The hotel was great but the added fee for parking was ridiculously expensive-especially when it is their own lot. It is getting to be the like the airlines when they add fees they you are not aware of until after you arrive.

I stayed at this hotel for a night as I was taking a flight out of Logan international the next day. This hotel was amazing - Everyone who works at the hotel is very nice and helpful. The shuttle that takes you too the airport as well as to the nearest train station (the airport stop on the blue line) was very convenient and was free - I think it was amazing that the shuttle ran 24 hrs especially considering my flight was at an odd time in the middle of the night - Clearly the best place to stay and convenient to Logan International.

Comfortable, quick shuttle access to the airport, great fitness center and amazing views back over the water to the city of Boston. And if you like watching planes take off and land (which many of us do) ask for a room overlooking the runways!

If you need to be close to the airport then the location is great. If you want to be right in the centre of things then no. But there is a free shuttle at the hotel that takes you to the subway, and then the little boat that takes you across to downtown. The front desk staff and conceirge staff were the best I have ever met. I travel a lot and have to say that this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. FYI the people of Boston are extremely friendly. What a great city!!!

I stayed here overnight after my flight got in too late to drive home. Great views, flat screen tv, nice bath products (plus toothpaste!). And they gave me the Wall Street Journal and got me coffee in the morning while I waited for the shuttle. Courteous, professional staff.

We spent 5 nights in late march 2012 and this hotel was the best! We stayed in a room on the airport side (vs harbor view) and it was days into the stay I realized you could not hear any airplane noise, I didn't even realize the windows were so insulated! I loved the view of the runway lights from our 12th floor room at night. The staff was so friendly, late every night we hung out at the bar and told them of our day and they gave us restaurant recommendations for the next night. What makes this hotel so nice is the shuttle service they offer, from pickup at the airport and a quick 5 minute ride to the property, or a drop off to the subway station right nearby, the drivers always provided a call in card with the hotel number to contact upon your return and they will come get you. I loved the subway it was so close by and took us everywhere we needed to go, downtown, harvard, the garden for celtics game, even close to the Sam Adams brewery. This was our first vacation where we didnt rent a car and it was great! Very nice workout facility, no real running available outside it's on the water and airport. Oh, forgot the view, it's so amazing and will stun you. I almost think having this view across the bay is worth not staying in the middle of the city. I plan on returning to Boston before the summer is gone and this is the first place I would choose. Only thing I could say they could do better is offer bar munchies like nuts, nothing like that was put out ever. Also the wifi is not free in the rooms but we just made ourselves comfortable on the lounge couches at night and used the free wifi there. You will be happy with your stay here!

Hotel and service absolute perfection. Dinner at the hotel not so good. Only thing which should be improved upon is the dinner at the hotel. Staff very helpful and pleasant making our stay great!

The location of the hotel was almost ideal. Only a few miles away from the airport in one direction and downtown in the other. The hotel shuttle was also accommodating. Our room was on the harbor side overlooking the water and downtown. You could not have asked for a better view, especially during the evening. The only negatives would be some of the charges were expensive. Room rate was very reasonable. But a few others, daily parking fee and expensive breakfast and dinners, could have been better. But would definitely recommend.

We just flew in for the weekend; to have lobster. (From Colorado) My husband said "it better be worth it!" From the minute he had the Harborside clam chowder he was happy! The free shuttle to the subway; or walk to the water taxi... we had a great time. The view from our harbor side room was gorgeous.

I rarely fly any more, 3 or 4 times a year, when flight times make it sensible to overnight in Boston at Logan. I've used both the Hilton and Embassy Suites at the airport, but would absolutely book the Hyatt if the rates were as reasonable as they were this time thru an internet booking service. Every aspect was highly satisfactory, but special kudos go to the staff: van driver, reception, concierge and housekeeping - definitely all 6's on a scale of 1-5!

The room and the sea view are great. Although the location is a little far from down town, but it brings better price and the complimentary 24-hr shuttle to the airport (which has MBTA connections) makes the problem nothing. The attitude of service here is not very friendly, but everything is done well. In general, it's a very nice hotel!

I find it ironic that you can stay at a Hampton Inn, La Quinta or even a Holiday Inn and get free WiFi and parking yet you pay double the price at the Hyatt and get none of those things.

The Hyatt had a beautiful view of the harbor and downtown Boston and convienient to the airport with the 24 hour shuttle. The room was very comfortable and stylish with quality amenities. Although the hotel is not close to any off-site restaurants, the Harborside Grill buffet was very good for breakfast and a fair price for the quality and variety of options. The location downside is that the best way to get to Boston is a $10 water taxi but they will pick you up at the "T" at the airport if you call them. The "T" is the least expensive transportation in Boston and very inexpensive.

We were staying at the hotel due to a very early flight at Logan the next morning. Not only was the restaurant comfortable and inviting, but the staff made us feel very welcome. They also were very accommodating to our need for transportation at a very early hour. It was a beautiful setting with a fantastic view of the Boston skyline. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent hotel and extremely convenient place to stay. Fabulous view of Boston and the harbor from rooms and restaurant. Parking though is ridiculously expensive . Buffet breakfast is also quite expensive. Just a few minutes from the hotel to virtually any place in Boston and Cambridge.

I stayed there for proximity to airport though it is totally not inconvenient to downtown with the harbor express ferries right outside. There is no neighborhood whatsoever so probably not a good choice if you are visiting Boston as a tourist. It seems to be a relatively new hotel and is very nice - nice clean rooms, nice pool area and gym, room service food and buffet breakfast in the restaurant were very good (essential because there aren't a lot of choices). My only complaint was that everything was extra - parking and internet in addition to hotel prices for the limited food options. We had a good rate for the room but spent more than that again for the other stuff. Typical of business type hotels I suppose and tolerable if you're expensing the stay but less so if it's a personal stay.

Hotel is in great location, near to Logan as well as City....One thing to be careful with is information on the desk when calls coming thru. I had a wake up call from office in UK as had early morning flight out to Canada. When they called they were informed that I had checked out, I actually was still in my room fast asleep. When I woke I had only 45mins before my flight left! Was not impressed at the false info given. When called to complain later, it was the night mgr on duty that was responsible. Very poor end to a fantastic stay.

Very well placed hotel with excellent customer service. I booked a Harbour View room, however, I don't think it was worth paying the extra. Excellent transport system with a complimentary shuttle bus to take you to/from airport terminals, car hire and the underground station. There is also a water taxi to take you directly in to Boston City. The room was comfortable with a good sized bed, an armchair by the picturesque window and massive TV! Bathroom amenities nice with a bath and over shower. My main issue was that the room was noisy. I was rudely awakened by my neighbour showering at 0500 and the 'pinging' of the lift which was about 3 rooms down. The early morning wake up call, which I hadn't ordered, didn't help either. Basicly the room needed an extra door to shut out the noises. As a consequence I didn't get a great night's sleep. Having said that, I would stay again in a standard room some distance from the lifts.

The room they gave me was on meeting room floor and was (I guess handicap room) Shower level with floor. 1 washcloth, dressing table in bathroom was not even large enough to fit my dop kit on. Terrible room, would not stay there again,and am not sure if I will use your service again.

PROS: Modern & clean hotel. Good restaurant. Good service. Very convenient to airport - shuttle was nice. CONS: Costly to get to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center - $17 to $20 one way. No other restaurants nearby. Internet access is costly.

I loved this hotel! The staff was super nice and ultra helpful!! I never had to wait on them to get their help. It is VERY clean and VERY comfortable!! Awesome views of the Harbor!!! The shuttle back and forth from the airport was a godsend and always there in a jiff!! I will stay there again!

This was a great place to stay, clean new rooms, took water shuttle to downtown. would stay again.

Good hotel for what we required. Friendly staff, who did help with getting my laptop charger back after leaving it in the room. Comfortable bed too.

Excellent service and very friendly and attentive staff. Free shuttle to airport and to subway terminal. Very expensive parking.

Everything was perfect, except we had to leave for the airport at 3:30 and there was no porter to take our luggage down the 7 floors and load them onto the shuttle. My husband had just had hip surgery and shouldn't have lifted anything but had to load the dolly. I could only help him a little. Everything was just too heavy. luggage, golf clubs, etc. Not very considerate not to have a porter available.

Hotel is very close to airport, they have a shuttle to take you to the closest subway or bus station 5 mins away. Or take a river taxi for ten bux across the harbour and youre in quincy market. Food in restaurant was very good, but pretty expensive. Even breakfast was 25 dollars per person. Views are awesome, especially on the harbour side. Overlooks downtown Boston across the harbour.

Arriving late in Boston we wanted to rest before continuing our trip the next day. Our stay was perfect EXCEPT bottled water available in the room at $5.00 kind of rubs your nose in it. Give it away or charge a fair price.

Beautiful room with view of the Boston Harbor The bed was very comfortable . I only needed it for a short overnight stay before flying out of Logan Airport. The wake up call and transportation to Logan were right on schedule.

Always my first choice when breaking my flights in Boston when flying from UK to USA West Coast. Great city skyscape view and fun to ride the water taxi across the harbor to Quinxcy Market and downtown.

Had a wonderful time- water taxi across the harbor was great fun!

The city view is magnificent from the Restaurant & rooms. Heated pool, jacuzzi, full gym, sauna. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The Harborside Grill menu has healthy choices. The portions are enormous. 24 hr shuttle to/from airport & Subway station. Rooms were very clean & comfortable.

I chose to stay at the Harborside in order to catch an early morning flight the next day. I got a great deal on Hotels.com. The service was impeccable, from the bellman who handled my bags and offered to be my partner when I facetiously asked if there was dancing in the lounge, to the young lady who delivered my delicious room service meal. My swim in the low chlorine, salt water pool was accented by the floor to ceiling view of the harbor and the lights of Boston beyond. My room was clean and very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was good, and the shuttle service to the airport was prompt and efficient. I travel frequently, and have stayed at many high end hotels around the world, and the Hyatt Harborside would compare favorably to any of them. Congratulations to the staff for maintaining such a high standard of friendly service.

The rooms need to have better soundproofing. Couldn't hear the jets, but couldn't sleep due to the television in the next room. It is an new airport hotel with people on all sorts of different schedules, it should have been built better.

We only stayed for one night but had a wonderful time. We were given a room with a harbor view and it was magnificent. The water taxi was such a convenience to get to downtown Boston. The concierge staff were terrific. We had car problems going to dinner that evening and they called a cab for us and asked for our keys so they could try to figure out what was wrong with our car. They even stored our leftovers from dinner in their refrigerator for us. They were very accommodating and pleasant. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
