Grand entrance and lobby, however, the Room was no better than 3 Star hotel. Old hotel inside needing renovation. Location not close to sky train. Friendly and helpful staff only consolation. Overall not good value.

This hotel have got quite big building which looks great from outside and the lobby is impressive too, but beyond that there are chances that you wont like anything else! The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke quite a lot, the AC hardly worked and the rooms were very hot, the bathroom was small with only basic stuff, not to mention that wifi was not free and was exorbitantly expensive just like the room rate itself, also the staff was not so good in communicating and not very happy to help. If you ask water they will tell you to goto 7-eleven store outside and buy! Accessibility is decent but there are better options available, you'll have to walk for 1 km to reach Asoke BTS or Sukhumvit MRT stations. You might like that 7-eleven store is right opposite and subway is at walking distance.

We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and always really enjoyed it but this time they have made a few changes that ruined our stay. Our room was freezing cold all the time. The restaurant for breakfast is good and the previous times we stayed we used the Parkview hotel restaurant for our evening meal and that was excellent but now they have put the price up to over three times what it was a few months ago. A good hotel but they seem to be pricing themselves out of the market and there our better value hotels in the same area. Next time we would look at this hotel but if it is still the same we would book a different hotel.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at the Imperial Queens Park Hotel. The accommodation and service are great - efficiency and grace would be a good description. The location is superb. Step out the back door and a 3 min walk through the park gets you to Phrom Phong skytrain station; one stop away is access to the underground - Bangkok is at your feet. Shopping, markets, China Town, night spots are all readily accessible. A great place to stay especially if time is precious.

Big room, very good breakfast. I enjoyed the pool and the gym although I was there for other activities. The stuff was very helpful. It is in a very food location, I will stay again.

Three days in BKK. Good locations near Phrom Phang and Asok BTS. About 3 stops from the Siam Malls. Plenty of tuk tuks and taxis around. Usual tourist area with many thai bars and massage parlors. Wish this place had free internet though. Had to go to the Subway 2 min walk away to leech their WiFi.

this hotel is showing a sign of aged and lack of appropriate maintenance. The room smells like a dead animal before the air conditioned is turned on; The shower valve doesn't work; The bath tub is placed too high; it is difficult to navigate; and not safe. The band-aide make-shift step recently installed doesn't help either. It would make the situation worst if you miss the step on your way out of the tub and down. They should have removed the bath tub out and reinstall the bathtub or turn it into a shower only stall.

Imperial Queen's Park used to be my hotel of choice for short-term stays in BKK. Not now. For what I paid, I would expect free Internet connection, at least in the common areas. Instead, there are hefty fees. The check-in process was not as attentive as I recall, and the breakfast changed from elegant to ordinary. Next, time, I will move down to Sukhumvit Soi 11, or somewhere near there.

This hotel is in the right location for most things. The service is excellent, the amenities are right in line for a 4 star hotel. Maintenance of the facility is waining, and prices went up drastically on room service. Used to get a great burger for $7, now a horrible burger for $13. I enjoy staying here for all my trips to Bangkok. Soi 22 has a lot going on, from good food to good massage parlors. The staff is spectacular at taking care of your needs and requests; from getting a taxi and sending you to the right location to bringing anything you may need to your room, to helping you find a great restaurant. Summed up: forget the room service and you will have a great experience.

The room rate was very reasonable, food & beverage was ok BUT internet access is bloody expensive. That spoiled my stay coz usage per day rate is ridiculous.

My reservation was for a double room with breakfast for two. I was the only one staying in the room but my son came to have breakfast with me and the hotel through a major fit about it. They made me pay for the breakfast then said he would have to register with his passport to eat there -- which he did. They promised to reverse the charge on the first morning but when I checked out they had not done that. Only after I argued with them, they finally did it. They charged a fortune for internet access and then it didn't even work very well. We were given a slip of paper with the cab number when they hailed a cab for us (for our protection they said). The cab driver took us to the wrong place and got angry when we didn't want to get out - he yelled at us. On returning to the hotel, I gave them the cab info and explained what had happened. I was passed along to several different people and the last man took the slip, listened to the story of what happened and then just laughed. All in all the staff were indifferent or rude. Only the person hailing cabs was nice. I would never stay here again.

Value for Money for 3 + star hotel, good breakfast buffet. safe and secure hotel. will stay there again whenever i am traveling through Bangkok.

立地もよく、サービスもそこそこいいですが、若干古いかな？と思いました

5年前にも同ホテルを利用しました。 当時と立地条件は変わっていませんが、当時はある程度よいイメージがあったので、今回も予約しました。今回の結果としては、非常に残念な結果でした。 朝食付きのプランでしたが、初日に朝食を食べ、次の日以降に行こうかと考えるくらいでした。とつても残念でした。部屋も古さが目立ちました。今時、テレビもブラウン管テレビでした。また、これは個人的なことですが、予約は32階以上のデラックスルームということでしたが、実際は29階でした。 次回は予約したいとは思いません。

客室数の割りには受付や会計担当の人数が少なく、対応も遅い。客が待っていても自分の仕事にかかりっきりで対応が悪い。

Das Hotel liegt in der Mitte eines Prostuiertenviertels. Aus touristischer Sicht ist die Lage interessant, wenn man weiss, männlich, über 30 Jahre und die Arroganz des westlichen Geldes besitzt. Sollte man weiblich sein, widert einen die Umgebung des Hotels nur an. Die unangenehme Lage des Hotels ist auch den Thais bekannt.

目の前には、ファミリーマートや日本食レストラン姉御 となりにはマッサージ「２００バーツ」やアメリカンバーなど とっても便利な場所だと思いました。 朝のピックアップも駐在員によると渋滞を抜けられるので 便利との事。朝、空港までも４０分でした。 ホテルは、お値段も手ごろで、ロビーの門構えもよく、部屋も広々。朝食ビュフェもたくさんあっておいしかったです。 よく、バンコクには仕事で行きますが、定宿に考えたいと思います。

The IQP is a good choice for a shorter stay in BKK. Prices are OK and rooms and breakfast good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful (and plentiful!) but a little formal. Don't use the taxis offered by bell boys (hotel limo is OK though) since they will over-charge or ask for a fixed price. Just walk 100 m in any direction and flag one down. I personally like the surrounding area with many small restaurants and bars (many of the girlie variety so if you are offended by this pick another area) and close proximity to the SkyTrain. A word of warning regarding the minibar in the room: The prices are very high so just go accross the street to 7eleven and get your cold ones here instead.

部屋は綺麗で広く２７階で景色も最高。 小さな蟻＆Gはでたが、セキュリティーもよいので安心して泊まれた。歯ブラシはないので持参が必要。 価格のわりに大満足。

BTSプロンポンの駅にも近く駅の周辺にはエンポリアムデパート　リボンバックで有名なナラヤ　マッサージ店　スパ　レストランも多くて便利です。公園に面していて雰囲気もよいです。朝のビッフェは種類も多く美味しいです。朝五時からやってるのでゴルフやツアーの時も朝食を食べてからでかけられます。次回もまた泊まりたいとおもっています。

Excellent service and great breakfast with both international and thai food. Soi 22 is populated by A LOT of massage studios and small bars with too many thai women to make it comfortable for a couple to take a drink there. Allthough, the backentrance through Benjai park that is open to 21.00 is really nice, and when using that exit, Phrom Phong BTS station is only 5min away. But, I will probably not go back as there is several other good hotels in the same area that offers better location.

　パークビューレストランがリニューアルされ明るくなった。しかし料理の質、品揃え、従業員の服装、テーブルセッティング等が以前に比べ低下している。テナントレストランの退転もさびしい。

객실은 좀 오래되었다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 1층 로비는 넓고 좋았지만 객실은 리모델링이 필요할듯하고 공항과의 교통도 좋은 편이었습니다.

A very good option in the price category below Hilton and Sheraton etc. Friendly staff, rich breakfast (but no real frills) and efficient check in/out procedures. Minibar prices very high so buy what you need in the shop over the street. Good parking in case needed. The neighbourhood is abundant in girlie bars but otherwise safe and with many options for dinner and lunch. Sky Train station is within easy walking distance. I would recommend the hotel.

ホテルの中は一見５つ星のホテルを思わせるほど豪華。夜９時までなら公園を通り抜ければＢＴＳ駅から徒歩５分。日本人スタッフも居て、何も苦労することはありませんでした。最上階の日本食レストランもポイント高いです。

比較舊，地板太爛；地點還算方便，旺中帶靜。

今回で4度目の宿泊でした。 駅からも近く、公園もそばにあるため環境がよくいつもこちらに宿泊しています。 今回はジュニアスイートのような部屋に宿泊し広さも清潔感も十分。 ただ隣の物音と、廊下のにおいが気になりました。 朝食もいつも満足の内容です。 サービス、雰囲気はフォーシーズンやオリエンタルの様にはいきませんが中の上、４つ星です。

ホテルは立地も良く便利で部屋も広くくつろげるので、バンコク滞在時に何度か使用していますが、今回の部屋は洗面エリアがカビ臭く、タオルにまで臭いが移っていて少し残念でした。あと、朝食のブッフェが変わり映えしないですね。バンコクの4つ星以上の他のホテルと比べるとほんと品数が少ないです。

I was upgraded to a higher level of room. The room is spacious with a good view. The mattress and bed sheet are very comfortable, i could sleep very well. One improvement would be the check in and check out process time took too long; and the staff helped me to check out was not polite enough. Overall, I feel satisfied of this hotel and will recommend this hotel to my friends.

まず、日本人スタッフがいるだけで安心感があり スタッフお一人々が優しく親切でした。 立地もよくバンコクではこれから定宿にします。

very nice hotel

I have staid at this hotel several times, and always satisfied. Good and kind service. Although aged, rooms are spacious and confortable, and clean. Definetly good value for money.

特に大きな問題はないと思われますが、フロントの対応や、部屋の水周り、洗面台風呂の水の流れが悪かった為に、次回は宿泊は考えるかも知れません。但し、Location は良いでしょう。

申し込みした時にキングサイズペットとなっていたがチェックインしてみるとツインの部屋となっていて思惑とちがった。５名で予約したが５部屋とも全てそうでした。全員怒り心頭でしたが仕方なく３泊滞在しました。

這家酒店雖然距離架空鐵路站，但可從酒店後門，經過公園前往架空鐵路站，尚算方便。

値段の割りに大変過ごしやすいホテルでした。場所も動きやすく、次回以降も使わせていただきます。

bra hotell och prisvärt men förväntade högre standard för ett 4 stjärningt hotell. Inredningen i rummen känndes lite gammalt, badrummet var ok men med lite sprickor här och var i kakel och inte överdrivet wow. Väldigt högljudd och störande ac anläggning som stod på fullt tryck oavsett vilken tempratur man valde. Inget gratis wifi. Superkasst. Frukostbuffen var riktigt dålig tyvärr, dåligt urval på normal frukost, inget bröd mer än rostbröd, resten varm mat o soppor.
