I have stayed at the Hyatt a number of times and found it excellent on all occasions. The staff are helpfull and very polite. Its Restaurant is very good and once again the staff are excellent.

Excellent. The check in staff, consierge, etc. made us very welcome.Great location on the harbor - easy access to downtown Boston. Close to airport and great shuttle bus to the airlines.

Very nice hotel, we were in a room overlooking the airport, my son enjoys watching airplanes. The staff were very helpful, the food was excellent. Great place to stay for an early morning flight. On the other side of the hotel was Boston Harbor and skyline.

Was greeted at front desk upon arrival with a smile. And all employees thanked and treated us greatly. Outstanding view of the harbor. With boat taxi. Over to Boston. Loved it thank u all

We were at the end of a two week trip with 4 kids, 4 years old and under. The staff was wonderful and helped us with everything from unloading the rentals cars and returning them, getting to the rooms, dinner at the hotel restaurant and the 4:00 A.M. shuttle to the airport. Will stay again on our next trip to Boston

I stayed very briefly before a morning flight out of Logan and was very pleased with the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of Boston across the water and the bed was quite comfortable. A hotel shuttle got me to the airport in 5 minutes. No complaints at all.

This is a beautiful Hotel located at Boston's Logan Airport. There are no extras whatsoever. No Free breakfast. No fridge. No microwave. Charge for WiFi. $5.00 bottle of water. We waited for 40 mins. for a shuttle after calling the hotel twice. I will never stay at a Hyatt again!

We had an early morning flight out of Logan and a late night back. We stayed at the Hyatt Harborside on the way out and on the way back. The room was perfect, better than we'd had on vacation. The staff are very friendly, and the view is just wonderful. I would stay here for a visit to Boston. The surrounding neighborhood is essentially non-existent, but they have a nice restaurant and easy access to Boston.

Very convenient location for flying. Clean and nice, with great views. Ridiculously expensive wifi at $20 per device for decent bandwidth.

Great location and lovely hotel. My only complaint was the per historic hair dryer in the room. For such a modern hotel, it was useless. Good job my hair isn't too long. The ferry is also very expensive $17 return to get just across to long wharf but was very nice. Would stay there again but take the subway.

hotel is not near the downtown,no free wifi

The hotel was very convenient for travel, clean and a great staff. However when we arrived after midnight after a long day of delayed flights, the bar was closed. It would have been nice to be able to get a lite bite and a beer.

Room was very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed and furniture, very spacious. It was thankfully very quiet considering the airport is right there. The interior was not so quiet, but it was a convention weekend, so that's to be expected. Parking is very expensive.

I really loved this hotel it was beautiful the rooms were perfect and the hotel staff were accommodating respectful and extremely nice. Hannah was my favorite, when she learned that my boyfriend and I were there for our anniversary she immediately upgraded our room and gave us a free dessert I was so taken back by the hospitality that I was momentarily speechless. The only problem we had was getting to the opposite side of the habor and not having much around the hotel other than that I couldn't have been more please thanks so much for making our trip so pleasant!!

Hotel was very upscale. Finishes in the room were very nice. Banquet facilities were well maintained and the food was very good. Beautiful view of the Boston Harbor and the city sky line. Right next to airport but did not hear any planes. Very easy to drive to and very convenient if need to stay in Boston before a flight.

This hotel has a great view of the downtown Boston. If you drive your own car, location of the hotel shouldn't be a problem. However, traveling to downtown w/o vehicle can be challenging.

I had a room on the top floor (15th) that over looked the harbor and down town. It was a great view of the city. my room service was fast and tasty. There was a free shuttle to the Blue line or for 20$ round trip the water taxi would drop you off at the aquarium. Great place to stay before a trip or a great place to spend a few days exploring Boston

Very convenient location for a stay between two flights and the high service level of this hotel does make your stay very comfortable. However for the price paid, a small breakfast could be included.

There was very little noise, even with the airport next door.Would have liked to see a couple vegetarian items on the dinner menu. Hotel is a good value for staying in Boston for business

the hotel view as everyone has said is beautiful!! We were on a runway and never heard a plane. The dinner was also good. The only issue we had is that the shuttle was supposed to come in "6-8 minutes" when we came down just before 6 am. When asked a second time it was "on its way" and we only saw it pulling in after we got into a cab at 6:25! We had to rush through straight to our gate and onto the plane. Next time we will not wait for the shuttle. We also plan to stay and use the ferry to go into the city when we are not flying out the next morning.

Requires a courtesy shuttle to get to airport terminal. Runs every 15min though. Good views of Boston.

Quiet, squeaky clean accommodations with great restaurant, gorgeous city views, and very friendly staff. Free shuttle to and from subway and airport (8 minute ride) added to the convenience and enjoyment of this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended especially if you need accommodation near Logan airport.

Loved it!! This hotel was wonderful. Had dinner in the restaurant - food was wonderful too.

Great except they needed to tell us noisy construction would be going on during the breakfast hour.

Great location relative to the airport. Shuttle services was prompt. Great view of the Boston skyline and harbor. The room was nice. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well.

Great hotel in a great location. Beautiful Boston harbor views, and located right next to Water-Taxi port and Water T-line, which makes for fairly easy transportation to Central Boston in good weather. There are only two small limitations to this hotel: first, the quality of the restaurant food is only so-so, not bad, but a missed opportunity for a hotel with such a great location. With these views and this location, the hotel could be a destination in and of itself, if the quality of the cuisine matched the quality of the harbor views. Second, if you come into Boston's Logan Airport without the hotel's phone number, it is tough to contact them. It is not clear how the hotel's shuttle system works when one is standing, newly arrived in the airport. That could discourage some people new to town. An airport bus will take you to the Water taxi port next to the hotel. But there is nothing posted at the airport that tells you that. It is also not clear if the hotel shuttle is on a regular circuit, how many minutes it takes before it passes, etc, if it is necessary to call to get the shuttle to come. All that aside, and it is not meant as a dig against this hotel, this is a great place to stay in Boston. 10 minutes across the water and you're in Quincy Market. A great place to stay.

Picture perfect room 721 for the fireworks for the new year. Couldn't have asked for a better view. Fireworks were right in front of us. Would do it again!!!!

I thought the hotel was beautiful. The view and location was great. The only bad part of our stay was th noise around the clock. They cleaning crew was up and down the hall way cleaning rooms that had a late departure at 10:00 at night, so I woudl not recommend if you are trying to get some peace and quiet before a 6am flight the next day.

It was a very pleasant stay and great to catch an early flight .

Excellent all around. Close to the airport. Reliable and courteous shuttle service. All you look for in a hotel stay.
