Nice room, great location, close to transportation. Also a lot of good eating establishments!

The location and staff made our two day stay enjoyable. The room was small and sparse. No chair or desk or closet.

My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to Portland. The location is perfect- walking distance to many shops and great restaurants. Also minutes from downtown. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. if I ever go to Portland again, I will definitely stay here!

This review is for the suites, cute, clean, perfect size kitchenette, grocery store two short blocks away, great neighborhood, 2 short blocks from the Max, great staff. Perfect for an extended stay. Make sure you choose the Suites. Loved their toiletry products. Great stay at a great price, will definitely come here again!!!!

Friendly staff, comfortable apartment hotel room that was great for the 4 of us to have space, convenience and close proximity to places to eat, drink and shop.

In terms of what you get, it's pretty simple and very plain and boring. But, if you're on vacation and you're not planning on staying in your room much, then it doesn't matter at all. What is GREAT about this place is the location: Very conveniently located to Blue and Red line train stations, and bus line #20, which runs frequently and can take you to various cool places Downtown and eastside Portland. I would def stay here again, and bring my kids next time because it's very close to the zoo!

Can't beat the location for the price. Parking is a bit tight but was available. Perfect for a family as we got one of the 2 bedroom suites on the end. Laid out well with living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Had everything we needed including a good sized frig and a dishwasher. Was easy to cook your own breakfast. Furnishings were decent but not fancy. Only 2 complaints was the mattress was very hard (kids were OK with theirs) and the maid service did not wipe any of the surfaces in between (it was clean when we go there.)

The location was ok. The curtains were super shear and I could see every light outside at night and more concerning is I'm pretty sure everyone could see me. We stayed on the bottom floor and every person who walked up or down the stairs sounded like an elephant.

Parklane Suites is within a few blocks of Max and jeld-wen field. the hotel was very well priced and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. thanks HOtels.com for a nice evening.

We only stayed for one night. The room was clean enough, location was great. It would have been nice to have vending machines next to the ice machines. I had to go to the local grocery store to get some drinks/snacks.

Great place to stay when seeing the sights of downtown Portland. I loved that we could have 4 people in our room and not to have to pay for 2 rooms. Helpful staff, clean and well kept. However, the room was a bit small with the 2 Queen beds; no chairs for sitting. Overall a good room for sleep but not to hang out.

I really liked this hotel, people is so nice, the rooms are simple but very clean and cute. It is not a fansy hotel, but who cares if the room is nice, it is convinient for the price... I fully recomend Park Lane Suits!

Fantastic location. Within walking distance to the Rose Garden and Jeld-Wen field.Public transportation is also really close, the hotel is around the block from a bus stop and about 4 to 5 blocks from light rail. If you're going to Portland to explore I would definitely recommend Park Lane Suites.

I come to this hotel when I visit Portland. It is quite affordable and ideally situated in the beautiful Washington Park/Northwest District Park Lane Suites is quite close to light rail, downtown and the upscale shopping districts on NW 21st & 23 streets. You can't do much better than that.

Loved it. Great neighborhood. Cheapest option close to downtown.

First of all, I hardly ever write reviews as Hotels.com does a great job of providing quality hotels. I had a different experience with this hotel. First off, rooms are very small. Has an efficiency apartment kind of feel. My room was freezing and the heat was not working so I called the front desk to have an extra blanket delivered to my room. After my first call, I waited 45 minutes and never received this blanket. I called again and the front desk gentleman assured me that it was on it's way. Thirty minutes later I called again and was hung up on. I called a couple more times from the room phone thinking that maybe it was a mistake, but got no answer at the front desk. Finally, I waited about 5 minutes and tried calling from my cell phone. This time, someone picked up. I was a little upset at this time and asked that they make sure to send a spare blanket up. The front desk person finally delivered me two spare blankets and a heater himself. I don't know if this was the front desk or the room service's fault or a combination of the two, but it was really poor service either way. I won't stay here again.

Nice hotel, especially for the price. Clean and pretty nice. Walls are a little thin (lots of noise from upstairs/next door) but it's a small price to pay at that rate so close to the stadium and downtown.

The hotel looked nice when we walked in, was a great price, and in a great location. The problem was that it was SO LOUD! They have fake wood floors so the 2nd floor movement was pounding down on us. We stayed up all night both nights we stayed there with everything from people walking around to outdoor noise. They need security to walk around and monitor. Also, the shower just has a little curtain and nothing but a few inches on the floor to block the water on the side so we flooded the bathroom the first day. Please fix the sound, floors and shower issues.

Romm was very large with a separate living room, large kithcen with full sized fridge, and a nice sized separate bedroom. All very clean. Kitchen has stove top and microwave as well as fridge. And two servings of complimentary oatmeal - nice! Bathroom was clean and featrued organic bath products. Hotel also cleans with no harmful chemicals and the room was quite clean. Free parking, though limited. Great service checking in and out. Good restaurants and a fabulous fine foods grocery store within walking distance. All around a very good experience.

Packed two rooms with 4 guys in each room. Made a lot of noise the first night. The manager came by to give us a noise complaint at about 230am. He was actually quite nice about it. The second night, the manager came by at 830pm to let us know that we can't be making any more noise later in the evening. We obliged. As we were about to check out, the cleaning ladies got a quick glance at our room(s) and were quite appalled. We made sure to leave as many one dollar bills as possible to compensate for the hard work that lay ahead of them. Overall, decent hotel, friendly staff, and great location to soccer stadium.

Great hotel. Room was small but had everything needed. Location was fantastic for the purpose of our visit. I'd definitely stay there agin.

Clean and very affordable, but the rooms are small and the walls are thin. Our upstairs neighbors were big galumphs and there was not much we could do about it. On the plus side, the neighborhood is nicer than many downtown and it's a quick walk to shopping and good eats on 23rd and 21st, the light rail, and several bus routes. It's a fine choice if you're going to spend a lot of time out and about like we did.

We arrived early and they were very accommodating about trying to get our room ready early for us. The front desk staff is excellent. The location is perfect. It is in a safe and awesome neighborhood. We easily walked to all our favorite restaurants both downtown and on 23rd. Close to Forest Park, too! My only complaint was that the bed was a little hard. But for what you spend, this hotel it a steal!

inexpensive and friendly. queen suite was convenient with kitchen. nice neighbourhood close to fred meyer and nob hill.

We stayed overnight with our two young teenagers. The two bedroom / 1bath suite was very nicely decorated and stocked with organic toiletries and tvs. The kitchenette had free orange juice and oatmeal. The only negative was the hotel building itself which is a bit run down and had no amenities. I didn't like being on ground floor with people walking past window. Parking was free and neighborhood was quiet.

This location is perfect if you're looking to save money & still be able to enjoy the famous highlights of Portland. It's walking distance to the food cart blocks and to brewpubs such as Rogue & Deschutes. By the hotel you'll find many great local bars within 3-4 blocks! Rooms are clean and room service is on time every morning.

Excellent value for the price of the room.

Price was great. Room upgrade was fantastic and very clean. Hotel itself is outdated but that was not a big deal. Loved the toiletries and the fluffy towels:)

The hotel was perfect! The room was very clean, the staff were both friendly and informative. The location was ideal for those that want to explore Washington Park, the nearby shopping district on 23 rd. St., with easy access to great restaurants on 21 st. St., as well as easy access to Downtown Portland (via walking or public transportation).

Wonderful but don't get the room by the stairs. 5:30 a.m. suitcase coming down the stairs. Wonderful way to wake up. Otherwise, very nice place.

My wife and I stayed at Park Lane's Inn for a week before our wedding. The room looked nice enough, but housekeeping never once made our bed, and we had to call to get fresh towels once. The only part of the room that ever got cleaned during our stay was the bathroom, which got a minor once-over most days. I imagine the "suites" building is nicer, but the "Inn" is basically a glorified travelodge.

Awesome spot. Will return.

Overall, a great staff. Staff was warm, helpful and tentative to our needs. The location was prime for everything we were looking to do in Portland.

This was a great value, especially since we got a 40% off deal. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the location was great (beautiful old houses in the neighborhood, and close to downtown and the Pearl District). It's great that they have parking included. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin, so we could hear our neighbor's TV. This was a HUGE improvement over the Travelodge where I stayed during my last trip to Portland.

It was comfy, clean and quiet. The location is great, close to some great places to eat and explore-and the shopping on 23rd ave, which I love! The only thing that was wrong with our room was the TV did not have a clear picture and the internet was slow. Besides that, a very great place and we will definitely stay again!

The hotel is in the middle of a residential area, which means Quiet! It a small hotel with newly renovated boutique style rooms. The room was comfortable, cozy, clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and given my chronic back problems, I could not have been happier. The pillows were just as comfortable and not worn/uncomfortable like other hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shops were close and accessible. The only complaint I had was that I heard my neighbor slamming his room door and using the restroom at midnight but I think that was due to the loud nature of the guest, not the hotel. Plus, I did not hear another other guest being loud or disruptive. I will Definitely stay a this hotel again!! 3 thumbs up! :)

Mr.Shawn the general manager showed excellent hospitality from Portland!

The hotel is in a pretty decent neighborhood in SW Portland. Parking, while provided, was very tight and the rooms were nice but quite small. Don't think I would stay again.
