er det gå avstand (ca 3-5min) til Bond Street undergrund stasjon, og kanskje 20-25 min å gå til Picadilly circus (5 min med undergrund). Vi koste oss i London og kan anbefalle dette hotellet.

room and bathroom were not clean enough - pyjamas thrown on chair. Room and bathroom badly in need of redecorating - room was not done on our return at 16.00 and we had to wait to have it done. Pillows most uncomfortable and soap, liquid soap not replaced daily.

Could not adjust heat in room which was way to cold. TV did not work. Portier could not give proper direction to resturants. There was a mouse in the bar.

Greatly located near Oxford Street shopping and only 2 minutes away from Selfridges. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. London is expensive for quality stay so an overall good quality for price paid.

Dining Room was closed at noon to transition from breakfast to lunch. Made us eat in the lobby. Staff was slow and seemed confused as to who was to serve us. Lunch took forever.

Excellent stay. Perfect hotel. It was a special occasion and they upgraded us with chocolate and champagne in the room. The hotel made it a very special event and we recommend the higher. Also a great location for central London

Not a great experience Room not available until almost 4pm Milk in room for tea was sour.

The hotel is very well located for the West End and all the Oxford Street shops. It is near 2 tube stations (less than 5 minutes walk). The rooms are on the small size and the fittings especially in the bathroom are in need of "refreshment". Overall a good value stay in Central London in a very safe and relatively quiet neighbourhood

we stayed there for six nights and were pretty satisfied with the Radisson Blu Portman. The location was great and convenient but not too crowded with cars and people. located in a quiet neighborhood. the lobby was nice and big and the clerks were very helpful and polite. We had to find hotels that could accommodate three guests and luckily we found the Raddison.

Overall the Hotel was very good with an ideal location. The only complaint was that the bar did not stock the quality drinks we required, in particular the Port was suitable for cooking ,not drinking and of course the cost was exceptionally high, not a good point. Other drinks requested were not known by the Staff, albeit they are drinks common to this country. I can recommend the Hotel for its location.

Stayed recently with family, the location of the hotel is ideal for tourists and the rooms very clean with comfortable beds. However the service in the hotel is slow and we were disappointed to discover that our two rooms where on different floors - despite booking 5 months in advance. There was no apology nor remedy offered. Breakfast is the usual free for all buffet however we did stay one evening for dinner and found the menu good value - ( note no kids meals)

Great hotel, staff is very helpful, rooms are small but comfortable and beds are great.... Location is very good for shopping and sightseeing. I think it is poor that the hotel does not have an arrangement with the NCP carpark - it is very expensive to park there.... Overall then we shall be very happy to stay here again.

Most friendly staff I have experienced, after several years of staying in hotels in London with same star rating.

With a bus stop of regular and hop on hopoff 30 secs away-Selfridges Marksn spence Primark Next all within 10 mins walking distance...Its Fab. Now Service -Be it Concierge front desk or housekeeping everyth rocks. frankly unexpected in an English hotel . Its not over the top priced too Rooms -Business class hv nespresso and a quirky desk n storage view frm my room was of London eyes top and english homes-Gud Brealfast spread (incl in the price) is wide and delicious-Chef mks one of the best made to order eggs.. This hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from Oxford street and is an ideal location for a shopping weekend in London. The hotel itself is is desperate need of a makeover as it is well used and not in a condition a Radisson Blu hotel should be. The rooms look very old (we stayed at a superior room) and the corridors as well. The personell could really try to smile a bit more as they look unsatisfied with their job and not as service minded as they should be! So I would not recommend this hotel if it did not have the location it has!

The hotel was very well positioned for the shops in Oxford Street. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well decorated. Our stay was a pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend to others and stay ther again.

No formal queues made for a free-for-all at checkin. Aggressive people would nudge out those that had been patiently waiting their turn. Front desk manager should have recognized the situation however, during my 35 minute wait, nothing was done to alleviate the situation. Once in the room, I was very pleased with its condition. Daily service was above par, with toiletries and towels kept in full supply. My business class room included a wonderful buffet breakfast with exceptional service. The free internet connection was fast and easy to connect. I would definitely stay at this hotel during future visits to London.

I stayed here for 6 nights. There was no internet for 2 days, the message light on the phone was constantly on and the staff were incapable of fixing it (the solution was to unplug the phone!). The room itself (which was upgraded) was small even by London standards. Food was below average. Shower was broken and never properly fixed. All in all very disappointing.

This hotel was a good hotel. the area was pretty good as well. the room was a bit small for my liking, but it was spotless! We ordered room service one night. The food and service were very good! Overall I give this hotel a 6.5 out of 10.

I've stayed at this hotel before and the service and facilities were as good as before. The free wireless is a plus for keeping in touch. The location is great for shopping being just two blocks from Oxford Street.

Rooms are small but that is typical of most London hotels. The location is perfect and the hotel is well maintained. The staff is most welcoming and anxious to please. The rooms offer free Internet if you have your own computer but the "business center" computer charges an excessive rate. Same for the room telephone.....calls are very expensive. I would certainly stay here again but I'd make other arrangements for the telephone and internet.

Personalen var fantastiska - allihopa. Våra tonåringar kommenterade flera gånger under vistelsen hur trevliga personalen var (ingen skillnad hur de behandlade oss vuxna och tonåringarna alltså.) Perfekt läge ett stenkast från Oxford Circus men ändå helt lugnt i omgivningen. Fantastisk frukostbuffé - vi stod oss över lunch alla dagarna. Fina, fräscha rum - långt över det jag upplevt i hotellstandard tidigare i England.
