Comfort Inn West - كروس لانز

I wanted an indoor pool for my daughter and grandchildren and thats mainly the reason I booked this hotel. We were not disappointed in the least with my choice. The pool was really nice and big. Most indoor pools are like large bathtubs but this one had palm trees and a water fall. The continental breakfast was excellent. The only downside was our hallway smelled like an ashtray. Someone had been smoking (in a non-smoking area) and the smoke smell got into our clothes in our luggage! Other than that this was a nice place to stop over.

They don't have any king size beds for pet owners.

The staff was gracious - the room was clean, but old. The complimentary breakfast was quite good. There was some construction going on but it was not much of a hindrance. The exercise room was adequately equiped although a few of the machines were not working. The swimming pool is very nice.

This hotel had a very nice pool area, but the hotel itself smelled of cigarette smoke. I had a headache when I left the next morning. This is unfortunate because the facilities were very nice. I would have rated it a 5 if it weren't for the smell.

Hotel was convenient,...nice breakfast and strong wifi. Overall a good value.

We would definately recommend this hotel! We didn't have time to enjoy the beatiful pool or other amenities but the room was very clean, comfortable beds and wonderful pillows! The tub and shower actually felt clean to the touch! So nice to not feel like you want to scrub stuff down!

Overall, this was a very nice place to stay for the money. It was clean and neat. The continental breakfast was very good. The only negative was that not every room had a refrigerator.

The hotel breakfast was very good. It is pet friendly. Having a pet put ius in a room on the ground floor near an outside entrance. The resultant noises kept the dog awake which kept us awake.

This hotel suited our needs and comfort just great. When we dropped by to see if we could do an early check in (which we weren't able to do) we found out that the hotel was full of young girls w/their families attending a national gymnastic's competition), I asked if we could have a top level room for quietness. They were most accommodating and put that into our reservation info AND put us as far away from the kids as possible. That worked great...we NEVER heard any noise! The rooms were extremely comfortable and well taken care of. The pool areas (indoor and outdoor) were quite nice...especially the indoor with it's "tropical" motiff. We relaxed in the pool shortly after check in. Breakfast was a good, substantial one, including waffle bakers, biscuits and sausage gravy, various cereals, eggs, sausage, juices, milk, etc. You will not be disappointed with this hotel, UNLESS you are looking for uber-sophistication in a place to stay. Truly a great family-oriented place to stay!

A good place to stop for a night or two. Hotel service is pretty good at the standard requests, but don't expect too much along the lines of special requests. The rooms were clean, the breakfast sub-par. Not bad for a one night stand, but there are better out there for a long term relationship.

I chose this motel becasue my grandchildren love to swim, and it is the only hotel in the Charleston area that I could afford with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. It is fairly convenint to all the Charleston amenitese, but we had such a good time at the pools that we hardly went to Charleston. It is clean, well equipped, with a very friendly and helpful staff.We will stay there any time we have to be in Charleston.

Stopped here as a half-way point.... good hotel with a really good breakfast. Worth the money. Nice friendly staff.

The only problem we experienced was the door entering the hotel would not always let us in with our card. However, there was another door close by that did work.

Was not overly pleased with the staff. At check-in the clerk insisted I go out back out to the parking lot to give him the license number from my car. Nobody asks for plate numbers anymore. At check-out they tried to charge me for the room even though I had already paid through Hotels.com. Took 10 minutes to straighten out even though I showed them the paid receipt.

This was a "working vacation" for us as we were helping friends build their house. The hotel was close to a shopping center and Lowes for all of the items needed to keep the job moving. It was extremely clean and the breakfast was well stocked and varied. Even though we were working, it was great to come back to the hotel and feel like we were on vacation! The only complaint we could even have is that we had to walk through the smoking section to get to our non-smoking room.

hotel is just off I-64 about 12 miles from downtown Charleston. It is very close to the Mardi Gras Casino and Dog Track, there are many restaurants and a small shopping center nearby. The hotel is clean has two pools, a sauna and very pleasant staff. There is also a bar in the hotel that serves some food. The beakfast that is included with the room rate is light (fruit, cereals, waffles, biscuits and gravy, coffee and juice.
