good hotel , even if it was very close from highway and airport, the insonorisation was excellent and we had no noice inside bedroom

The hotel is ok as an economical place to stay when stranded at Miami International, rooms are clean but need some upgrades the room seem old but clean. My experience was negative from the shuttle service provided by the hotel arrived late at night due to miss flight connections, I along with other people in the same situation where driven across town opposite direction of the hotel so that the driver could drop off an aquiatance of his incovinient every one else that was a paying costumer of the hotel. Bad business practice I would think twice before staying there again.

Very good place closet airport the restanrant the hotel thas great fud ,chip ,i love this place.

The room and service were great. Nowhere, however, was I informed that it was under construction. After a long stressful day, I felt unprepared to come "home" to that and would have liked some warning. Location and airport shuttle were great!!

Hotel was OK. Stuck between 2 highways and roadworks going on! Not near anything unless you have a car!

Stayed overnight as connecting through MIA to business in Haiti. Airport Shuttle is free and usually runs every 30 minutes which is helpful. Check-in was as efficient as I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, with nightly prices significantly higher than in 2011-early 2012 and no breakfast included, the total value has been diminished.

Overall good experience, but requires more housekeeping. good location. lets get to different places of interest (malls, highway)

Was acceptable. Very clean and good service. Not 5 star but all the basics for the money.

The hotel was clean and it was a good price. The location was great because it was six minutes from the airport and about twelve from down town.

Very disappointed and afraid during my stay. Left over dirty towel in shower, raisins on floor, soiled chair,plastic pillow cases. Slept with chair in front of door and bolted close. When I ordered a pizza I asked the delivery guy to wait in lobby and the released him to my room. Never will I go back or use this chain again.

Bed and pillow were vey poor bath room very poor and charge 18.00 for movie. that we didn t see when alleged was told they couldn t anything very dissapponte never again

I think the check in time should be at 11 am not at 3 pm. You are charging just for 20 hours not for an entire day. Instead, the checking should be at 11 and the check out at 3 pm...

It was good to be close to the airport, malls, bank etc. So I didn't have to do much driving. The hotel itself was fair - it served its purpose of somewhere to lay down at night, Definately not a vacation/relaxing hotel. The complimentary WiFi was good. A business centre for complimentary email/fax/printing/copying was advertised on the Hotels.com web page but this was non-existent. I had to go out to a cyber cafe to do some printing.

No internet but finally after 3 trips to the desk got it running, Food Cuban, not international, no ice, hallways and hotel not clean. would not stay there again.

Stayed for only one night while traveling. Low price but still room was clean and bathroom surprisely clean.

The hotel was clean and the service was decent and that was the extent of the positive. The exterior and interior were a throw back from the 1960's and the location had a great view of the Expressway. Although it was listed as an airport hotel it was four miles away from the terminal so you had to take a shuttle back to the airport to get the city train. If you are staying overnight it's a solid 2 but for leisure travel book early and elsewhere.

Room clean - telephone service unacceptable - I opened the line before entering the room - tried calling out even local call did not work - after calling the front desk approx 5 times I was told I had to be doing something wrong - spent 3 days there and speaking to another desk clerk, he too insisted I was doing something wrong, very cheeky and disrespectful - a guest stood there in awe - made no difference to him (gel mohawk hairstyle) my family called me 7 times and was put on hold each time from 2-9 minutes. Although my room was supposed to be a non-smoking room there was a stench on entering and which reoccurred when the air condition was off/low.

Friendly staff, very poor room condition, highway noise very loud at night. Other near-by airport hotel (like La Quinta Inn) was in much better shape (stayed a week earlier at that hotel).

Staff was rude, they took a carbon copy of my credit card with signature for any extra charges. I was told I would get the carbon copy back at check out. When I went to check out the next morning they were refusing to give me the signed credit card form. I was not going to leave there with a blank credit card form. They finally gave it to me but beware!!! I would never stay here again!

room is so clean and enough space, amazed by the cuban buffet, location was great for me. Thanks

Hotel smelled bad!

It was comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Shuttle bus driver on arrival was very helpful.

Was ok

I was better than sleeping in my car. Hotel has a bar.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I booked it for two reasons: (1) to drop off the luggage on the last day before leaving to Europe and (2) to get a shuttle ride to the airport in the morning. They did not take the luggage until the room was ready, you could not store it or leave it in the lobby. The shuttle service only starts at 5, and because my flight was at 6AM, I had to take a cab. The receptionist told me the cab fair would be around 10 USD, however, it was 20 USD. All in all, I was very disappointed with this hotel as it offered no convenience at all, despite its location. The surroundings are ugly, lots of construction going on and the hotel rooms were sub standard (non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke, ...).

Happy I went with this hotel. It's was affordable, and comforterable. The hotel also had a restaurant attached to it which was so convenient finding somewhere to eat for breaKfast.... Will definitely stay here again.

Good rate , took the shuttle workedout fine the hotel was a little ruff , but the rate was the best . Its good enough for a quick stay overnight.

Nothing fancy here, just good, simple room with no frills. The low cost is the main advantage. Nice friendly people.

Stayed here while overnighting in Miami. Very convenient airport shuttle service. Hotel was perfect for this. Had no problem with the complimentary WIFI. The front desk staff stayed on a call for over 30 minutes and would not attend to any guest when checking out.

Hotel front desk could have been a little more friendly and accommodating when I had to extend my stay. I used Hotel.com to extend it and they told me I would have to wait until 3pm to recheck in instead of just reloading my swipe card. Also my particular room had really thin walls and could easily hear the conversations of the people next door. The internet was really spotty and couldn't use the first night there. The room was comfortable though after a long day of work. It had a fridge, microwave and a good shower.

Very dissatisfied. The water was out one morning when I had to attend a very important business meeting. I was told the Manager would call me. He never did and I never was able to talk to him after several calls. I was told he would refund one night. The service was poor with absolutely no follow up.

I think that I will never want to stay there again, The bathroom fan did not work, Tried to relax on sunday before flight monday morning and cable tv was cloudy. Also I paid for 7 nights and after the first night they had my reservation for the other 6 nights under someone elses name. So instead of having a relaxing first morning i spent most of the morning trying to fix this mess.

I wasn't bad but could have been better.

We arrived at 10:30p.m. and the clerk was so busy on the phone that he hardly had time for us. He did manage to get us our room key between talking on the phone. Customer service was not his priority. Really disappointed.

the airport shuttle driver did not speak english and took us to the other Days Inn. had to go back to the airport and wait for the shuttle to Days Inn that we reserved. The walls are thin. One can here all of the chatter, taps, from nearby rooms and outside noises very clearly. The concierge was borderline rude and we didn't get our 6:00 am wake up call as requested. Hotel Rules and Regulations #6- "The Hotel reserves the right to deny service to anyone at their discretion"... Okay, now I get it.

Easy location to the airport....free shuttle to both airport and cruise lines..Very helpful...Easy check in and out....We checked in to the hotel and then had to return our rental car back to the airport...the guy who drove the shuttle meet us at the airport....very friendly...drove very slowly around the airport to make sure he didn't miss any one going to the Days Inn...very friendly.....The man who drove us to the port of Miami also showed us around Miami as we went to the port...ALL very kind and helpful..

We were greeted as an inconvenience. We asked for a wake up call for our flight in the morning and did not get it. The shuttle driver was also disgruntled. The rooms were basic and met our need. Could have been cleaner.

for a night stay, it was ok but Iwe waited almost an hour for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Had to call 3x. Appreciated the free shuttle to the cruise pier the following day though.Would have been nice if there was a frr continental breakfast like most hotels offer.Disgusted that inspite of the fact that I showed them a paid confirmatiom from Hotel.com & warned them that they should not bill me anymore, they still billed our credit card. Now it is a hustle & an aggravation to straighten this mess. So I;m not likely to recommend Days Inn Miami Airport. The manager is so hard to contact to dispute the charge. He hasn't returned my call after a week of leaving message.

I never thought an economic hotel as this price can feel so comfortable, but Days inn did it....good, airport taxi, big and comfortable bed, I like it!

I have stayed at my fair share of hotels, and do not consider myself to be a fairly picky person. That said, this was simply the worst hotel I've ever visited. Please save yourself the time and hassle. There are plenty of other hotels that have shuttles to Miami International. 1) Horrible Staff - missed wake up call, impatient staff, remind guests to give them tips (as if they deserve it with their attitude and below average service) 2) Simply the worst rooms 3) Poor shuttle service
