Very comfortable with nicely appointed room, good breakfast and pleasant staff.

Materials from Renovations made the hallways a little messy, but the room was very comfortable and clean.

Hotel is quite good...pool needs some work and the hot tubs are way too cold...why have an outdoor hot tub in a beautiful courtyard if it is a tepid as bath water?

Comfortable.

I had a great stay and wish to have many more at that hotel. The staff at the reception always have a smile and very helpful.

I would really like to thank the shuttle driver for being so kind to us and so accommodating. We had a car problem and he drove us all over town to get us to where we needed to go. Thank you for your help!

You can walk through the mall without leaving the hotel.

We thought the hotel was great. Pool, hot tubs, sauna ,fire pit where all alot of fun. The breakfast was wonderful they even had an omelet guy. Everything was clean except for the floors, There vacuums most have broken down .The only other negative was there worn out rollaway beds which was like sleepimg in a venus fly trap (both of them).All in all very happy.

This Red Lion is far nicer than other Red Lion hotels that I have stayed in. We often stay here for skiing at Big Mountain in Whitefish. It is a 30 minute drive and we really enjoy coming back to the pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel itself was fine, the hotel.com person gave me very inaccurate information when I booked it. I needed a restaurant, and the person told me there was a restaurant and a bar inside the hotel. There was not either of these. It was a huge inconvenience for me. I was there for a funeral, and did not want to take the time to go outside the hotel to eat. I was very disappointed in hotel.com

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The service was friendly and helpful. When I walked in the room it was 86 degrees. Went down to check in and they sent up maintenance. Maintenance did get it a little cooler, but had to sleep with the window open all night to keet the heat down to 79 degrees. This is January in MT and was unable to get a good night sleep because it was to hot. I was too tired after my long trip to get back up and get dressed to have them come back up to continue to work on.

Everything was very nice but you had to leave the hotel to find a restaurant.

Our room faced main street. Was a bit noisy at times. Breakfast was very good.

Kind of disappointed that there wasn't a restaurant in the hotel itself. Also that there was no Pay per view on the tv so we couldn't even rent a movie. Other than that the rooms are decent and clean.

Old TV. . . otherwise great.

4 night business trip by myself. I had a great stay. Free parking, wireless. Friendly staff. Can walk to downtown area. Clean room and comfortable bed. Best thing was fresh omelettes to order with breakfast every day. Definately will stay here next time.

I was less satisfied than during a stay last year. The south elevator was out of order, a used coffee pouch was in the coffee maker, there was no hair drier in the room and the general cleanliness of the hotel had declined.

I have stayed here 3 different times and everytime has been awesome. Very friendly staff, clean and big rooms, affordable, and a continental breakfast unmatched by any other I have seen yet! Very nice place!

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine, and we all enjoyed the pool , hottub and sauna. Rooms are outdated but clean, except for the smell of something like a cigar the first evening, which thankfully dissipated over night.

Fastest check-in ever. Beds were comfortable. No complaints.

This is real nice hotel to stay at. The location is perfect, the mall is attached and Montana Coffee House is right accross the street. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. The firepit in the center is very nice to sit around, don't smell like smoke. This is where I will stay again.

The hot tub was dirty, had a line of scum where the water was. freaked me out, could not stay in there as long as I would have liked. Carpet needs to be cleaned around the edges.

We had a great rate on this hotel - staff was very efficient and made good recommendations for restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful - including eggs/omelets made to order. We rated this hotel as #1 on our trip.

One of tje beat 3 star hotels we have atayed in. Loved rhe lodge feel, and it was by far the best free breakfast we've had.

The last time I stayed at the Red Lion in Kalispell I had a room with a king bed. This time I had a room with two queen beds. The differences were striking, resulting in a much less pleasurable stay this time. 1) There was a lack of outlets in the room. With two cell phones, two Ipads, and two laptops, you can imagine the frustration. 2) The TV was much older and smaller in the queen bed room. 3) Had two days where the hot water was luke warm at best, and actually ran out of hot water the second day. I called down to alert them and complain, and since I booked on Hotels.com they would not adjust my rate or give me any sort of concession. They did send someone up and the third day the water temp was better, so they were quick to try and rectify the situation which I appreciated.

Quiet, close to supermarket, comfortable bed, courtyard has bonfire in evenings, good breakfast with an omelette chef. No one to clear plates from tables at breakfast, so unless you go early you may have to push the leftover plates aside from the last patrons as I did. Checkout was fast. Charging for bottled water seems cheap. Overpriced in my opinion, but options are limited and Kalispell is very convent to many attractions such as Glacier National Park.

We booked the hotel for two nights, because we had some to celebrate and I like to have a nice hotel. In this price range I am expect a nice place, but in this case it was wrong. We got a room next to the ice and vending machine. The hotel doesn't look clean and has a lot of potential for updates. The front desk assistant was also not very help full to change the and so had my wife a unpleased night with all the noise from the ice machine. Hampton Inn has better standards but lower prices. The breakfast was nice and very good. I left some tip on my bed and got a nice thank you note from the cleaning lady. This was very nice. This hotel is not on my return list.

Amazing restaurant at Buck's T-4 lodge, incredible bed, romantic room, really good breakfasts!

Hotel room was large, much bigger than we needed. Friendly staff. Overslept so missed breakfast. Very close to other eating places and adjoins the Kalispell Mall so very handy to other services. Enjoyed sitting by the fire in the courtyard after dark.

The room furnishings were dated, room small and cramped for the price. We compare it to the Hilton Garden Inn where we like to stay. This place cost more for less space. The rugs thru the hotel were old, stained and dirty looking. It smelled old. The breakfast was poor in quality and quantity, and served on black disposable plates, with plastic cutlery and paper napkins. It was just all around not to our usual standards for the price we paid. It is the second time we havestayed at a Red Lion Inn and the other one was just as bad several years ago. We will never choose to stay at Red Lion again. Two strikes for them is enough!

Pool didn't look clean

Was not impressed with the room. Very little places to set your stuff, and very few outlets to plug in chargers. Not really a view, just parking lot and train tracks!! The exhaust fan in the bathroom barely worked, so we had to shower with the door open to get air and have a chance of using the mirror. This caused the smoke alarm to go off repeatedly. When we called the front desk, they just said to shower with the door closed. The breakfast was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor firepit and hottub. Nice pool and indoor hottub. It was nice to have the little mall attached. Had a wonderful dinner at The Hops downtown. Very short walk. Great Yak and Bison burgers and lots of Montana beers!!! Cute downtown

Very quiet Hotel. Great breakfast buffet.
