I love Red Lion Hotels. I always stay with them because they are so pet friendly. I have only one single concern; Every time I check-in at the front desk the receptionist tends to answer phones while I'm with them and does not put the call on hold even though I arrived first. Instead the receptionist will complete the call and then continue to help me. Otherwise they are very friendly. They welcome your pets and for that I will always be a Red Lion loyal customer. If they ever change their pet policy I will need to find a different hotel to stay at.

Loved that it's 2 blcks away from Disneyland. Ihop right next door. Had a nice souvenir store/mini market in the hotel. Came in handy when my husband got sick during our trip, halls, tylenol, and was able to buy some souvenirs that i wasnt able to afford at disneyland for a couple of family members. My husband got sick loved that they had a restaurant, went to get him some hot tea, and was surprised that they had variety! The next morning we wanted to go to the beach and was also surprised when I asked were the nearest beach was clerk gave me a print out with directions and map of the nearest beaches. Wow! Oh and parking was great didn't have to worry of someone breaking in to my car. Although the downside to that is that you have to pay for parking. Will defenitely stay here again.

Nice hotel rooms where a bit smaller than average the fridge it's really small I paid extra for park view it was a waist of money other than that it was nice stay

Nice rooms very clean . Didn't like you have to pay for parking no shuttle so u have to pay for a bus to Disneyland . Only 1 mile from Disneyland .

Very pleasant. Nice and professional people working there.

The location is perfect short walk to Disneyland.. On the main road that everyone going to and from Disneyland take on foot. Was preatty clean did find a dirty diaper under bed. Overall it was great.

I will come back.

Check in took forever, the elevators were broke down and not functioning properly. Needs upgrades!

Was not happy that the parking was an additional $14. I have always been under the impression that parking should be included in the over night stay

House keeping walked in on us 2 days in a row and the privacy sign was hanging both times! I will NOT stay at this hotel again!

The quality of the Hotel is great, very nice and clean. The room was very comfortable, including my bed. The only real bad point is it's location. Being just south of Katella on Harbor means if you're coming south you have to make a u-turn at the Disneyland Toy Story parking lot to get to it. In heavy Disneyland or Anaheim Convention Center traffic this can be really annoying.

The people at the front desk were helpful and polite. The room was comfortable enough but had some issues. TV stations were limited, the toilet backed up on day one and two. Our daughter's room had a bathtub that filled itself up from the drain pushing water up. It was quiet and had good air conditioning. They only replace towels left hanging on the shower rod (as per instructions). The restaurant downstairs had good food but it was expensive and the whole restaurant was run by one man who tried to cover the ordering, serving, room service delivery and register all at the same time! The food in the deli fridge didn't look very appetizing. The gift shop had GREAT deals on Disney stuff including shirts for the whole family. Be aware of the shuttle fee and the parking fee. All in all, it was an OK stay but because of the serious plumbing problems and no breakfast services, we probably wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to our friends.

I don't like it, buffet breakfast is all a mess and they will give you a bill for the breakfast. Parking fee is too much. I will not go back.

People were friendly, room was dusty and still had crepe paper taped to the mirror from another person. Otherwise comfortable and with updated ammenities.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and it was once again fantastic. Hotel staff was very nice, room was very clean, and the hotel has a great buffet restaurant. Being right across the street from Disneyland also helps.

Location was great and hotel has recently been redecorated. Hotel could use increased maintenance (elevators, air conditioning, etc). The noise from our air conditioning was atrocious.

The rooms were a little small but were clean and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the fire pits were nice to sit by while they were swimming. The ART transportation was nice and picked us up right in front of the hotel. Parking is extra, ART costs extra and there is no complimentary breakfast so that really adds to the overall price of the stay.

There was only one thing that made our stay awkward... the bathroom area wasn't split so that one person could be getting ready while another showered or used the toilet. It made getting ready with two teen girls, a pre-teen boy and an adult female difficult to maneuver. Otherwise, the room was fabulous! Including a microwave was genius!

Courteous staff and nice hotel. Close to convention center and Disney.

Convenient location with the Disney parks and several restaurants within a short walk. I didn't use many of the amenities but the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet wasn't particularly large but covered the basic and was pretty reasonably priced; a definite upgrade over a continental breakfast.

Awesome, close to disneyland

Had microwave, refrigerator, coffee brewer and a safe. Very clean sheets and towels. All together really nice room.

They didnt tell us there would be a charge for every dang thing. You can imagine waking up and knowing that every other hotel within earshot HAS a free continental breakfast, eyes watering but hungry from the smell you know must be food, finding this food smell and tasting of it before even being awake, then the bill comes!! Yeah now youre up! Twenty bucks WHAT'S UP WITH THAT? I asked for a pet friendly, continental breakfast hotel and each of my requests were coupled with a different 15 to 25 dollar charge. Parking even costs. Almost had to pay twice.

I only saw a a couple of luggage carts no assistance. disability parking very scarce. gated parking way to expensive she be compliemtary to paying guest since its gated. refriderater didn't work properly, it was an energy save that only worked for a couple hours at a time, not good when medicine needs to stay continously cold. would stay again , was clean and quite but expected more.

Was pleased with the location being so close to Disneyland. Rooms were very clean and nice. At check-in staff wasn't too friendly, acted very short and annoyed with us. The next morning about two hours before check-out we decided to head downstairs with our luggage and have breakfast, then if needed head back up to use the restroom before heading out. We still had our keys. When we went up to room after breakfast they were already in there cleaning room. Staff should wait a little longer before cleaning room. At least until check-out.

I was happy that there was a fridge and microwave in the room but it was a little cramped in the two bed room. The only drawers were on the desk and the bedside table and the only place to put clothes were cubby like shelves underneath the tv. We had to have a late checkout at 1 and made us pay an extra 40! Never had that before. I would stay again because of the good rates and the hotel is decent but only for no more than a few days.

Hated the fact that I had to pay to park there. If im staying in the hotel why should I have to pay? Does it not make sense that people drive to the hotel and are paying for a room. Therefore if you drive there what do you expect me to do park my car in my room... 28 dollars parking for two days when my car was only there when I was sleeping is absurd.

We were in room 803 and the shower was nearly impossible to get to just the right temperature. Also, there was a hair in the water holder for the Keurig. Parking is $14/ night. TGhere was no way to crack a window to get "fresh" air. Bed was comfy, there's an ipod dock alarm clock, though it won't charge simultaneously. The breakfast bar was kinda gross for $10.
