If my room were closer to an exit door and parking I would have found it easier to take my dogs in and out and transfer my equipment and luggage. Nevertheless we managed and enjoyed our stay.

I liked the personnal, cleainess, the great breakfast. The spa was to much cholrie it made my eyes water just getting in. But the water was very enjoyable. We will stay again. I felt the price was freasonable also. Thank-you for being.

room was fine and onsite, included breakfast made starting each day easy.

There is a warmth and home-like feeling to this place, more like a "mom and pop" hotel. I have been staying at this hotel for about 12 years - whenever I am in Portland. Seeing the same faces at the front desk year after year tells me something nice is happening behind the scenes as well. Staff are very helpful and make extra effort to accommodate special requests. I will be back!

Clean, friendly, BK very good, would recommend to all.

For an older hotel it was in good shape and very clean. Even though it's right of 205 it was a quiet night

Our second stay at this hotel. We find it a convenient location particularly when leaving Seattle after work and heading to southern Oregon.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The amenities such as fridge, microwave, breakfast, wifi are good. The reason for poor rating is the rooms have adjoining doors and you can hear your neighbors talking. We ended up with neighbors who were talking all night. We suffered one night without sleep and didn't complain. When we complained the next night, the hotel staff didn't do much to help. We had to find another hotel for the second night. If you go to this hotel ask for a room that is not conjoined.

It was a bit noisy late at night with doors closing, etc. but other than that it was an enjoyable place to stay.

The rates are good for the quality. Rooms are small but clean and accommodating. Don't expect a five-star stay, and you'll be satisfied. Location is quite convenient (close to Target, several restaurants, freeway entrance), but not the most scenic. The only thing that irritated me was when I was sleeping, there was some racket inside the hotel that kept waking me up. My fiance and I just need a place for one night before our flight, so this was perfectly accommodating. I probably would not want to stay for more than a couple nights, though. Also, free breakfast, free parking, and free airport shuttle are a nice touch.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this Ramada Inn. The customer service was impeccable. Our room was small but comfortable for two people, and had a fridge and microwave. Very clean. Breakfast was good: scones, eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereal, toast, banana muffins, apples and bananas, oatmeal, oj, and apple juice. They often put out fresh baked cookies and fresh coffee in the evenings. It is in a great area of Portland with lots of restaurants around, and about a 15 minute drive to the Hawthorne/Belmont district and to Mt. Tabor. We would definitely stay here again. The price was perfect.

Reasonable rate, clean and quiet. Great bed

We just stayed one night but the value was excellent. We don't rent a room to sit in tugs room so for us it was great

The overall stay was fine. The hotel is nothing special but a good value for the money.

It was nice walking into and pulling up to, but the room was very small. The breakfast was horrible. We did mot eat any of it. Just disgusting. Eggs were watery, ketchup was old, apple was mushy, hard boiled eggs smelt and tasted wrost( even another guest said it too about the hard boiled egg). It was an ok stay but since I come to Portland a few times a year I will pass l. This hotel.

Our room was clean with plenty of towels, the bed was comfortable and the room very quiet. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and interstate. Hot tub was in working order and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. the price was right.

Spent one night in one of those pricey down town Portland motels as a treat for my wife & daughter. No street parking means you have to pay an additional $37.50 per night to have your car parked 3 blocks away! No microwave & no coffee maker! Give me a brake! Booked a room at the Ramada Portland South I-205 for the rest of our stay & it was perfect! Right off the freeway with parking right outside our window. Someone had messed with the coffee maker decanter so it wouldn't pour right & they brought us a brand new coffee maker then invited us to have some fresh baked cookies near the lobby! Much better place to stay at almost 1/2 the price! Save your money & go here first!

If you want somewhere clean and inexpensive to stay the night just outside Portland this was great value for money

Nice clean room hotel. Easy access to downtown.

Everything was fantastic-good tvs-good breakfast-nice quiet room.Could not expect anything better-definetly would stay again!!!

This hotel had everything we needed and wanted. It was close to shopping and to the light rail into the city center. It was quiet and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good stopover point close to freeway.

The receptionist was good. I was able to change my room from one bed to 2 bed. Staff and service is good. Hotel is on main road and near highway. Not so great surrounding property. Breakfast was not good at all. I was expecting to have good breakfast but was disappointed with it.

The hotel isn't luxurious, but it's very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The first room we were assigned smelled like stale cigarettes (even though it was nonsmoking). When I went back to the desk to request a different room, the manager apologized and immediately gave us another room, upgrading us to two queen beds (instead of double beds) for no additional charge. The furniture and fixtures are a bit worn, but everything is very clean. And to me, cleanliness and good service are more important than luxury. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is clean and functional. We were visiting relatives and just used the hotel for sleeping at night. For our needs, this was an excellent value. (We never tried the free breakfast, so I can't rate that.)

I enjoyed my stay here - it is the 1st time I used this particular hotel. The only drawback is that it is located on a one-way street so it takes a couple of times to figure out how to get back to the hotel when driving. They serve a very good and varied breakfast.

When going to this hotel the hotel staff were very unprofessional and rude. One was chewing gum while speaking to me, which is very unprofessional. The location of the hotel isn't too bad to Portland downtown area which was great, but the overall experience here was one of the worst hotels I have been at. The room we stayed at was a non-smoking room and the bed was perfectly folded and in shape, but there was a cigarette planted inside of the blankets which made me think that they didn't clean out our room. That day we had to call the hotel service to get our room cleaned out and I ended up putting sheets on the bed with the hotel staff. When I left here and looked at my bank statement it also showed that they took out another $100 from their company and the employees were so rude about the situation, I explained to them I paid my hotel from hotels.com, but they kept trying to blame hotels.com and it took them 5 days to reimburse us that money back. OVERALL THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT.

I was impressed with my overall stay including location and the friendliness of the staff. For the price, I couldn't ask for much more. Room and bed were clean and were more than adequate. It was nice having breakfast both mornings too! I'd stay here again and would recommend it to a friend, especially for a quick stay on a moderate budget.

My single queen room was quite small, but certainly adequate for my needs. It was clean and quiet and had a WONDERFUL bed. I hate most hotel beds (too hard) and usually spend my travels sleep deprived. This bed was soft and cuddly. I woke refreshed each morning. The TV, Internet, and heater/AC worked great. Shower was roomy, with good water temp control and water pressure. Towels were plentiful with some quite soft and absorbent and some just ok. The room would have been pretty small for 2 people, but it was fine for just me. I'll stay here again.

I was stuck in a room right next to the elevator with a view of the asphalt roof and nothing else. The tv was in a little nook on top of a shelf over a covered box and if you were too far to the left, you couldn't see it. I would not return to this place, especially at the price I paid.

I enjoyed my stay. I was very impressed with the room. It was close to nice restaurants and down town. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
